Très bonne situation géographique dans un quartier effervescent, dynamique, pop, art et sécurisé. Le personnel a été attentif, chaleureux et professionnel.

Check-in was quick, the location was good, and the breakfast was tasty. The staff was also attentive.

Even though we had requested a quiet room, our room was extremely noisy. There was a party at the hotel and another one right across the street, and the noise was very loud, it honestly sounded like it was happening inside the room. Luckily, we were on a multi-day trip and had brought several medications with us, including sleeping medication, which was essential. Without it, it would have been impossible to sleep. We stayed there on a Saturday night, so I believe this may happen frequently on Friday and Saturday nights.

Location location is everything, the lounge is always vibing

The room is small but clean

The hotel is near to the main railway and bus station in north jo'burg and I think the tour bus stopped on the same street. Constitution Hill is also close by and a must for anyone wanting to understand the issues that have dominated the countries development. The museum and Nelson Mandwlla bridge are also just around the corner. All of the staff were very friendly with the restaurant bar staff happy to advise on what to eat and drink. Both the evening meal and breakfast were good value, try the spicey mince for breakfast. Room was also great.

The location of the hotel, near to the university and set up suggests its a busy, lively place at weekends, but out of season and weekdays its comfortable.

The towels don't smell nice, they have a terrible odor.

It was a shady location and was mostly for hourly customers for xxx At night people were drinking outside the hotel and was screaming which is why I was unable to sleep. It was not a family place to live.

1. There was no iron in the room 2. No mini bar 3. Only one key card. (Make it make sense) 4. There was no iron 5. Please add fries to the complementary breakfast

Rooms are not sound proof, I could hear guests from the other rooms doing the deed, talking and showering. It's disgusting, do something quick about that. Don't ever say breakfast is included, that's not breakfast it's a joke, do like other hotels charge R200 for buffet breakfast guest won't mind. Reason I booked your hotel was the fact you said breakfast was included If I knew it was like that joke we were served I wouldn't have booked your hotel

Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located. Good value for money.

It was noisy especially at room 108 ....at room 101 there were cockroaches but besides that we enjoyed our stay and the staff is kind and helpful

The aesthetic of the hotel, the staff and facilities. The location was close fo transport and vatious entertainment spots.

The sheets were not up to par,there were some stains. The were renovations taking place so there noise levels made it tough to sleep.

I liked the pictures that saw online but when I arrived thats not what I expected. I checked out immediately, cancelled my stay.

The Grey bedding, no extra blankets and it was cold, the furniture, it looked like a convenient room for student or a person on a move.
