Average place, nothing special. The biggest issue was the service. Despite having a confirmed reservation and informing them that we would arrive after 9 PM, the staff seemed completely unprepared. We had to wait around 30 minutes while they turned on the computer and searched for the booking. Also, nobody spoke any English at all, which was surprising for Phuket. Overall, poor service experience.

I paid a 500 THB deposit for the key and did not get it back.

I was assured that someone would be there early to give the money back as I had to check out for my flight at 5am. There was nobody there so I have lost money

Le lit est confortable mais c’est bien là l’unique point fort.

L’AC fonctionnait mal et faisait des gouttes d’eau. Les lits de la chambre ne disposaient pas de rideaux, la salle de bain attenante était salle et sentait très mauvaise (sûrement dû également aux autres voyageurs). La salle de bain du RDC était horrible (rideaux qui ne cachaient pas complètement la douche donc si quelqu’un passe il nous voit tout nu). Pas de savons non plus ni en haut ni en bas pour la douche. Petit déjeuner apparement jusqu’à 9H (je pense qu’il pourrait même le faire jusqu’à 7H histoire d’être sûr d’économiser encore un peu d’argent). Pour le prix payé c’est une honte. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Fuyez

L'emplacement de l'hotel est prêt du port, pratique pour ceux qui ont des journées en bateaux ou les amateurs de plongée. Des bars et restaurants sont à proximité de l'hotel. La chambre ressemble bien au photo de l'annonce.

Le lit était pas très confortable, prévoyer des boules quies si vous êtes coté rue car les bars mettent de la musique jusque tard le soir. Si vous souhaitez avoir le petit déjeuner calmement je pense qu'il faut y aller très tôt car à 9h l'acceuil est rempli de personne faisant des journées bateaux et donc plus de place pour s'asseoir et le petit buffet quasiment vide car les personnes qui attendent leurs départ en bateaux s'y servent. Nous sommes aller acheter de quoi manger au 7/11 juste à côté et manger dans notre chambre.

The room is big,. Comfortable and clean. Nearby bars, restaurants and cafes. Too bad bikes are not available for rent since its always booked fast.

1. A bit far from phuket town but near chalong area, kata, karon and rawai. 2. Wifi a bit slow.

Close to awesome and not crowded beaches. Even if the hotel is far away from the city centre, they have a quite effective free bus service.

Location is good if you need to go to Chalong bay for diving every morning. It’s only 2min walking.

The holding for the shower head is broken. There’s no label/sign to figure out which is shampoo which is bath soap.

This must be the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The beds have no curtains, so there’s no privacy, you can feel the humidity, they don’t clean, and everything is a mess. They are hotel rooms where they’ve crammed in cots and adapted them so that 8 people share the only bathroom in the room, which is inside. The person in charge just opens the door to the room, and you practically have to settle yourself in. If it’s high season and you find a room here, it’s precisely because of this. Think carefully before staying here; on top of that, it’s far from everything. It’s better to rent a place by the beach and then take a bus to the center or vice versa. Fortunately, I only stayed for two nights, and I left early on the second day. The staff are not hospitable at all.

Rooms are smelly. There was an homeless guy sleeping in one bed. People were smoking weed on each floor inside the hostel. The breakfast that I saw was fake. Hot water for Nescafé and garbage biscuits. The rooftop is totally destroyed by the weather and there is no shade. I asked for a refund: no replies from them and no replies from Booking.com

The breakfast is only bread, so not a breakfast. Cannabis smell everywhere Staff couldnt answer our needs (AC broken, No help to find a taxi or places to go around)

Great location for the dock. Only a few mins walk with access to a 711 as well. Wi-Fi was good and room was big with large fridge.

The woman at reception is so rude. We were yelled at when we checking in at the reception. And that woman at reception doesn’t speak English so she just kept yelling in Thai and refuse us to check in. After a long time a male comes said there’s something wrong in their system so we can’t check in. But that’s not our fault. It took us 40 minutes to check in eventually after they contacted the manager. And unfortunately my mother was arranged into males room even though we ordered mixed room. There is no other lady in that room for consecutive 5 days and we talked with the roommates so we know eventually it is a men’s room and we are really angry about that. A very bad experience.

Rating is according the type of the accommodation. I got room 403 super spacious and clean. Yes there are bars around but the isolation of the windows doesn’t let the noise to come in. As I am a diver the hotel was ideally cituated near the pier. I stayed a week without any problem. For divers very recommended.

Great location but if you hire bike you are stuck with cops at the roundabout at the end of the road. 1000$ bhat fine. Plus the street is full of lady’s of the night. Otherwise great

It was cleaned every day and this included bottled water.

It didnt feel clean and it didnt have any natural light. The view was into a back yard area. The staff were not overly friendly but if needed they were helpful.

I had a 6 bed dorm all to myself which was great. Simple breakfast.

If you’re doing things at Chalong Pier the location is good. Some staff are friendly and helpful.

It’s on a noisy soi. Breakfast isn’t worth mentioning. Some staff are surly and grumpy.

They were so accommodating as I had to change my booking dates because of an injury. Nice big clean room, big bed, big fridge and small balcony area. I would recommend to anyone coming to Chalong.

Extremely great place to stay, staff were the most friendliest especially the young girl at the reception desk, they give you a nice clean towel to use which we did not expect.

The room was okay. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Especially one very strong young woman, who helped us with our backpacks! Thank you!

It was rather noisy. Our balcony was right in front of some party streets, music was loud till 2-3 am. I could sleep, but I could also hear the bars. There was no window in our room, I didn’t expect it. The interior was nice, but a quite a bit shabby. Breakfast is just a drink (tea or juice) and some snacks (like cookies), as I understood it.

Free Wifi, great room, they held our bags for us the next day while we explored on motorbikes. Great place and very close to the pier

Apart from few restaurants, this is not a nice area, there are definitely better vibes in other places. Unless you're an old white man, looking for bars with girls sitting out front.. Reception staff was a grumpy cat. She didn't know how to do the check-in and called someone for instructions. It took very long. That is okay, but why is she so unfriendly? They ask 500baht deposit for the room key. Why?
