We have a wonderful time in the city. Easy walking distance to sun shine city shopping center and train station.

Great airport shuttle to the HND airport. Far from city, but uber/taxi options are great. View is nice too (can see airport). Would stay again!

Lovely spacious room close to the airport, they have a free shuttle from B1 floor in the morning so perfect for morning flights! They offer free breakfast which is either Japanese or western which if your picky it’s not the best and the shower head didn’t want to aim into the bath and kept rotating back to the wall so was hard to shower but other than that it’s a good hotel and easy before a flight out! Family mart at the end of the road about 3 min walk away too

The most convenient thing is that the airport is closest and the shuttle bus runs every hour.

Charge for 3 people but only got the room for 2 people.

Room was stuffy & humid when entering, but the A/C took care of that. Had a little trouble scanning one of the passports during automatic check-in, but the attendant helped us out.

Hotel was in good condition cleaned. And best part is shutle service to airport. But could be better service there. I arrived 15-20 minnearlier than 3.00 pm checkin time. There was no body in reception all automatic kiosks. And I tried to checkin with it. Not accepted then some body come from back room and said not check in time. So wait until exact 3.00 pm. That was sooo cold. I mean service cold lounge and dining area was so hot and airless. Smell bitter cooking air. Gave us breakfast to option plate western and eastern type but was not so good.

The room was comfortable but the air conditioning turned off and the remote wouldn’t work to turn it back on. Instructions on how to use the remote were fine but had to figure out how to turn the conditioner on manually

Overly automated and trimmed down. Breakfast was one of the worst I ever had. Bed itself was comfortable.

Excellent airport hotel. We were able to find shuttle to the airport easily, and on our way back when the shuttle wasn't operational, they called a cab for us which arrived in a minute. Three twin beds was super convenient as I was traveling with my children. The hotel is very close to trains, and also to the Anamirie Inari shrines, which is beautiful and less crowded than the other main shrines.

Pillow was horrible, Took half night to figure out how to turn off bathroom light. Also air conditioner turned off and it got very hot. Plus side amazing tub and toilet. But over all really rough sleep in fact worst I ever had

The rooms are great. Shuttles are 1 hr intervals which sucks. Very clean property. Self serve check in which was cool. Great location very near the airport. Great neighbourhood and very close to Anamori Shrine, family mart, restaurants. They need to put black out blinds/curtain. Free breakfast, they serve American set breakfast meal and Japanese set meal (the mackerel was so good). Overall will definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms were very clean and appropriately stocked. Hours for airport shuttle and restaurant were less than ideal. Easy location to HICITY and the train station or monorail. Would stay here again for sure.

Very comfortable, clean & quiet despite being close to the airport. The breakfast was ample and tastey. For other meals, there are various small restaurants on a side street about 500-600 metres past the Inari Shinto Shrine. The Swan Bakery on the main street is a good place for coffee/tea and lunch. The Inari Shinto Shrine is beautiful.

Close to so much.

All I look for in an airport hotel is ease in getting to the airport, a clean room and a comfortable bed. This unremarkable hotel checked those boxes. Also, it was a short walk from a Family Food Mart. Outside of hotel smelled like sewage due to proximity to a canal, but it wasn't noticeable in room. Morning shuttle to airport went smoothly. Would stay again.

Found this hotel on Hotels.com as it was close to the Haneda Airport and had a good deal for a group of three guests. We missed their free shuttle as our flight was delayed twice and their shuttle ends early on a Sunday. It's easy to get to my train and a 7-10 minute walk depending on how fast you walk or how heavy your luggage is. LOL As you get in, there is one attendant to assist but it's all online check-in. You will need to provide all passports for each guest in the room. When you check out, you only need to drop it off at the drop box by the elevators. The room is pretty tiny so if you have big luggages it's a tight space. The room and bathroom are very clean. I happen to love the heated toilet as it automatically opens the lids and flushes but it is sensitive when you are by the sink only, it detects you. Their beds are super stiff so if you are not used, you may not have a good night sleep. The sheets are not so soft but ok. They do provide free pajamas to use with in room slippers. In the bathrooms, they provide free toothbrush and paste, shampoo, conditioner and foam soap. They also provide free wifi, free shuttle to and from the airport and free breakfast from 5am -9:30am. Not too many places close by to eat near the hotel. This place is good for a quick stay like us. Staff are super nice and friendly especially, the lady in the cafeteria serving food. I would recommend this hotel.

It’s so hard to find and there’s another hotel sharing the similar name. I spent almost an hour in this area to find the hotel. A lot of road construction blocked the walkways outside so Google navigation did not work.

Airport shuttle bus really helpful for early morning departures

I booked the room for 2 Adults and 1 12-year-old kid. The manager in the hotel said they didn’t care the third person therefore they didn’t prepare the third towels etc. and when I asked him to switch to a 2 beds room as I mentioned in my booking and they wanted to charge more money. I told them 2 beds was the requirement and they asked me to complain to Expedia and they didn’t care. I was shocked. This is not expected in Japan.

Overall, the rooms and laundry machines were fine but the specific bidet/toilet models was a bit obnoxious with its motion sensors. Also, the hotel is very close to the airport, but not a lot of dining options surrounding the area.

Great stay before heading to airport

I liked how close it was to the train station and how many restaurants were within walking distance. Very convenient location for early morning flight out of HND.

It was exactly what I needed. I needed a place to stay near the airport with easy access to public transportation. The hotel was great. The access was great. I loved it. However; everyday I would get up early and take the train into the city. I did not spend much time around the hotel at all.

Good hotel close to the airport. It has a very efficient transport from and to the hotel. The breakfast provised was good. Highly recommended.

The hotel made a mistake and charged me for my stay even though it was paid through Expedia. In order to receive a refund for my second payment, all I needed was a receipt for my payment to the hotel in Japanese money(yen) but they refused to provide it.

Great stay overall, but the pillows were terrible. I left with a very sore neck! But otherwise it is a nice hotel in a very convenient area for those flying Haneda Airport. Lots of great food options within walking distance, as well as a shrine and a riverside walk. Airport shuttle was a breeze, very convenient!

You can find a lot of eating options within 10 minutes walking distance. The last shuttle bus to airport is 10:00am.

We chose this hotel for an overnight stay due to it being close to Haneda airport and we were arriving late. Although the room was small it was clean and comfortable with good amenities including pyjamas and slippers. The hotel also provided guests with breakfast - Japanese or western. We chose the Japanese style and it was delicious and a great start to our morning! There is a family mart close by also for any necessities.

The hotel was literally right outside the airport so it made my 16 hr layover much easier. They have a shuttle to the airport there but it was easy getting a taxi for my excess baggage

We spent our last night in Tokyo here, so we had the convenience of being near Haneda for our early check-in the following morning. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Tenkubashi Station on the Keikyu Line. At the station the exit for the hotel is clearly signposted, so it was easy to find the way out of the station. Once outside the station, follow the ramp downhill, and you will see the hotel ahead about 200m away. The hotel check-in is done at the self-service screen, and all was straightforward, we had prepaid for our stay. Our room was on the 9th floor overlooking Haneda's runways, it really is that close! Despite the proximity, there was very little noise from the airport, so we weren't disturbed by the noise of traffic or planes. The room was bigger than expected, and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary pyjamas and slippers are provided, as well as basic toiletries. My tip for dinner is to jump on the train at Tenkubashi Station and travel one stop to Haneda T3. There are numerous restaurants to choose from landside in Departures. We ate at Diversity Diner, a very good vegan option. The hotel provides an excellent complimentary shuttle bus transfer to all Haneda terminals, which leaves every 20 mins. It took aprox 15 mins to get to T2, which is the second stop.

Traveling with my wife and 11-year-old daughter, we spent both the first and last nights of our annual pilgrimate to Japan at the Keikyu EX Inn by the Haneda International AIrport. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. The proximity to the airport and the free transport are definite pluses. The hotel itself is very comfortable and friendly. Away from the center of Tokyo, the rooms are spacious enough for a family to stay. Needless to say, the hotel is very neatt and clean. It has a convenient coin laundry at the lobby level and also vending machines for drinks and free amenities. On the first night, we had a room with a direct view across the airport, which we all enjoyed. There was also a canal right in front with some fishing boats moored in it. A very nice view indeed. On the way back we were not quite as lucky but the view still was quite fine. I spent hours on both nights reading in the lobby while my family was resting in the room. It was most relaxing and peaceful to sit on the comfortable sofas. Soft jazz was playing in the background. I consumeed several cups of the tasty and free coffee available in the lobby. Another enjoyable aspect was the free breakfast. One could choose between a Japanese and a Western breakfast. Both were very good. The breakfast room has windows over the airport. This is not a fancy five-star hotel by any means but it is clean, comfortable and convenient. We will surely stay there again during our next trip to Japan.

The place was spotless and the staff were kind when it came to check in. The room was nice and comfortable and it was not far from the monorail to the airport.

Great location. 7-8mins walk to nearby restaurant. Shuttle bus in the morning on time as expected in Japan.

The hotel was fine, it was clean and smart, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have liked a better view from my room but otherwise it was fine. It has a very corporate/ business feel to the place, which isn't a bad thing, but its not really my style if that makes sense.

Even though it is right next to the airport, which we wanted for convenience, it wasn’t that loud. Never heard a plane take off. I booked the wrong size room, the staff helped me change the room, (small fee). Very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed our stay!

Very close to Haneda with free shuttle so if you are in and out this is a good option. I had some time to spend here but it's not in a convenient location in terms of walking access to services and restaurants. Self check-in so I didn't speak to any staff at all.

Stayed one night between flights. Very good location, the bus to the airport right at the door. Rooms small but for one night it’s ok.

The hotel was good value, and the breakfast was really good. The room did smell a bit like smoke, but otherwise perfectly clean. The transport from the airport was a little challenging, so it could be a little clearer what the timetable is - we ended up just getting a taxi after we couldn't figure it out.

Everything was clean. People were helpful and friendly. He held on luggage for us. Only thing is if they had shuttle to the airport in the afternoons other than that, everything was great.

This was a nice property - newer, clean and with spacious rooms. It’s in a really convenient spot very close to HANEDA Airport, and there’s a free shuttle bus hourly to the airport. Easy check in and check out. There’s limited dining nearby - you’re going to have to walk 500-700 meters to the handful of small restaurants in the area. Breakfast is free and from 5am daily, but is basic.

The hotel was clean and the room comfortable. Nevertheless two of the decision factors I used for the choosing of the hotel were fraudulent or of not good quality. The first one was a trick the hotel play on their guests trying to use the airport shuttle. The check out time is 11:00 AM but the last shuttle to the airport is at 10:00 AM, therefore most of the guests missed the shuttle service. The information provided to guests about shuttle hours is not clear and in Japanese not in English. In addition most of the front desk staff does not speak English or if they do is very poorly. Also the free breakfast buffet is not good at all and is mostly catered for Japanese even though they provide a western breakfast that doesn’t resemble any breakfast I usually get in USA or Europe. Overall I don’t recommend this hotel even though the price is reasonable but I found better hotels around the area with similar price and better location and restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was terrible and the shuttle to the airport deceiving. The checkout time is 11:00 am but the last shuttle to the airport is at 10:00 am, so is design so you miss the shuttle. Because the staff does not speak English well, the information was lost in translation. This trick is rare for Japanese people that are very honorable and it took me by surprise. One of the reasons that I book the hotel was the airport shuttle and the free breakfast and both were not of use. If I have to do it again I don’t recommend this hotel.

My two small kids have stayed here twice in the past 2 years and we love it. The rooms seem sound proof, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and the hotel is very quiet. We love how close it is to Haneda airport.
