HOTEL MYSTAYS Haneda

Close to the airport

Some pealing wall paper, limited food choices.

Passé 1 seule nuit dans cet hôtel proche de l'aéroport 5min navette à disposition, petit-déjeuner locale convenable

Ok

Um pouco antiga. Carpete sujo

The location is very close to Haneda international airport. The room is considered spacious in Tokyo standard, can fully open 2-3 suitcases. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast was full of choice and delicious, great if you need to catch an early flight as the breakfast begins from 5am.

Moderne

In booking it says breakfast included but after checkin they said no breakfast and charging 1800 is way high for breakfast.

Wifi not working good and felt like I am not in Japan

The AC will be right in front of your face

The location and price are great.

Some spots in the room were not cleaned properly

Cómodo y limpio

Todo bien

Perfetto, posizione top, personale accogliente e navetta per l’aeroporto super puntale e comoda.

location

Everything was wonderful!

Clean! Comfortable! Great break fast and free shuttle bus!

Very clean . 4 min walk from station ,shops and restaurants

This is perfect if you have to sleep close to airport. But do not choose it if you need to visit Tokyo few days because far away. Free shuttle bus to Airport

There.was an issue on our bathroom and it smelt very bad.

Convenient , close to airport . Comfortable room.

Food service was very long.

I booked a room for 2 adults and a 12 year old girl and they expected us to sleep in the same bed. I knew I was booking a room with a double bed, but hotels always add an extra one for her. The situation was very disappointing. One of us ended up sleeping on the floor. I asked for a mattress or a room change, but nothing was offered.

Great stay for one night.

Molto vicina all’aeroporto, stanza grande e comoda.

Close to Narita. Excellent shuttle bus service to Narita and local attractions/ Narita /AEON Mall. Onsen onsite was excellent .

Area where we stayed was likely the oldest part of the hotel, but all was clean and functional.

The hotel is near terminal 3 haneda airport

The bathroom was of poor maintenance

Since I had an early morning flight, having the airport shuttle service and a breakfast buffet starting from 5:00 AM was extremely convenient. I was also able to ship my heavy luggage to the hotel in advance, which allowed me to travel light on the day of my arrival. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip!

We stayed with two adults and two children, but since there were only two beds, it felt a bit cramped.

Great location, helpful staff. Surprisingly big rooms for Tokyo standards.

Something up was up with the AC. Might need a bit of a clean

Not much. Room 229 was a little bit off. AC is old and no portable remote. Goes to your face.

When I went to the reception to ask if there is something wrong with the wifi. She said, because a lot of people are using it. Or I can maybe check some spots within the hotel. She said, no other customers have complained. But I do not believe that. Given the fact that the wifi service was included in the list of questions in the survey.

Nothing to say but excellent.

Convenient location

Very old rooms that smelled like cigarettes despite being non smoking rooms

I liked the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The hotel rooms were OK although small. The bed was reasonably comfortable, however the pillows were not. The place was very close to the train station.

The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. What I didn't realise was that we were given rooms for smokers. Seems the whole level was for smokers, as everything smelled of cigarettes. While booking the place I don't remember that I was ever asked whether I like smoking or non-smoking rooms.

I liked the free shuttle to and from the airport. There is also a supermarket which is a walking distance from the hotel. The room is enough for two guests.

There is no Neflix. There is not enough space for 3 or more luggages.

Posizione ottima. A 5 minuti dall'aeroporto di Haneda. Servizio navetta incluso.

Sauber, nettes Personal, Flughafen nähe

MYSTAY was more comfortable and cheaper for the same high quality as the big hotel at Terminal 3. This was great! The free shuttle was exactly on time, every 30 minutes. Try the local izakaya Matsumoto with friendly people. Mama-san speaks English.

This is a great hotel to stay at for anyone wanting to catch an early flight from Haneda. It's conveniently located and operates a free shuttle bus to the airport. It was excellent value for money too. Will definitely consider staying here again.

The staffs are so nice, The food was good, They really helpful, Recommended..

How close everything was

Dirty bedsheets and dirt on walls

Near from station and airport

Room too small. Staff was not friendly.

Great to have shuttle direct to airpor9

The room was clean and conveniently locate near the airport. There are several grocery and restaurants stores nearby. Additionally, the shuttle was on time, making my transit to the airport very easy.

However, there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom during my stay.
