A cama é confortável e o quarto espaçoso.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026We were not given any bottle(s) of water upon arrival and we had NO water to drink. We drank water in the refrigerator thinking that was the complimentary water, but no. Had to pay for water and was REALLY upset. During our second stay we were placed in a handicapped room and REALLY disliked being there. For normal people the toilet is just too weird and not user friendly. Also, it was a pain that there was not even a shower curtain and the floor got all wet. At least the hotel should provide a floor squeegee (in that room) for the guests to use to dry the floor. Was super irritating to be in that room. Not happy with TRYP Manaus Airport.

Service
9/10Staff repeatedly described as attentive, charismatic and helpful (explicit mentions of good employee attention and a named staff member 'Daniel').
Location
9.5/10Very strong positive sentiment for proximity to the airport across many reviews; convenient for airport transfers though not ideal for sightseeing in the city center.

8/10Rooms are often described as spacious, comfortable and with good beds, but several guests noted sparse furnishings (lack of drawers/closet shelving) and some rooms appear basic compared to expectations.
