Stuff do not speak English, it is very hard to communicate with anyone there. If you have problems you are alone its diffren than the rest of the world.

Tamanho do quarto, desgaste da cortina, tínhamos 3 malas e mal podíamos circular pelo quarto. Colchão ou travesseiro com odor desagradável.

Could t get food at odd hours as flight came in at 2:30 in the morning and we left at 9:30pm at night. Having some kind of food at all times would have been nice. Also having more English speakers would be nice but it all worked out.

Charged 8$ for 2 small bottle of water. I expect from a chain like ibis at least a complementary bottle of water in the room. In addition, the room is very small and doesn’t feel super clean.

The room. Whoever designed these rooms wasn't thinking of vacationers who will bring a suitcase or two. Extremely tight space to keep anything. Extremely tight space to be able to move about freely. Imagine that.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026O que mais gostei no hotel foi a agilidade no check-in e no check-out, tornando toda a experiência muito prática. Outro grande diferencial é a excelente localização, próxima ao aeroporto e com fácil acesso a um supermercado, um café regional, um posto de combustível e uma drogaria, oferecendo muita comodidade durante a estadia.
O principal ponto negativo foi o forte cheiro de mofo no quarto, que dava a impressão de que o ambiente estava fechado há muitos dias. Mesmo após a limpeza, o odor permaneceu durante toda a estadia. Além disso, a porta do banheiro não fechava corretamente, o que fazia com que a água do banho escapasse do box e molhasse o restante do banheiro.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026L'hotel è vicinissimo all'aeroporto, ma occorrono comunque dieci minuti di taxi per raggiungerlo a causa della bizzarra viabilità. Lo consiglio se arrivate o dovete partire con voli a orari scomodi: check in e check out sono rapidi, la stanza era pulita, i letti comodi e la zona abbastanza silenziosa nonostante il grande viale a scorrimento veloce su cui si affaccia l'hotel. Il personale in reception è stato gentile e accogliente.
Nei dintorni non ci sono ristoranti o negozi facilmente raggiungibili e la zona non è proprio un posto in cui avventurarsi a piedi da soli, perció, per cena, noi abbiamo optato per il ristorante dell'hotel. E qui arriva il tasto dolente: ci hanno messo un'ora e un quarto per servirci un hamburger e una zuppa. Purtroppo lo stesso è accaduto ai clienti seduti ai tavoli attorno al nostro. Non avevamo mai visto nulla di simile: gente che, dopo un'ora di attesa, viene finalmente servita, mancano le posate o le bevande, le chiede e vengono portate dalla cameriera con aria svogliata e con una lentezza sbalorditiva. I piatti uscivano dalla cucina e, prima di esser serviti, si raffreddavano su un carrello... c'erano tre cameriere e non più di una decina di tavoli. Mi auguro che sia stato un caso, ma davvero siamo rimasti tutti sconvolti!
