The location of the hotel is very good, it's just 5 min away from Duong Dong by motorbike. Reception staff was nice, accomodation was clean.

Breakfast was a big disappointment. Don't expect anything like in the pictures. I was looking forward to eggs, pastry and fruits, but the only thing they offered me was soup - on the first day it was chicken soup and the second morning only vegetable broth. The view from the pool isn't that amazing as in the pictures and it's also very shallow, just about 1m deep.

Das Frühstück war alles andere als fabelhaft. Sah weder aus wie auf den Bildern; noch gab es täglich Buffet. Wir hatten das Hotel für 4 Nächte gebucht, es gab an 2 Tagen einfach ein fertiges Gericht serviert, was nicht das Beste war. Die Aussicht aus dem Pool ist auch weniger malerisch als auf den Bildern, Entfernung zum Stand zu Fuß ca 15 Minuten

The service was good, prompt and friendly. The premises were clean and the attitude of the staff was very professional.

The location wasn't as close to the beach as anticipated and it would've been nice to have a connection such as shuttle or a bicycle transportation to one.

Сотрудник я заплатил и у меня не работает кондиционер им сказал они на другой номер дали там тоже не работает и я уехал оттуда но не дали даже деньги обратно очень плохой не советую не кому

Alles was perfect. Het personeel was ontzettend gastvrij, de locatie is centraal en het uitzicht vanaf het zwembad op het dak is werkelijk prachtig.

हमारा यहाँ ठहरना बेहद शानदार रहा। सेवा उत्कृष्ट थी और स्टाफ हमेशा विनम्र तथा मददगार रहा। होटल की लोकेशन शहर के बीचों-बीच है, जिससे घूमना बहुत आसान हो गया। रूफटॉप स्विमिंग पूल से दिखाई देने वाला नज़ारा शानदार था। हमें समुद्र के दृश्य वाला कमरा विशेष रूप से बहुत पसंद आया। इसने हमारे पूरे प्रवास को और भी यादगार बना दिया।

Worst place we stayed so far. Photos don't match at all. Left after one night. The pool is filthy, the rooms aren't clean, the shower doesn't get hot, the shower is also clocked, and there is zero sound proof. You can hear everything from the next room. The fridge wasn't working and only one of the bedside lamps worked. Wouldn't even stay there for free. The location is good but that's it.

部屋から見える海の景色がとても美しく、ホテルの立地も中心部にあって便利でした。 スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、いつも笑顔で対応してくれました。屋上プールはリラックスするのにぴったりの場所で、景色を楽しみながらゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができました。

Отель в самом центре фукуока ,по местоположению. Бронировали на три дня переночевали один день, в регистратуре сразу за дня сделали возврат без проблем.

Location is decent, as it is in the bustling side of the island. Beach is still a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There are hotels, shops and establishments all around.

Breakfast was inclusive, but the staff seemed reluctant to replenish the buffet. If other guests had finished what was laid out, there was no urgency to replenish the breakfast. The hotel can provide scooters for hire, but you will get cheaper options just across the street. Similar experience for tickets of the cable car to hon ton island. Roof top pool was not too clean.

A perfect choice in Phu Quoc. Central location, friendly staff, and a stunning rooftop pool. Our sea view room was just wonderful.

The rooftop pool view is one of the best I've seen. The staff are so welcoming and the hotel is centrally located. We really enjoyed our ocean-view room.

Breakfast was pretty good, pool table got some action from our party and we had a couple of hours to kill after check out so we used the ninth floor outdoor pool which was great. Reception even lent us towels . The only things to improve is the shade cover next to the pool (missing). Staff was great.
