Reviewed Aug 19, 2026De familie kamer was erg fijn. Twee aan een sluitende kamers waar je de tussendeuren kunt openmaken. De badkamers zijn buiten en zijn er ruim. De terrassen voor de kamers zijn ook ruim waar je lekker kunt vertoeven met een kopje koffie of een biertje.
De status van het zwembad, viel nogal tegen. Er waren tegels gebroken en er lagen op bijvoorbeeld maar de helft van de bedje een kussen. De rest hadden ze niet. Er werd wel flink geïnvesteerd in het hotel want er werden kamers bijgebouwd. Ik vind het dan jammer dat je niet eerst investeert in wat fatsoenlijke kussens. Het personeel was niet erg voortkomend en dat ben ik niet gewend in Vietnam omdat iedereen hier altijd zo vriendelijk is. Er kon geen goedemorgen of goede middag vanaf.

Les bémol, petit déjeuner pas terrible ( manque de choix , qualité des produits) le personnel non avenant. Hotel trop triste !

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Very quiet, spacious and airy resort. Resort gave us complimentary early and late check in/out and 30% discount on restaurant services throughout our stay since their pool was out of service and in construction. Instead, they let us use the resort’s pool next door.
My bathroom in particular smelled kind of bad and the drain was clogged a bit. The resort is kind of in the middle of residential development so walking in and out of the resort to the main road wasn’t a nice walk.

The location was horrible to be honest.. At dark it was quite scary to go back to the hotel since theres only a pretty dark sreet filled with stray dogs leading to the hotel. During our stay there was a big reconstruction happening, even though we were given a complimenatry airport transfer and early check in. It was very disturbing, and also the beach nearby is not suitable for swimming at all!! Its far away from the center. Beaches suitable for swimming are very far away.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Βασικά δεν έμεινα πότε. Φτάνοντας στο ξενοδοχείο για check in η υπάλληλος του ξενοδοχείου μου είπε ότι τό δωμάτιο δεν είναι στο ξενοδοχείο αλλά 400 μέτρα μακριά. Φυσικά και δεν έμεινα. Έχει ευθύνη και η Booking όμως.

Breakfast was has very little variety and it's the same everyday. Pho, bread, pancake, some fruit, 1 fruit yogurt, 1 banana dessert that tastes like pineapple, eggs. Coffee, tea and some juice. I guess it's ok for a small "resort". 1st night I paid for a bungalow unit which is actually a terrace unit. AC was not cold at all and I had to sleep with the fan on and I was still perspiring. There was no hot water for a while and they said they were fixing it when questioned. Suspect there were bed bugs too. And way too many mosquitoes. Next day I asked to change rooms and they put me in one of the rooms in the main building. AC & hot water was ok this time. But still way too many mosquitoes. Better service could have been offered eg repellent. Counter staff was not very friendly either.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr freundliches Zimmerservice Personal. Beste Brötchen, die ich je in Vietnam zum Frühstück hatte, gab es hier! Mopedverleih direkt im Hotel. Alle Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten wurden bereits in anderen Bewertungen genannt, aber dann würde es vermutlich auch nicht mehr zu diesem Preis gehen.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Staff members were very supportive and humble, we got the best breakfast in Vietnam. There is a short cut for bikes and pedestrians from resort to main road which is hardly 300 meters.
Approach road to the resort from the main road for car is very narrow. Bed was noisy.

Der Pool war nicht schön und auch an diverse stellen defekt. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption sah sehr traurig aus. Unter Resort stelle ich mir doch etwas anderes vor.

Las instalaciones son bonitas aunque empiezan a necesitar algo de mantenimiento, sobre todo la piscina, q es muy bonita y biene miy bien pra refrescarse en momenyos de calor La ubicacion es buena, si necesitas mobilidad alli mismo te dan la opcion de alquilar una moto y si no moverte en Grap como las distancias son cortas tambien son una opcion buena
Las camas son comodas pero un poco ruidosas, apenas te giras se oyen los muelles. Lo demas todo bien, las fotos se corresponden con la realidad. Seria una pena q no le hagan los mantenimientos q necesita

La literie qui grince. Dommage le jour de notre départ, travaux sur le chemin d’accés à l’hotel, rien était prévu pour descendre nos bagages, nous avons du faire le trajet à pieds avec nos valises sur un chemin non goudronné.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026The staff at Azura were exceptional. Not only friendly and professional but also we received excellent assistance when we needed to make a hospital appointment. Initially we thought that Azura was some distance from the beach and town but in fact there was a quick walk of 6 minutes through an alley that took you directly to both. Azura was very clean and tidy but there was a bit of maintenance outstanding. Some of the pool tiles were damaged but the pool was spotless and gorgeous. Our room had a lovely balcony and we were very comfortable. Breakfast was incredible.

Le petit déjeuner est varie et très copieux la chambre est spacieuse et la salle d'eau aussi. nous avons apprécié le balcon avec le petit salon. De façon générale, nous retenons que c'est un endroit parfait pour se détendre.
Le lit à ressorts ne présente pas un grand confort

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026La piscina muy bien cuenta con un horario muy amplio, también el alquiler de motos. Los bungalows son amplios y luminosos. El personal genial y la playa está muy cerca. Puede parecer un camino feo el de acceso, mejor con moto.
El baño, al estar abierto, está más sucio. También entran muchos bichos a la habitación por ahí. Detrás de nuestro bungalow había una finca con animales que hacían bastante ruido por la noche.
