The property was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The room was unclean, and the toilet was in a very disgusting condition. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room, which led me to open the window,however, even the window area was dusty and dirty, with cigarette butts left there. Overall, the entire place was filthy and not suitable for a stay.

There is nothing to recommend the local area. My room was very small with no window. The attached restaurant was adequate for dinner but breakfast choices weren’t inspiring.

Reviewed May 7, 2024I love the room. It's really nice and comfortable. Location wise, it may be quite a distance from the city centre, but for me it's worth it. Why? You can use the 'Jalan Pantai' every time you head over to town. Another plus for me, is their staff. They are the best. Very polite and helpful. Always smiling and they're very courteous.
