Situado cerca del centro de Fira, pero sin estar rodeado de turistas, tranquilo y cómodo. El personal muy agradable.

Limpio y bien cuidado, con piscina.

Para llegar al centro de Fira solo son 10 minutos andando pero muy en cuesta, preferiría estar algo más cerca de la ciudad.

Very tidy, great communication and friendly staff and the location only a short walk to Fira main square. Transfers from the port and to the airport were very easy and reasonable as well which made things so easy.

The staff were amazing; super friendly and helpful. The room was large with good facilities. It was a 10 minute up hill walk into the town centre which was perfect.

We were greeted with such hospitality. Great location, rooms were clean,cosy and quiet.

Tolle Gastfreundschaft, jederzeit erreichbar und für uns wurde ein Flughafentransfer auf Anfrage gebucht der günstiger als ein Uber war. Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Pool ist zur Abkühlung ganz nett. Ja, die Unterkunft liegt am Hangende und man muss in die Stadt bergauf aber wir fanden das absolut machbar.

Die Dusche war leider abends kalt was etwas unangenehm war. Der WLAN Empfang war so gut wie nicht vorhanden weil das Netz immer abgebrochen ist. Hier sollte man dran arbeiten.

Πολύ ωραίο και καθαρό δωμάτιο. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό και πολύ πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε.

Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν η τοποθεσία, ήταν λίγο κουραστικός ο δρόμος προς τα Φηρά αν δεν είχες μεταφορικό μέσο.

What a fantastic place to stay in Santorini with just a 10 minute walk into Fira centre. Aura the owner was super nice and very helpful, answering whatsapp messages anytime of the day. Any questions she would swiftly resolve. She alone made our stay in Santorini a truly memorable one, along with Mr George! The apartments are lovely, comfortable and quiet as you're away from the centre so a relaxing place to stay. The swimming pool is a bonus to escape the heat. They have a small dining room area which you can take your own food into if you like, plus you can get breakfast delivered from a nearby cafe to start your day, which was a nice touch. There was parking nearby so no problem with the rental car. Fira was our favourite place on the island, and if we return we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti in totale con le mie amiche , ed era tutto perfetto. Tutto lo staff del plastiras rooms è stato super gentile in ogni richiesta e super professionali. La posizione è ottima , 10 minuti dal centro di Fira, e il vicinato molto accogliente.

Las instalaciones súper cómodas y limpias y el personal estupendo, además estaba cerca quitando las cuestas que hay que viene siendo como en todo santorini.

Krásne ubytovanie, všetko vyzeralo ako na obrázku. Milý a ochotný personál vo všetkom. Prišli sme skôr a mohli sme bez problémov ostať pri bazéne, kým nám pripravia izbu na checkin.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ci è piaciuto praticamente tutto! Grande nota positiva per la possibilità non solo di lasciare i bagagli ma anche di fare la doccia (ci hanno anche fornito degli asciugamani puliti) pur avendo già fatto il check out: quando si ha un volo serale questo è una vantaggio che non tutte le strutture offrono e vi garantisco che è una salvezza! Bella anche la possibilità di rilassarsi in piscina, piccolina ma funzionale. È una struttura a conduzione familiare, Aura e il marito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliato!

La posizione è piuttosto centrale (sta a circa 10 min dal centro di Fira) però si trova in una zona leggermente più periferica e per arrivarci ci sono salite/discese un po’ faticose. Ne vale comunque la pena! Ps. Per uscire al centro si può andare tranquillamente a piedi ma se si sta con le valigie e bisogna andare al porto o all’aeroporto consiglio vivamente il transfer dalla struttura.

Camera accogliente e pulita, i proprietari nonché receptionist sono sempre disponibili per accontentare le richieste e le esigenze

Nulla unico neo la posizione, per arrivare al centro di Fira ci sono circa 15 minuti di salita, ma nulla di intramontabile per una coppia giovane come noi

Accoglienza, pulizia e disponibilità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Abbiamo usufruito del loro transfert sia da che per l' aeroporto ad un prezzo molto più conveniente rispetto ad Uber. Con la struttura è possibile inoltre prenotare auto, atv ed escursioni. Inoltre è disponibile ordinare la colazione.

Unica pecca è la sua posizione leggermente spostata dal centro, non rende gli spostamenti a piedi così agevoli per via di una salita, soprattutto nelle ore calde.

L'emplacement était idéal et calme, situé à seulement 15 minutes à pied du centre. La piscine est un vrai plus quand on vient à Santorin. La chambre était comme sur les photos, confortable et spacieuse. Amara, notre hôte, s'est rendue disponible concernant tous nos demandes durant le séjour. La seule précision que j'aimerais ajouter est que le service navette aéroport n'est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre.

- Location was further away from the city so no noise at night really, however is a hike up to the main part of Fira so we don’t recommend if you arnt able to walk up hills - big room - had a pool - interaction with staff was amazing!! - came with a booklet supplying recommendations for everything - have a hotel cat who is cute & sweet

- wifi was slow - our room had foot prints all over the walls and ceilings which needs to be cleaned asap ! - shower head was not the best ( very old school ) - we had to use a small towel to hang over the shower window as people could look through while we were showering due to where our room was …. - thin walls as we could hear a group of people next door clearly till late at night - our room we booked through booking.com is completely different to what we got ( doesn’t near match the pictures) :/

Owner of the property was extremely good in communication and getting us to the property. Helped us to explain the map of Fira. Check-in Procedure was fast.

Location is not that far from Fira market but as it is steep to walk feels bit of a fatigue

the whole complex is lovely, with a very clean pool and nice sun loungers. Our room was cleaned to a excellent standard every day. The owners were very welcoming and made sure we enjoyed our stay and got the most out of our time in santorini!

it is quite a walk to get right up to the centre of fira and to go to the viewpoints. It is definitely manageable but can get tiring if you do it multiple times in a day!

Is not super close to Chora, so if you are by walk get ready for 10 mins uphill, get a scooter or a car.

We had a wonderful stay at Plastiras Rooms in Santorini. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind throughout our visit. They organised our airport/port transfers as well as a fantastic day tour around the island through their company, which was a great way to see Santorini and learn more about its highlights. We also visited their family-run café, which had a lovely atmosphere & delicious food. If you like supporting family businesses this is the perfect place to stay. There was also a lovely cat on the property - Yasmin who kept us company. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Tutto. La stanza era super pulita e ben strutturata. Dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Posizione ottima, a solo 10 min dal centro e dalla fermata principale degli autobus diretti ovunque. Personale super accogliente, disponibile e gentile. Utilizzo della piscina e delle sdraio gratuitamente senza oneri accessori. Possibilità di ordinare colazione e loro te la portano direttamente in stanza, a domicilio. Ci hanno dato anche la possibilità di lasciare le valigie nella loro struttura dopo il check out visto che avevamo il volo alle 23. Ci hanno anche messo a disposizione un bagno per farci lavare prima di prendere il volo. Bravissimi i proprietari e accoglienti. Consiglio vivamente.

The owners are very friendly and welcoming! They provided us with suggestions for what to do while in Santorini and booked a rental car for us. They were extremely accommodating and replied to all messages quickly. It is located in a good area, away from the hustle and bustle of Fira but is an easy walk into town. The rooms were comfortable and clean, had everything we wanted. Great hot water, air conditioning and a pool.

Proprietários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Deixaram-nos usufruir da piscina após o check-out, até ao final do dia, e tomar um duche antes de partirmos. Ambiente muito acolhedor. A 10 minutos a pé da paragem de autocarros de Fira, o que o torna uma opção ótima para quem quer deslocar-se a outros locais através de transportes públicos (Oia, Imerovigli).

Nothing. It's about a 15 min walk to Fira shopping center but we found that to be a good thing , away from the crowds and noise.

Tout était parfait : l’emplacement, la propreté du logement et surtout la convivialité des gérants. Ils ont été extrêmement disponibles et attentionnés tout au long de notre séjour. Grâce à leurs précieux conseils, nous avons pu organiser du jour au lendemain une superbe excursion privée en voiture pour découvrir toute l’île. Ils se sont également occupés de nous commander le petit-déjeuner ainsi que les repas, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. La piscine est un véritable atout du logement : propre et très agréable. L’eau était un peu fraîche, mais particulièrement rafraîchissante avec la chaleur. Mention spéciale également au petit chat de la maison, très sociable et attachant, qui apporte une touche de charme supplémentaire au séjour. Les services proposés pour les excursions et les transports sont également très intéressants, avec des tarifs compétitifs et un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur sens de l’accueil sont remarquables. Nous nous sommes sentis comme des membres de leur famille. Une expérience inoubliable que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation ! Merci encore pour tout. 😊

Un séjour magnifique et inoubliable, surtout grâce à Aura et son accueil. Tout est très chouette, la piscine et le cadre enchanteur de ce petit hôtel familial. Les hôtes sont au petit soin. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et aménagée avec goût. La distance avec Fira est OK, et on est bien à l'écart de l'agitation. Je recommande...🤩

The place was quiet, just outside of Thira but it was an easy 8-minute walk to the main street. The staff was helpful and made sure that we had a pleasant stay.

Había que subir una cuestecilla, que con calor puedes sufrir un poco. En la terraza a la noche acechan mosquitos, pero esto no es culpa del hotel.

Whilst I knew that it was a 10-15 minute walk uphill, I was unaware that there was a 3/4 minute walk at the beginning up more or less a dirt track, which I didn't like as I was on my own

Θα ήταν ακόμη καλύτερο αν υπήρχε καφετιέρα για κανονικό καφέ, καθώς υπήρχε μόνο βραστήρας για στιγμιαίο. Επίσης, θα ήταν μια όμορφη προσθήκη να παρέχεται λίγο γάλα εβαπορέ και ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό στο ψυγείο

Aura and her husband were amazing! They had fantastic suggestions and recommendations of things to do and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. It is a bit of a hike to the main town of Fira(uphill) but only about a 10-15 minute walk. It is doable but I would recommend renting a quad or scooter to get around and be able to see more of the island. Aura arranged for us to rent a quad at a great price and gave us a whole list of absolutely beautiful places to see!

Todo perfecto! Tanto Aura como Gregory fueron muy amables desde el principio. Nos ofrecieron un tour muy completo por la isla que al estar solo un día pudimos explorar al 100%. A su vez las habitaciones eran amplias, limpias y cómodas, y las instalaciones del hotel muy bonitas. Esta algo alejado del centro de Fira, como a unos 10 minutos andando y hay que acceder por una carretera poco iluminada, que también justifica que sea más barato que otros alojamientos de la zona. No incluye el desayuno pero te ofrecen la posibilidad de que os lo traigan de delivery desde un local suyo. Repetiríamos sin duda!

Beautiful, modern, clean and nice design. Lovely cat, she’s adorable and so sweet. It’s a family business and the staff is sooooo lovely, they arranged everything for us that you can imagine and they give you so much good information about the island, restaurants and much more! If you go to Santorini, definitely stay here! It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Fira centre and it’s such a quiet and nice location. 11/10, would stay here again and definitely recommend it!!!

Accueil impeccable, Grégory et sa femme ont été super arrangeant, serviable et très professionnels. Ils se rendent très disponibles pour nous répondre par Whatsapp ce qui est appréciable. Nous avons aimé la proximité avec le village de Fira. (3 bonnes montées à pied) et l’emplacement assez central sur l’île. Le service de taxi pour hôtel-aéroport était super et nous avons pu louer un quad sur place ce qui a été très facile pour nous pour nous déplacer. Nous avons aussi aimé le fait que l’endroit soit calme, pas de nuisance sonore pendant la nuit ou la journée. Un lieu de repos idéal. La chambre est très propre, il y a tous les équipements nécessaires (sèche cheveux, bouilloire, télé, frigo) , literie de qualité et chauffage ou clim au besoin. Le service de ménage était très bon et la dame super sympa. L’extérieur est super aussi, très propre à l’abris du vent, beaucoup de transat avec parasol et une belle piscine. Pas de petit dej à l’hôtel mais possibilité de passer commande à leur restaurant : MAGMA. Et petit + pour le chat qui se balade dans l’hôtel et qui est très sociable. (nous l’avons prénommé « Suncha »)

L'amabilité et la serviabilité d'Aura et du personnel, la propreté, le confort, la piscine et l'équipement de la chambre sont parfaits. Possibilité de se faire livrer un très bon petit-déjeuner copieux par un restaurant situé à 5 minutes. L'hôtel est situé à 15 minutes à pied (en montée) du quartier très touristique de Fira.

L'environnement en dehors du centre de Fira est négligé (routes abîmées, bâtiments abandonnés, épaves de véhicules). C'est dommage car l'hôtel lui-même est très charmant.

The highlight of staying here was how kind and helpful the family was! We followed all Aura’s recommendations and loved everything we did and are in Santorini. The room and villa were great too. Would highly recommend!

Από την πρώτη στιγμή που φτάσαμε, νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας! Η Aura& Grigoris είναι απίστευτα ευγενικοί και φιλικοί, πάντα με χαμόγελο και πραγματική διάθεση να μας εξυπηρετήσουν σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Μας έκαναν να αισθανθούμε ξεχωριστοί επισκέπτες και αυτό για εμάς έκανε τη διαφορά. Το κατάλυμα είναι προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια, μοντέρνο και πολύ άνετο, προσφέροντας ιδανική ατμόσφαιρα για ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση. Ειλικρινά, απολαύσαμε τη διαμονή μας και σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφθούμε στην επόμενη μας απόδραση στο νησί!

La struttura era molto pulita e accogliente, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato Aura ad accoglierci ed è stata molto disponibile e chiara nel fornirci tutte le informazioni necessarie. La struttura è centrale e vicina ad ogni servizio, la stanza è piccola ma dispone di tutti i servizi essenziali per una vacanza indimenticabile.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The staff go above and beyond for comfort, kindness and to make sure you have everything you need. She gave excellent recommendations for everything from dining, to beaches and our activities so trust them when they tell you what’s good. The place is clean, quiet and a 5 minute walk to downtown Fira and the bus stop so it’s convenient. Lovely pool, comfy beds and a wonderful patio to relax on. Highly recommend!!!

The single bed was not great for a third adult. There was no privacy. We would not recommend for 3 adults.

Aura est une hôte incroyable. Elle nous a partagé plusieurs contacts ( location de quad et croisière catamarans) supers et nous a déposé au port de santorin le jour de notre départ. La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée. L’hôtel se situe à environ 15 min à pied du centre ( 3 grandes montées à prévoir). Nous avons adoré cette établissement.

Le petit point négatif est la piscine très souvent à l’ombre et donc un peu froide. Nous avons préféré trouver des plages.

Struttura famigliare, piccola ma con camere ben curate e pulite, consiglierei per un breve soggiorno a Santorini. Gli host sono molto gentili e disponibili a occuparsi dei trasferimenti (prezzi inferiori a quelli dei taxi). Molto carino anche il cafe associato a Fira vicino la stazione dei bus.

Dista 10 min dal centro di fira però da sottolineare che sono 10 minuti in salita, abbastanza ripida, scomoda soprattutto con bagagli pesanti. Piscina piccolina e fredda, non possibile nuotare.

The property was stunning, it was in a great location. So close to all of the main attractions. Service was great and all the staff were lovely.

Plastiras Rooms was a lovely little haven tucked away at the bottom of the hill. The room was lovely and cleaned every day, along with towels and sheets every other day. Aura from the reception, as every other person here mentioned her, was an actual gem. She helped us with booking activities and checked up on us. It definitely added to our experience as well. Not to mention Santorini its self its really a must-see and feel experience at least once in your life.

There is nothing I didn't like, but it is worth mentioning that there is an actual 10-minute steep hike up to Fira, which might not be suitable for everyone.
