El estudio era perfecto para pasar unos dias en Santorini.. con la piscina en la puerta y el centro a 10 minutos andando

We had an amazing stay at Phoenix! Fay was a brilliant host and the apartment was so clean. We rented a quad so it was a 2 minute spin into main Fira. Lovely church across the road. Air conditioning was great. Nice quiet area.

Fay was a wonderful host! The property was comfortable and clean and the proximity to the Fira Bus terminal was a bonus. We loved our stay.

La posizione comoda al centro raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi con una piccola salita ma lontano dal casino rende facile il riposo. La piscina ha regole un po' rigide ma è bella e ben tenuta. La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato era piccolina ma dotata di tutto il necessario e pulita. La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e attenta ad ogni necessità.

La struttura è davvero bella, ed anche la piscina. La pulizia impeccabile in tutta la struttura. Fay la proprietaria, una persona super gentile, accogliente e disponibilissima, ci ha programmato andata e ritorno dall’aeroporto e ci ha anche fatto trovare un motorino per godere al meglio il nostro soggiorno, oltre ad averci offerto vari caffè. Lo consiglio vivamente

La sig.ra è stata sempre gentile e disponibile, ha soddisfatto le ns richieste. Non disturbava nessuno. La strada molto tranquilla, la piscina pure. Tutto pulito, ogni giorno rifacevano i letti e cambiavano la biancheria del bagno e i teli pr la piscina La piscina chiude alle 20

Όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα η τοποθεσία καλή η πισίνα φοβερή ! Κυρίως όμως αξίζει να σημειωθεί πως η γυναίκα στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν φιλόξενη πολύ ευγενική και παρούσα σε ό,τι και να χρειαζόμασταν! Μας πρότεινε μαγαζιά για φαγητό ,τρόπους να μετακινούμαστε εύκολα και πολλά άλλα. Είναι σημαντικό να αναγνωρίζουμε τέτοιες συμπεριφορές από ανθρώπους που αγαπάνε την δουλειά τους και αυτό φαίνεται και την ευχαριστούμε θερμά !

L’accoglienza della signora è stata molto apprezzata, super disponibile e di supporto durante la nostra vacanza. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto che ci abbia tenuto i bagagli tutto l’ultimo giorno dandoci anche la possibilità di utilizzare i servizi con doccia dopo il check-out! La piscina è molto carina e tranquilla e la posizione comodissima (con una piccola salita) per raggiungere il centro di Fira

La struttura è molto vicina al centro di Fira ma per raggiungerlo c’è una salita abbastanza impervia

El alojamiento me pareció increíble!!! Lo repetiría mil veces, de verdad. El lugar muy acogedor, muy tranquilo, muy limpio todo tanto la habitación como la piscina (que casi siempre usaba solo yo, ya que hay muy pocos huéspedes). Y la mujer que me atendió que entiendo que era la propietaria fue encantadora siempre.

Me gustó todo, lo único que puedo decir y que ya leí en otros comentarios es que hay que caminar 10 minutos hasta el centro de Fira y hay un poco de desnivel pero nada grave y de hecho para mí es algo bueno porque así la zona era más tranquila y me sentí muy segura de noche también (viajaba sola y eso era importante). Si volviese a Santorini repetiría hotel!!!

Faye was very helpful when we arrived as the apartment was ready for us after a rough boat ride!! Beautiful place and in a lovely quiet area. Very clean with a nice size pool. Central location and easy to get busses around the island.

Bella villa con piscina, super pulito, staff gentile e disponibile, ottimo caffè e tè in camera con acqua, succhi e biscotti. Da raccomandare, unica piccola nota negativa, le due rampe di salita a piedi per raggiungere il centro.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’hôte est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours disponible et très accueillant. La chambre était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent et l’emplacement est très pratique pour profiter des alentours. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésiter et y reviendrions avec grand plaisir. Merci encore pour cet accueil exceptionnel de l'hôte ♥️

The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and tidy! Location is great as it's near the viilage center, near car parking but at the same time it's and perfect to rest

Lovely staff,, room was absolutely spotless and cleaned everyday as soon as we left.. free parking just beside the building definitely helps (I would advise a car to see all the island) this place definitely ticked every box for us.

It was a 10-15 minute walk into fira but we knew that before booking so this isn't really a negative.

The host was very polite and friendly and she even drove us to the bus station with our luggage. The room was always perfectly clean and had all the facilities you might need. It is near the bus station and the local shops.

Είχαμε μια πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία η κ. Φαίη ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευχάριστη. Η καθαριότητα ήταν το παν καθώς καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα, δεν φύγαμε με κανένα παράπονο. Σας το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα

Το μόνο πράγμα που μας δυσκόλεψε λιγο ήταν η ανηφόρα αλλά ούτως η άλλως όλοι η Σαντορίνη είναι γεμάτη λοφους. Ίσα ίσα κάναμε λίγο γυμναστική η ανηφόρα δεν ήταν και τόσο μεγάλη περίπου 5 λεπτά.

As for the accommodation, it exceeded all my expectations. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, located in a very quiet area that allows you to relax without straying too far from the center: just a 5-minute walk from Fira and the bus station, making it easy to travel all over the island with frequent connections every 15 or 20 minutes, depending on the destination. The pool overlooking the Aegean Sea is a true luxury, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. But what really made the difference was the host, Far: charming, attentive, and, above all, very professional. Always willing to help and ensure everything was perfect during our stay. Her dedication and warmth made us feel at home from day one. I would definitely come back. Thanks for everything, Far!

C’était un séjour incroyable, la localisation est super, à 5-10 min à pied de la capitale de l’île donc assez au calme mais pas trop loin non plus. La gérante est adorable et peut vous organiser tout ce que vous voulez (location de voiture, transfert vers et depuis l’aéroport, croisière au coucher du soleil …), la piscine est agréable, petite mais suffisamment profonde pour être totalement immergé. Les chambres sont faites et de nouvelles serviettes propres sont déposées chaque jour. L’établissement dispose d’un parking privé juste à côté ce qui facilite le stationnement, je vous recommande donc de louer une voiture pour explorer l’intégralité de l’île.

We're a couple that stayed for 5 nights, and hired a car. We found the hotel and its amenities highly functional, and the kitchen was equipped enough to make soup, pasta and a few light dishes. AirCon is amazing, and the bathroom was a great size. Beds were also comfortable. We ate out mainly so it was central to Fira, and to other coastal areas. Parking was easy to find, and not an issue for us. The pool was great to sit around after a big day out and to snooze around in the afternoon. Faye is such a great host, who works so hard to make the place as great as it is.

10/10 for us - no complaints.

L’hôtel est situé en dehors du centre de Fira très agité. Il est agréable et calme. À quelques minutes du centre à pied et des bus. Petite montée sans difficulté si vous marchez aisément. La piscine est un vrai plus! Nous avons été si gentiment accueillies ma fille et moi que nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

L'emplacement du logement est parfait, aucune nuisance de bruit et seulement quelques minutes de marche pour retrouver le cœur de la ville. L'hôte est d'une gentillesse qui vous donne envie de revenir très vite. La piscine est parfaite avec une vue sur la mer très agréable. Un séjour au top !

Ho soggiornato tre notti in una delle camere di Phoenix con il mio ragazzo, e abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. Al nostro arrivo in aereoporto alle 22.20 ci ha accolti l'autista che ci ha portati direttamente presso la struttura, a 25€ (accetta solo contanti), e in reception la proprietaria ha aspettato che arrivassimo nonostante la tarda ora ed è stata in generale molto accogliente. La struttura molto carina, con anche la piscina proprio sotto le camere, e molto comoda come posizione: con solo una passeggiata di 5 minuti si arriva al centro di Fira e alla fermata centrale degli autobus da cui si possono raggiungere le destinazioni principali dell'isola. La camera era pulita e spaziosa, dotata di terrazzino, macchinetta del caffè con cialde, piatti, bicchieri, posate e tazze, cassaforte, aria condizionata. Consigliata per un soggiorno a Santorini!!

Great apartment — clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The woman hosting was very kind and helpful, making the stay even better. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others!

My wife and her sister stayed at the property and when they got back, raved about everything to do with the property, the manager was awesome and the room was exactly as described with a lovely pool.

Hotel is very clean! When I entered the first thing I have noticed is a really nice, fresh smell. Bathroom clean! Kitchen clean! Private terrace has a nice view of the sea. Very good location. 15 min walk to the center. We also had a rental car and property has a free parking space. I would absolutely recommend this hotel .

The property is in a great location and the service was outstanding! From the moment we arrived with an after hours check in time, Fay assisted us with everything from transfers, to providing us snacks whilst we were outside to allowing us to stay after check out while we waited for our transfer. The room was clean and was made up everytime we left the room even if it was for a short amount of time and had everything you need. The walk up to the town is up a hill but it is doable and only a short walk. I hightly recommend this place!

A well maintained apartment with all amenities including fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner etc. The owner and staff are very friendly and supportive.

The property is outside of Fira Market and coastal areas and one need to walk uphill for approx 600 meters to reach. The walking becomes exhausting in summer days.

Fay and the cleaning lady are very nice and helpful. The air conditioning in my room broke down, 2 hours later a brand new one was already installed and the room cleaned again. The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean and well furnished.

The property is immaculately clean and the beds very comfortable. It is excellent value for your money in Santorini and a very short 5 minute walk to the town center of Fira. The owner is lovely and helped bring our luggage to the bus station on our last day there. Would definitely book here again!!

The room was a more-than-adequate size, and the in-room facilities were well-maintained, cleaned, and working. The bed was a very good size and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and they offered to clean our room everyday. Definitely would stay in the same property if ever we come back to Santorini.
