Friendly and very helpful staff! Marc was exceptionally helpful when I left a pillow at the property and he explained to me how to get it shipped back.

I loved the hot tub and the pool. The staff were super nice and helpful and the little hotel shop was a great convenience.

I didnt know I would have to pay an additional 100 on top of the nearby 500 for 3 nights until we got there to check in. The black sheet on the box springs were both hanging off on both beds. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I did accidently book the handicapped room but one serious not was the massive slip risk in the bathroom. Love the fact someone in a wheelchair can use that room but the dangerous conditions with the water run off is crazy we used wayy to many towels to sop the water up which led us to have to keep asking for more towels every single night. Also the shower temp nozzle wouldnt stay, I like it semi hot and when id put it there over the course of a few mins the nozzle would drop to burning hot. I also found it incredibly odd that the housekeepers only come every other day. We were a family of 4 and we're given one extra roll of single ply toliet paper. So every single night we had to ask for an extra roll and more towels. The breakfast was decent not amazing but decent I really appreciated the dairy free/gluten free muffins. We have stayed at better hotels for less cost. This is our second stay at a Hampton and I have to say I probably wont be staying with our family at one again. That all aside the staff was great.

The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of breakfast for all guests, the pool and hot was nice, it was clean. Even tho it’s next to the high way the 5th floor was quiet and I didn’t hear the cars pull the blinds and the rooms completely dark and quiet.

We had three adults and a child in the king room with a pull out couch it would have been nice to have enough pillows for the pull out couch but we made it work I didn’t wanna bother asking for two pillows lol.

Facilities were clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast had good selection available.

I was not a fan of the sliding door on the bathroom. But the room was clean and comfy.

The staff was friendly and cared about us. When we walked in our room, the tv was on, and it said, "Welcome Angela". That was cool.

I booked a non refundable room. Needing 2 queen beds, handicap accessible with a roll in shower. I paid for this back in February. Showed up yesterday and was told my prepaid non refundable room type was not available. I was not notified in advance of this and wasn't even given an apology 😒. Just a "rooms requested are never promised, things happen." We were given the option of a standard queen with non handicap bathrooms, but was I welcome to head down to the pool area to shower, or a king bed with handicap shower. Again. No apology or notification.

We had a wonderful stay as always. We LOVE Hampton Inn. Always clean and accommodating. We don’t stay at any other hotel.

I didn’t like that they hold $100 on your card for incidentals. We haven’t been charged that before.

The location has a great proximity to Mohegan Sun Casino. They also offer a shuttle to the casino. The pool is great along with the adjacent hot tub with a waterfall feature cascading hot water.

The property does not have any gazebo or outside features for lounging.

The room has all the ammenities available in any hotel: refrigerator, microwave & safe. Comfortable bedding, not overly hot, as seems to be customary. Breakfast buffet asortment was very good too! All personnel were friendly & welcoming.

All of the employees are very helpful and very friendly . Anytime we needed something they took care of it in a timely manner. The breakfast lady in the morning is so friendly and very good with the guests . She was keeping tabs on everyone making them feel important while also keeping up with the breakfast bar.

Property seemed old and not up to Hampton Inn standards. Carpeting was in poor condition room was smaller than normal and beds were used and sagging coil spring. Not what we have previously experienced with Hampton inn

There aren't many choices in Norwich and after having stayed at the Holiday Inn (terrible) and the Courtyard (OK), this Hampton inn was a pleasant surprise. Easy to find with a Walmart, gas stations and restaurants close by. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was very large, bright and clean. Large TV with many channels, comfortable bed, good wifi, bright bathroom and everything worked. If back in Norwich, I know where I'll be staying!

My daughter & I stayed here as she had an early start for a tournament at Mohegan sun. Price was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than Mohegan and the hotel is only about 10 minutes drive from the casino. They also have a shuttle which was running even late at night that we did not use. Check in (after 11pm) was super easy. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom nice and clean with built in amenities (shampoos, conditioner, body wash). They give a shower cap to use as well, which was super convenient. Air conditioning unit had a "fan" mode which worked well for our white noise requirements. Ice machine was right by elevators and worked! They have a gorgeous pool which is even long enough to do laps (sort of oddly long and narrow) and a lovely hot tub we didn't get to use, as well as a small fitness center. Breakfast was very good - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, make your own waffle with all kinds of toppings (including chocolate chips), toast, bagels, muffins, oranges, bananas, yogurt, cereal and hot oatmeal. Really something fo everyone. We would absolutely stay here again in heartbeat, right off the highway, easy access to the casino and great amenities.

Very Limited buffet and not too much choice for breakfast. Its very dispointed When we booked the hotel its didnt said that there is pool maintenance. I just found out the day when I check in.

Everything was perfect

I have been to this property quite a few times as I live nearby and I use it as kind of like a spa getaway and I've also brought my grandchildren there for a fun overnight with great breakfast and they appreciate it so much they use their inside voice they get so much joy out of it they love the hot tub and the pool I'm looking forward to bringing them again soon. It's clearly one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in

The staff was friendly, efficient and engaged. The room was really nice for this level hotel - well maintained, comfortable, spacious and with a fridge and microwave. We were there for my daughter's cheer competition and really appreciated the extra space and mirror for getting ready and spreading out.

The hotel is surrounded by a cemetery which felt strange. Also the bathroom could have been cleaner - there was hair on the wall.

I'm a little bit of a food snob. Breakfast was ... Oatmeal was overcooked, scrambled eggs tasted like maybe out of a box?. Maybe I'm being too critical. Hotel was great, breakfast most likely acceptable for most people.

Very clean.The people working the desk were very nice. Let us know where restaurants were located close to the hotel. Shuttle to the casino. Would definitely stay again.

The only complaint I would have is the lack of streaming services. Other than that, everything was wonderful! We went for my husbands birthday and they asked if we had a room preference (quiet cemetary side, busy highway side) and if we had a floor preference. I also had balloons and a cake ordered to the hotel and they were able to place it nicely inside of the room! Breakfast was delicious and all of the staff were friendly.

The breakfast was good. Had everything that my family would usually eat. The usual breakfast foods, waffles, mini waffles, eggs, meat, homemade fries, bagels, cereals, yogurt.

Having a forced air curtain over the front door would have been spectacular so you did not have to feel the cold air coming inside whenever the door would open. Due to the open concept, cold air pours in the door and it filters into the dining area. it is easier to sit over towards the windows or closer towards the serving area. If you wish to stay warmer also the maids needed to do a better job at checking the lotion and the shampoo in our room as they were both empty. Also, the heat was off when we entered our room. This is the first week of February 2026 and bitter cold temperatures outside. You would think you would have the heat on in order to prevent the pipes from bursting due to it being so cold outside. I can’t complain about being cold in the lobby area considering it was -11 this morning overall it is a great hotel that is very clean modern. The pool is probably one of the biggest pools I have ever seen at a hotel. It has the normal wide section for a shallow area but then it has a lap pool that has to be at least a good 30 feet long. They’re also is a hot tub with a waterfall, which is absolutely beautiful and the water was the perfect temperature. Another thing that I just happened to think of for people to watch is the spacing underneath the heat and AC unit granted our room was on the top floor and it was on average 3° outside this weekend, but cold air poured and underneath the HVAC unit so much so that we wrapped blankets around the bottom to help seal out the cold air

I liked the room layout and the breakfast.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from the adjacent highway, the HVAC unit, and the refrigerator, so sleeping was a bit of a challenge.

Staff was absolutely phenomenal they were socked helpful and kind throughout the entire stay at every location excellence was done on the hire and training best stay ever and everywhere was very clean thank you!
