Excellent hôtel bien situé dans le centre du vieux Soller. Superbe vue sur les jardins tropicaux et la montagne. (Chambre avec vue sur la montagne) Personnel très sympa et excellent petit déjeuner dans un superbe cadre .

This hotel is charming, and has the true romantic movie atmosphere. Its right in the centre, but it doesnt get crowded and noisy. It has STUNNING viewě by the pool. The breakfast? OMG please dont miss it.

L emplacement

Habituées des hôtels 4* et plus, c'était une des pires expériences. Tout commence avec le manque d'informations pour arriver en voiture à votre hôtel. Parking non disponible on nous dit de passer à l'hôtel pour déposer les bagages mais c'est un cauchemar pour arriver jusque là et il nya aucun endroit pour s'arrêter proche de l'hôtel. On a dû traverser le vieux centre, dans des rues très étroites, heureusement qu'on avait une petite voiture et au risque de se faire sanctionner. D'autres clients ont aussi galéré de part ce manque d'informations (et suffit de regarder les avis internet). Il serait peut être temps d'y trouver une solution dans votre communication. Au final on s'est retrouvées dans un mauvais parking et on a du payer une amende de 30 euros !!!! Ensuite, aucun acessoire de toilettes dans la salle de bain. Un pauvre gel douche et savon pour les mains. Là chambre est très petite et le lit si petit qu'on ne peut même pas s'y tourner à 2. Même les oreillers dépassaient du lit car ils étaient plus grands. On a très mal dormi et étions crevées le lendemain. Ajoutez à cela la climatisation qui vous souffle directement sur le lit, on a du l'éteindre et on s'est réveillées car il faisait une chaleur étouffante. Là chambre n'est pas isolée et il y'a beaucoup de bruit. Dans la rue comme dans les chambres de l'hôtel. Ensuite, le petit déjeuner est sans plus. Œufs brouillés secs, pas de réapprovisionnement quand il n'y avait plus de fromage par exemple. Les fruits ne donnaient vraiment pas envie non plus. Le serveur était cependant très agréable et faisait de son mieux. Aucun endroit où se poser hors de la chambre, sauf 3 fauteuils à l'accueil parmi les valises et les check in check out, vraiment pas cosy. La salle de restaurant fait vieillotte, même l'odeur. Heureusement il y avait la terrasse pour petit déjeuner. Le tout ne valait absolument pas les 200 euros payés.

Hôtel extrêmement bien situé, à quelques pas du centre historique de Sóller. La gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel. Literie confortable. Petit-déjeuner très bon, avec un excellent service. Propreté au top. Piscine très agréable avec vue sur la montagne.

Manque d’insonorisation, donc bruyant le matin. Assez cher mais ce sont les prix à Sóller.

Very cozy place in a nice central location. Very close to the historical train and tram. Bed was super comfy. Nice big bathroom. Interior looks better than on the pictures. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

L'accueil de la réceptionniste à été exécrable. Au lieu de reconnaître son erreur sur l'emplacement d'une place de parking elle a préféré après avoir mis en doute notre parole nous tourner le dos et repartir à son bureau. Attitude inacceptable pour un 4 étoiles. Beaucoup de bruits extérieurs des 7 h00 le matin.

Lovely staff. Excellent location. Good pool (it is small but perfect for a dip). Was perfect for what we were after for cycling holiday.

Petit hôtel charmant. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles. Les salles de bain spacieuses et fonctionnelles. L'emplacement de l'hôtel au cœur du village est très appréciable. Le personnel est très accueillants. La piscine est petite mais propre et bienvenue quand il fait chaud. Les serviettes de bain sont fournies. Place centrale à 2 pas de l'hôtel, avec restaurants et boutiques. La localisation de Sóller pour rayonner dans la région ouest de l'île est parfaite.

Rien concernant l'hôtel. Les zones de parking accessibles aux non résidents sont assez éloignées. Mais il y a tout de même moyen de se garer à 10-15 min à pied sur la route principale qui mène au port de Sóller. Entrée de l'église payante.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer war groß und ruhige Lage obwohl die Soller Bahn gleich vor der tour ist. Beim Frühstück sind wir herzlich von einen älteren Mann begrüßt wurden, das fand ich sehr aufmerksam und nett. :)

Leider war der Pool nicht so ansprechend, 7 Liegen und daneben gleich ich denke ein Agregator der Lärm gemacht hat. Lädt nicht zum Entspannen ein.

Great location. Very close to the main square and the iconic train to Port de Soller (and Palma). Lovely to be able to jump in a nice pool after a long warm day. Lovely rooms with history, and good breakfast!

Un personnel très attentionné. Nous avons demandé une chambre PMR et nous avons eu une chambre en dehors de l'hôtel mais confortable et propre. L'hôtel est charmant dans un ancien bâtiment tres bien entretenu.

La piscine et l'hôtel n'est pas accessible. J'aurais apprécié avoir cette information au préalable. Par contre nous avons pu bénéficier de la piscine d'un hôtel proche et avons apprécié cette attention. Le strapoentin de la salle de bain pmr n'est pas tres solide.

The location and pool were great.

One of the things we were most disappointed with was the hotel's lack of flexibility regarding our reservation. We emailed six days before our arrival to cancel one night for one of our two rooms. I had mistakenly believed the Booking.com cancellation policy allowed cancellations up to 24 hours in advance, but the hotel advised that their policy required seven days' notice. As a result, we were charged the full €175 for a room that was never used. While I understand that policies are in place for a reason, it was disappointing that the hotel was unwilling to accommodate our request or offer any compromise, especially since we were only one day outside the cancellation window and were still keeping the second room reservation. A small gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way and would have left us with a much better impression of the hotel's customer service.

Highly recommend! Perfect location and lovely staff! The restaurant have a beautiful menu with local dishes and local wines. For sure I will come back !

Lokalizacja hotelu w samym centrum Soller, blisko do parkingu. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, kontakt z obiektem bezproblemowy i szybki. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Śniadania wyśmienite. Miejsce godne polecenia i powrotu do niego.

Chociaż to nie uwaga do Hotelu to warto zwrócić uwagę innych na to, że jeżdżąc samochodem trzeba bardzo uważać na wąskie uliczki i dużą ilość ulic jednokierunkowych. Ciężko się poruszać większym samochodem. Mieliśmy mały problem z dojazdem po ciemku, dużo kluczyliśmy po uliczkach zanim dotarliśmy do celu.

We did get stuck in town with the market and had to change our plans because we couldn’t get our car out of town. Would have been helpful to know that at check-in.

The hotel was central and clean. The staff were helpful. Super easy walk to the shops, bars a restaurants. Also the tram stop was very close.

Poolbereich leider etwas abgewetzt (kaputte Stühle, Handtücher und Gläser lagen ein Tag rum. Schade mit wenigen Maßnahmen könnte man es ideal machen.

Location is excellent for exploring the city. Rooms are comfortable, and ours had an exceptional mountain view. The small pool was excellent for cooling off on hot days.

it would be helpful to have advance warning about what streets to use (or not use!) when driving to the property. Our offsite parking was a littel difficult to manage, but manage we did.

Sehr nah am Stadtkern und trotzdem ruhig, guter Service. Schön, dass es einen Spa-Bereich gibt mit Pool.

Das Frühstück war zu eintönig und hätte etwas Abwechslung verdient. Unser Zimmer lag im 2. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Ist mit Gepäck etwas ungünstig.

Central yes, but this implies somewhat difficult to reach by car. Parking near the hotel is provided for 18€ per night and is strongly recommended as parking is difficult to come by in Soller. Breakfast buffet is expensive, pool is very small and it opens only at 8 am.

LE PRIX EST VRAIMENT EXCESSIF PAR RAPPORT A LA CHAMBRE, LEUR PISCINE RESSEMBLE PLUS A UN BAC À PUNCH QU'À UNE VRAI PISCINE, ELLE EST SITUÉE À L'ARRIERE DE L'HÔTEL AVEC DES CHAISES LONGUES COLLÉES LES UNES AUX AUTRES DANS UN TOUT PETIT ESPACE. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS !

Stairs were steep with no lift. Understandable in an old traditional building but quite challenging

ideal location in the heart of Soller, I don't think the pictures does it justice. The view on the mountain from the room was superb, the pool was better than expected, and we didn't realise it but you also have access to a jacuzzi and sauna as a hotel guest. It was also very quiet which was great

The location was perfect and the stuff at the reception and waiter Frank during breakfest were very helpful and polite.

The breakfast was very good, a great selection. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room.

The pool area could be improved, some of the chairs need replacing. I don’t like the artificial grass. The restaurant menu didn’t have very much for vegetarians.

Location of the Hotel was in the heart of Soller situated only moments away from tram and train services as well as bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, helping us during our stay. The hotel itself was a lovely building with a bar facility and front courtyard were we could relax with a drink. External outside noise was minimal.

Whilst there was parking, it wasn't the easiest to get to (however the staff were very helpful). Our room location was near the stairs and without a fully sound proofed door meant we could hear a lot of noise (cleaners, other guests). There was also no lift facilities which meant guest were transporting heavy cases down stairs creating a lot of additional noise. Overall however this didn't disrupt our stay!

Located in the center part of Soller so we were able to explore the village in the morning when the crowd was expected. Free parking and the staff helped us find the parking spot, which is not far from the hotel. The hotel was close Sala Picasso y Sala Miró and the museum is free as well.

Helpful staff, great location especially if you travel to Soller via vintage train or tram. Also has a small pool and outside area which we liked

Great location, and the staff were very kind. The room and bathroom were clean.

Unfortunately I didn't like my stay and I'm not sure the price match the value. First- booking sent them my information in another language which made the check in process so much longer (not their fault but if they would have reached me it could be solved before arrival, it seems that the staff would also prefer me to do online check in). Second, my room was right above the train and breakfast area and it was loud (construction noise+breakfast noise+housekeeping noise) in the morning and woke me up early-I feel as the hotel was at low capacity so they could have chosen a different room for me (I was there for only 1 night). Thirdly, I took a shower before bed and there was no hot water, just lukewarm/cold. The mini fridge in the room didn't work and was smelly. Lastly for future knowledge -breakfast was small (ham/cheese /eggs/bread/ some vegetables and fruit/cereal/cake) not many options for lactose free/no meat options. (Also sent via booking a request to have 1 twin bed, and got 2 single beds- not a complaint just for knowledge regard requests)

Mycket trevligt hotell! Ett bra läge nära centrum men ändå lugnt. Fin liten uteplats och ett fint litet poolområde ( mycket litet). Härlig atmosfär och genuint.

Väldigt litet rum. Fanns bara plats för en 160 cm säng och sedan inget mer. Ingen plats att hänga blöta badkläder eller träningskläder. Knappt några krokar eller hyllor. Blev trångt och opraktiskt ( vi hade dubbelrum med stadsutsikt och AC).

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage - mitten im Ort und ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße -, das Personal, die Zimmer und das Frühstück waren exzellent. Wir können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Excelentní poloha hotelu v centru Solleru vedle malého nádraží a zastávky tramvaje. Personál perfektní, snídaně pestré a dobré, ticho (pokoj s výhledem do zahrad a na hory), čisto. Pokud má host auto, musí počítat s placeným parkovištěm asi 500 m od hotelu, ale dá se parkovat i zadarmo na okraji centra (900 m pěšky).

At 5:30 one morning, not the fault of the hotel, there was prolonged loud shouting from a nearby Square which woke me and some other guests. I haven’t experienced this before at this hotel.

Nagyon kedves személyzet, minden kérdésre volt válaszuk. Írásban gyorsan válaszoltak, ami nagyon szimpatikus volt. A parkolásban is segítettek, előre tájékoztattak, hogy hogy működik a parkolási rendszer. A sólleri villamos állomása pár lépésnyire van, és a belvárosi főtér is nagyon közel. A reggeli bőséges volt, külön tetszett a frissen facsart narancslé. A szobák tiszták és hangulatosak voltak. Ha visszatérünk, biztos itt szállunk meg újra.

I had asked for a room with two single beds but they gave us a room with a double bed. There was no problem rectifying this. So it was good at the end

Situé en plein centre, juste derrière la cathédrale et en face de l’arrêt du tramway. Très pratique. Chambre assez spacieuse pour une personne, lit confortable, douche très grande et moderne. Vue sur les montagnes depuis la fenêtre de la chambre, c’est splendide!

Aucun dérangement pour moi, mais sachez qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. L’immeuble en face est en construction, mais comme je n’étais pas dans la chambre durant la journée, je n’ai rien entendu.

- Lage top für Ausflüge rund um Sóller - Zimmer 305 hat mit Größe überzeugt (jedoch ist die Schlafcouch auch wirklich nur für ein Kind geeignet und keine wirklich komfortable Angelegenheit)

- Frühstück qualitativ leider nur mittelmäßig insbesondere im Bereich Brötchen, Kaffee absolut kein Genuss, das wünscht man sich morgens in Sóller doch auf einem anderen Niveau für den Preis
