这次入住整体体验不佳，因为前台处理包裹丢失让我非常失望。 该快递送达酒店时，快递公司提供的照片显示外包装是完整密封的。入住第二天酒店一度告诉我包裹找不到，入住第三天才将包裹送到我的房间，但外包装已经破损，里面少了商品，只有空盒。 整个处理过程中，酒店并没有积极配合调查，而是直接将责任归咎于快递公司，或要我直接问商家重发。没有认真回应我提出的疑问，也没有提供任何调查结果，只说没有监控，与他们无关。更让我无法和解的点是，这是我第二次入住这家酒店遇到包裹丢失问题，希望酒店能够完善代收和保管流程，避免其他住客遇到同样的情况。

The beds were comfy and it was nice to have restocked water and a few soda. The lobby had a nice area to congregate in.

The staff at the front desk are horrible. I’ve stayed at many Mercure but this was a poor representation of the brand. The staff ignored used, wouldn’t greet us, couldn’t even crack a smile. On our last day when we extended our check out time by 1hr, they didn’t update our room cards so we were locked out and when we asked them to help, the lady said “she would let us into our rooms once we write a good review” and gave a small gift to try to bribe us. I explained I would give an honest review because I didn’t like the way she treated us. She immediately changed for trying to suck up to sullen again. I would not recommend this location if you’re not Chinese, they are not interested.

Breakfast was good and each day had a different spreads of snacks, fruits, juices

As specifically mentioned in our request, we were at hotel property at 08:00 P.M. local time on May, 20th. Even at a delayed arrival, we were informed that rooms weren't ready and asked us wait for more than an hour. After a tiring day long journey from India to China, this was totally unexpected. The staffs were very much lethargic even after waiting for more than an hour which completely spoiled our expectations. Request to establish a transparent information to the guests for better preparations from our side. This was totally unexpected from a established property management group like Mercure

Расположение далековато до метро и достопримечательностей Шанхая, примерно 50 минут на такси до основных точек интереса и 15 минут пешком до метро (на нем около часа будет).

Caso omiso a las peticiones, solicitado lejos del ascensor y la habitación 1041 estaba justo en el hueco del ascensor, la primera noche fue una pesadilla, únicamente pude dormir 3 horas. Al día siguiente me cambiaron a otra habitación, aunque más pequeña pude dormir. Armario ridiculo en la segunda habitación Lejos de las paradas de metro Otros idiomas escaso, dado que el inglés era justito además el poco que hablaban era inglés americano, ya tuve que comunicarme con traductores de diálogo.

Additionally, there was a strong smell of smoke in the area, and people were not respecting quiet hours, making a lot of noise around 12:30–1:00 am. This was very unpleasant and made it difficult for us to rest.

Cerca del metro linia 9, 400 metros andando,hay varias tiendas y restaurantes en la zona ,muy limpio,un centro comercial al lado,45 min.hasta el centro con el metro ,metro hasta las 23 horas. Hay transporte incluido gratis hasta el aieropuerto la salida del hotel.Muy buen desajuno y variado.

El personal no habla ingles ,ni a los mesajes no contestan,o al telefono.. No puedes usar el servcio del autobus del hotel al llegar en el aieopuerto,no hay indiaciones.

Очень близко к аэропорту. Метро в километре от гостиницы. Если цель не гулять по центру, то очень хороший вариант. Завтраки вкусные. Кофе на ресепшен очень вкусный . В целом все хорошо .

В номере было холодно и не удобные подушки.

Hotel de rede internacional, faz toda a diferença para um ocidental a viajar na China. Quartos grandes, confortáveis e um bom pequeno almoço - flexível tanto para ocidentais como para orientais. Café e docinhos disponíveis gratuitamente no lobby..Tem entrega por robôs, há 2 disponíveis, o que faz com que, mesmo sendo um hotel grande, a entrega seja bem rápida. Bom custo benefício para uma cidade como Shanghai.

A localização não é tão boa, fica a uma caminhada de 900 m do metro, para nós não fez diferença porque usamos as bikes do allipay para esses deslocamentos menores.. A informação sobre o transfer para o aeroporto e os shuttles disponíveis não é nada clara... O pessoal no front desk não consegue dar informações nem usando o tradutor - não chegamos a usar!

Мне очень не понравилось то, что в отеле не предусмотрена шумомзоляция. И также не понравилась что мне пришлось заклеить вытяжку потому что невероятно сильно пахло в номере, как будто у меня в номере курили. Завтраки также шляпа.

A bit far from the city, but honestly what bothered me the most was that I can’t believe such a well-known hotel doesn’t have anyone who speaks proper English. It’s super uncomfortable having to talk through a translator, and because of that I actually had an issue with a room payment — they gave me the wrong info because they didn’t speak English properly.

O quarto não tem ar-condicionado, não funcionava. Tudo fedendo, muito a cigarro. O local quente parecia uma sauna. E não tinha ar-condicionado, mesmo pedindo na recepção, falaram que tinham desativado. A função de esquentar e esfriar dos ar-condicionados, tudo muito fedido. E sujo

The room was a good size and the showers were great

The control panel and knob for both the fridge and air conditioning were a real pain in trying to workout how to chill both of them down. It would also be great if the staff could speak some English considering the number of countries that now speak it.

Everything is great. Accept the location . The staff all are nice , but if I have someone helping for my luggage load and unload, that is better . Helping staff Xioa Lei helping to call a taxi for me . Good room cleaning . Thank you for the red wine and fruit for my anniversary celebrations !

The breakfast and supper dining room has no windows and views at all , it can be better if it has a window and nice music while breakfast.

Should have been non-smoking, but next to my room occupants were smoking at 2.00 a.m. and talking a loud. Two things: lack of smoke detector, and wall between room no-sound proof.

No English speaking staff, The WiFi service is so bad doesn’t open anything only good for chatting on messengers.

1. 런드리는 세탁방을 무료이용 가능(세제포함) 2. 상해이긴 하나 번화가 중간에 있어 어딜 가려면 택시이용(지하철 역사도 2km 거리에 있음) 3. 방배치는 북동(뷰 위주), 남서(일조 위주) 라서 편의에 따라 결정하면 됨 4. 복합건물이라 밑에 병원과 가라오케 같은게 있는데 새벽까지 운영하는 듯 하나 소음이 올라오지는 않음 5. 참고로, 라운지가 별도 없는대신 1층에 웰컴초콜릿이나 커피, 티를 무료로 제공함

Front desk people speaks loud at me to prove they are right. Almost yelled at me. It's incredible. You can see that the service is very poor. I booked this Mercure because the one at Jiuting is closed at that time. If you have the choice, book Mercure Jiuting instead. No bad surprise for sure there.

They charged 120RMB for breakfast everyday during my stay. The breakfast doesn not worth it for sure. Feel free to check the picture attached. They don't give a price discount or anything. Very bad service.

Is far away for metro, and not much delicious food around... but this is my first time to Shanghai and I felt the staffs are helpful. They are willing to help me to order the take away by themselves as I don’t have their apps... I’m really appreciated that. And one staff named Sandy is the most politely and professional one at reception. She was so details and will ask the driver to help and take care of our luggage when we left by taxi. I’m happy that I met a kind and professional staff like her on my first time at shanghai. Thank you. But for the restaurant ( breakfast), not much choice and not delicious at all, need improvement.

客室に入る前に、通路に工事用の資材が置かれて 埃だらけだったけど客室は清潔でした。 フロントのスタッフもみんな親切でした。

가격대비 로비가 깔끔합니다. 담배냄새가 살짝 있었고 연결된 에어컨 송풍기를 통해서도 나오는것 같았습니다. 가격이 비해 나름 만족했습니다.

整體的住宿體驗算是非常好的，設施也不錯，清潔也做得很好。 唯一美中不足的是前台，禮貌方面沒有問題，但動作太慢了，往往服務一個客人就要耗去不少時間，這可能是有流程上可以改善之處。另外就是要 check-out 時，個人在請前台協助訂車前往機場時很清楚地說明是請車輛於 5:20 抵達，前後誤差五分鐘就算了，結果卻是在 5:07 就已經把車輛叫來，結果 check-out 的過程中又發生許多不順的狀況，讓駕駛等了許久，個人以為這就是訓練不足的問題了。 希望作為一家舒適的酒店，尤其目標是商務客，建議還是要強化這些細節以及人員的訓練才能做出好的口碑。

From the moment I checked in to this hotel, I felt embarrassed. As soon as I received the room assignment and unpacked, someone heard a key to get in and out of my room. When I opened the door, I assigned another person and me the same room. Why was the price so low that it meant getting into the camp? I do not understand how to make such a mistake. And when I checked in, I noticed that the deposit with the four people who accompanied me was withdrawn from my bank book. And when I checked out, I returned the key and tried to pay it, and said that everything was all done. So, when I checked in, I thought the payment was not a deposit, and the payment was normal. Two hours before departure, when I called the taxi to the airport in time for the flight, the hotel made an attempt to withdraw from my bankbook account five times. I did not have a balance and I ended up paying twice. I was really embarrassed. The departure time is approaching, I do not understand the words well, I do not understand whether the money is refundable or not, Oh really I thought the hotel was the worst from beginning to end. When I go to Shanghai, I do not want to be around.
