Lovely property, really clean and comfortable, with a nice pool that gets lots of sunshine. Lovely staff/owners who are very helpful and friendly. Loaned me a bicycle to get around the area. The area is very quiet - no karaoke or loud roosters - and very close to lots of nice restaurants and a supermarket.

Уборка в номерах и смена полотенец была каждый день, вкусный завтрак на выбор: омлет, яичница, скрембл или панкейки с с сезонными фруктами. Прямо на месте мы арендовали байк за 120000 в сутки, что было очень удобно. Предоставляют услуги прачечной.

Steve and Hien were the perfect hosts. The room was spacious comfortable and clean with a comfortable kingsize bed. Perfect balcony and lovely pool. Breakfast is amazing and always cooked perfectly. We were so happy that we found this place because it is a hidden gem. The location was perfect, the room was perfect, the bed was comfortable, the pool was perfect, breakfast was yummy, and the owners are so friendly, helpful, and nice! We are so grateful for their hospitality. We will be back next year!!!

Die Villa Blake ist gut gelegen zwischen der Altstadt und dem Strand. Die Zimmer sind blitzsauber, modern und gemütlich. Preis-/Leistung stimmt hier zu 100%

Los dueños son bastantes amables, el lugar es tranquilo, tiene una piscina refrescante, las habitaciones están limpias y tienen balcón, precio-calidad está bien.

La vista del balcón no es ideal, justo al frente y al lado no hay construcción y se ve solo pasto o malezas, también hay bastantes lagartijas, incluso habían en nuestra habitación aunque nunca paso nada. El desayuno se agradece, aunque es bastante precario, solo 1 opción y uno no queda satisfecho, pero se entiende que también es un alojamiento de bajo costo. Por último, nosotros nos alojamos 8 noches, el personal siempre amable pero nos hubiera gustado que al menos nos hubieran cambiado ropa de cama y toallas 1 o 2 veces en la estadía, solo me preguntaron el día anterior a irnos y ya era innecesario. Igualmente Precio-calidad está bien, aunque pueden seguir mejorando totalmente.

Steve and Hien were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was perfect for relaxing, and they also offer free bicycles and motorbike rentals. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town, a supermarket, and the beach. We originally booked 6 nights but ended up extending our stay for another week. We would definitely stay here again! We felt very comfortable at Villa Blake Hoi An! We stayed there for over a week and can highly recommend it. The house and the room were always clean; if you wanted, they would clean every day (though we didn’t take advantage of that). The room was very spacious, as was the balcony. The bed was comfortable, and there was a TV with access to YouTube and movies. The location was perfect for us—just a 10-minute bike ride to the beach! You could borrow bikes for free from the house :) For breakfast, you could choose something from the menu; everything was very tasty, and there was coffee! There's also a pool, but we didn't use it. The area is very quiet—perfect for us! It takes 15 minutes to get to the old town by scooter. Thank you all—you made our stay in Hoi so wonderful!

An amazing place to stay! The hosts are so kind and friendly and make sure you feel right at home. This beautiful accommodation is just away from the busy centre, but still so easy to get around. Bicycles are provided to use and the beach is only a 10-15 minute ride away. Every morning a home made breakfast was provided and was always cooked to perfection. The rooms are clean, well maintained and very comfortable. I could not speak more highly of Blake Villa and the lovely hosts. Thank you so much for having me here!

My mum and her friends had a wonderful stay here for a couple of nights. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The owners were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always happy to accommodate our special requests, which made the stay even more pleasant. We especially appreciated how the owner personally helped carry our luggages. Although the property is about 3-4km from Hoi An Ancient Town, getting around was easy because bicycles were provided for guests to use. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Clean, quiet, good breakfast! The beds! Most comfortable beds I had during my stay in Hoi An. The hosts are very kind and sweet. The room is spacious enough bright and I loved the little balcony. I made use of the free bicycles so the location was also handy for me. I was allowed to check in early!

The water in the shower overflows within seconds maybe beed to clean the drain. The lock at sliding door seems to broken and the door switch doesn’t seem to work. That’s all.

What a wonderful place run by a lovely couple. We stayed there for several weeks. The large, spacious room, delicious breakfasts and quiet surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. It's close to the beach and a short drive to the old town. You can get there by free bike or rent a scooter. I definitely recommend this place.

The place is very calm, clean and comfortable. Staying there was very relaxing, however I was expecting it to be on a walkable distance from the beach (~25 min by walk) which is impossible with the heat. City center is ~50min - 1h by walk - the street is good and it’s okay to walk there even at night. But keep in mind that you probably need to use a transport to move to the beach and to the Old town.(You can use Indrive - found it much cheaper than Grab for the area or Grab motos).

Nous avons pu profiter gratuitement de vélos et louer un scooter pendant deux jours 🛵, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le ménage est effectué quotidiennement, tout est impeccable et très bien entretenu. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement ! Petit plus non négligeable : c’est sans doute le meilleur petit déjeuner que nous ayons eu depuis notre arrivée au Vietnam, copieux et complet !

Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Très réactifs. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques tout en étant discrets. L'établissement est d'une propreté irréprochable. La chambre que nous avions était grande, avec une grande baie vitrée, elle disposait d'un bureau et d'un balcon. Décorée sobrement et avec goût. La climatisation était très appréciable. Literie très confortable. Enfin une douche fermée ! ;) Les petits-déjeuners sont bons. Après avoir passé 2 jours à Hoi An qui est une ville très animée, nous recherchions le calme : nous l'avons trouvé à la villa Blake (qui malgré tout est proche à scooter de la ville de Hoi An). L'immeuble est situé dans un quartier populaire très agréable. Il ne faut pas hésiter à prendre un vélo et se perdre dans les petites rues (vélos et scooters loués sur place). Pas très loin des plages à scooter (nous sommes allées à Hidden beach le deuxième jour : beaucoup moins de monde qu'à An Bang). Et si vous voulez encore plus de calme, la villa dispose d'une piscine ! Je ne peux que recommander la Villa Blake. Nous nous y sommes senties très très bien.

La connexion au wifi est lente parfois. Aucun problème pour consulter internet ou aller sur WhatsApp, cependant mon amie qui a dû faire du télétravail a dû reporter ses rendez-vous en visio car la connexion était mauvaise.

Очень хороший отель! Номера с хорошим ремонтом, чистые, оборудованы всем необходимым. Хозяева очень хорошие люди, хорошо говорят по английски и помогут с любым вопросом. В отеле есть бесплатные велосипеды. Хозяин дал мне свой мотоцикл по хорошей цене и без залога. Рекомендую!

Everything was fine

Lamentablemente fue la peor experiencia que tuvimos hasta ahora. Habíamos reservado con muchísima antelación (como 2 o 3 meses antes) la villa entera por 10 noches. En Booking estaba muy claro que habríamos a disposición 250m2 de casa, piscina privada y 4 habitaciones ya que se puede ver al reservar, la diferencia con las otras habitaciones. Por eso planificamos nuestra estancia para que viniera una nanny unas noches para ayudarnos con el bebé. Pero al llegar, la dueña nos dice que solo teníamos una habitación. No sirvió enseñarle la reserva, lo único que nos dijo fue que podíamos buscar otra opción. Siendo el 31 de diciembre(Casi todo reservado) y con un bebé ya cansado del viaje decidimos quedarnos unas noches hasta encontrar un departamento entero disponible. Tuvimos que cambiar todos nuestros planes y ni un descuento, ni un gesto de amabilidad por entender la situación. Intentamos no tener rencor los días que estuvimos ahí, pero como si no fuera bastante, nos había dicho que pagaríamos el Grab para llegar desde Da Nang y que al hacer el check out nos habría devuelto el dinero. No lo hizo. Al check out nos dijo que nos habría pagado el taxi solo si hubiéramos estado todas las noches. No tengo palabras por lo que pasó. Mas alla de esto, la habitación no está mal y es limpia, pero el baño se inundaba en cada ducha, bastante incómodo. Estamos muy decepcionados.

La ubicación. Salimos una tarde noche para cenar y no había nada alrededor andando, sino muchos perros de calle. Quizás con la bicicleta lo disfrutarás mas. El desayuno es bueno pero muy pobre Dos huevos y dos lonchas de pan o un pancake + café/te. No fruta ni yogurt ni nada más.

It was so quiet and peaceful in the area. You have the basic things you need around when you walk the streets there's a small family store nearby. The breakfast was basic but it does the job and its part of the room package. The size and the comfortable bed and pillows. Wow!! I will definitely come back here. They have a pool but it was breezy when i was there so didn't swim. Owner is hands on and very helpful. She also cooks the breakfast

De kamers waren ruim en schoon, elke dag kregen we nieuwe handdoeken. Host is Engelsman, dus fijne communicatie. Heerlijk zwembad, weinig plek om erbij te liggen/zitten. , goed verzorgd ontbijt.

Alle bestelde grabtaxi's (meer dan 10) konden adres niet vinden, duurde dus vaak lang voordat ze er eindelijk waren. Er waren zeer weinig voorzieningen in buurt zoals restaurant of supermarkt.

Very nice room for a very good price. Kind people run the place. I liked the location a lot, it's out of the insanity of Hoi An but i could still ride my bicycle (free!) into the old city every day. Beach is nearby. Good breakfast. Recommend.

It felt more like a homestay, which some people might like, but I like to come and go without anyone knowing lol. It’s also not too far with a motorbike (like 5-10 minutes) but I’d rather be a tad closer to the main area.

Spacious, clean room, unlimited hot shower with good water pressure. Hien and Steve are super friendly. Unbelievable price for what you get, including a good breakfast!

It’s in a very quiet local area. Neighbor sometimes will start karaoke, like the night I arrived. Hien went to ask them to stop and they did! The rest of my stay was the quietest I’d experienced in Vietnam. Mosquitos kept me awake coz I opened the windows during the day.

Nice Homestay in the coconut forest area. About 5min bike ride from the beach and 10 min car ride from the old town. Wonderful hosts, clean and well decorated rooms and free bikes. Highly recommended.

The location is ideal as it’s close to the Hoian ancient town, the Bay Mau Coconut Forest tourist area, and VinWonders Nam Hoi An. This made exploring the attractions convenient and hassle-free. The hotel room was spacious, clean, airy, and felt brand new. Nestled in a quiet countryside area, providing a calm and extremely relaxing atmosphere. The owner was incredibly kind, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

What an outstanding place! Just that little more of everything I expected. I loved the bed: soft but not to soft. The size of the room is spacious and all very clean without bad smells (place is built just before covid started I heard. Poor them). The blanket is so big I couldnt find the ends anywhere during my sleep which I totally love. Good quiet working airconditioning nice positioned (to too the bed). Nice rainshower and from my balcony I could see the sun going under behind the buildings. And finally a fritch that is actually working. Free bicycles are available which is perfect. I liked the location: real vietnam neighbourhood with some nice shrimp pounds not far away by walk, quiet at night, not far from the beach, a market is closeby as are restaurants, agribank atm and my favourite shiatsu massage place at Makosha house (Holistic approach). Going into town is possible with bicycle or motorbike which they provide for me on request or cheaper than grab: Indrive. I also was very happy to be able to refill my waterbottle from the filtered machine as much as I wanted, the laundry service and to get all my questions answered from Steve, a pensioned man from England who built the place himself with his vietnamese wife and are running the place together. They are such a cute pair together! Nice pool to dip in after tanning in relaxing chairs and I could listen for hours to the interesting stories of Steve. Extra plus: if you switch the lights on and off a few times they change in the desired colour: white or yellow (which I prefer). Even in the bathroom. I visited Hoi An many times before but I am proud to announce I found my place for future visitings.

I couldnt find any really. I heard someone got delayed by the plane and he even allowed them to check in at 3 in the night. I would have not do that if it was my place but it does show how far there services stretches. I forgot to mentioned Steve had some hdmi cables to spare for his guests so I could connect my laptop with the tv screen! Maybe a paid slightly more than in the cheapest stays in town but than I got a really good quality of stay for what to me (europe prices) is definitely worth it! An absolute beautiful place to stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood only 5-10 minutes on a bicycle to the beach and about 15 minutes to Hoi An ancient town. The rooms are spacious and clean, nice pool to lounge and swim. Our host Hien is so kind and helpful and she made us a great breakfast. Definitely recommend this stay!

We had a really good stay whilst visiting Villa Blake. Owners are extremely friendly and offer lots of good information about the town and things to do. The hotel offers push bikes that we used the whole duration of our stay. With just a short ride you are soon by the beautiful beaches and memorable old town. The rooms are spacious with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities you could need on your stay. Would highly recommend Villa Blake and will definitely be returning one day!

The property was nice and clean with adequate rooms for a family of 5. It was in the middle of a residential neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the center of town. It was located near the beach with a 10 minute bike ride and close to the basket boat ride. The hostess was very nice and accommodating to our needs. She also provided us with bikes to ride to the beach. The property is super close to the Stork Cafe which I highly recommend for yummy and cheap coconut coffee.

It was difficult to get to and Grab had a hard time finding the property.

Highly recommend this villa with a couple of small provisos. it’s new and a bit out of town, so ask the owners for numbers of local private drivers. we found Grab very unreliable and a lot of drivers didn’t know the villa. Use local taxis where you have to rather than Grab, more reliable and only slightly more expensive. Also, we discovered on checkout that the villa didn’t have card payment sent up. this led to a bit of a panic to get cash. Make sure you confirm your payment arrangements in advance.

The hotel was spotless. Clean and newly fitted out. A very comfortable place to relax. The hosts, Steve and Hien, are very experienced, friendly and extremely helpful for tourists. I would stay again and would thoroughly recommend Blake Villa. The rooms, swimming pool and food are well presented and would help to make a perfect holiday.
