Everything.. We booked for five nights and stayed for another eight.. Phung welcomed us and jet ability to make you feel at home instantly was why we wanted to stay.. All the staff, and owner, were wonderful to us and made our stay exceptional... The pool is super clean and just perfect at this beautiful part of Hoi An. It's a 15 minute walk into town, there's an air conditioned gym around the corner and you can borrow bikes to get around.. We really can't stress enough how wonderful this place is....

La atención cálida y cercana de Peanut desde el primer momento. Se preocupó por esperarnos hasta que llegamos, se tomó sus molestias para pedirnos transporte a las islas cham y los respectivos desplazamientos. Tuvieron la cordialidad de dejar utilizar su piscina mientras esperábamos un vuelo. El desayuno fenomenal y la atención es como si estuvieras en casa. De las instalaciones decir que son increíbles, con un jardín en la parte de atrás donde cenar si traes tú propia comida o donde leer un libro. Lo recomiendo una y mil veces

Mme Peanut est super dynamique, gentille, attentionnée et efficace. Elle nous a proposé une adresse de tailleur top , des idées de sortie dont une journée avec un guide francophone Mr Dong (intéressant, agréable et excellente maîtrise du français) et enfin s'est occupé de la logistique (bateau, taxi...) Le cadre en lui même : belle maison, chambres confortables, jolie piscine, situation idéale dans le rizières (grillons et grenouilles là nuit) mais à 20 minutes à pied de la vieille ville et idem en vélo (que Mme Peanut prête) de la plage. Enfin excellent petit déjeuner notamment quand on veut goûter les bons plats du pays

The power plugs were different to the adapter I had, but Peanut the manager was awesome and found the correct adapter to lend to me for my stay.

Hôtel très mignon en retrait de la route, au milieu des rizières, pas loin de la ville et pas très loin des plages non plus (vélo ou taxi) Chouette petite piscine pour se rafraîchir Très bon accueil de Peanut!

Heel attent personeel die heel graag alles voor je wilt regelen. Geweldig dat we fietsen konden lenen, dat hebben we dan ook elke dag gedaan. Kamer is schoon. Ligging is fantastisch in de rijstvelden. Zwembad is prima.

Ontbijt wat je terplekke erbij kan boeken is redelijk aan de prijs. Wij hebben dit dan ook niet genomen. Jammer dat airco's uitvallen als je overdag weg bent. Gelukkig was het een hele goede airco die snel je kamer terug koelde.

Un petit îlot de tranquillité à 2 pas de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont grandes, confortables très propres et la piscine très agréable. L’accueil incroyablement bienveillant.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. L'ambiance est très familiale et l'hôtel est situé au milieu des rizières au calme tout en étant à dix minutes de vélo de la vieille ville et vingt minutes de la plage. C'est un vrai bonheur de pédaler au milieu des rizières et, le soir, entendre les bruits de la nature. La piscine est agréable et il y a des restaurants à proximité. Merci pour cette très belle semaine bien reposante pour finir notre voyage au Vietnam.

We had a wonderful stay here and truly enjoyed every moment. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home from the very beginning. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially appreciated all the thoughtful little details and touches throughout our stay — many of them were things we didn’t even expect, but they made the experience feel extra special and cared for. The value for money is excellent, and the genuine hospitality made our stay in Hoi An even more memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting Hoi An!

המקום נקי. בעלי הבית נחמדים מאוד ומאוד שמחים לעזור בכל. המקום - מיקום נוח וקרוב למרכז- מצד אחד ומצד שני הנוף הוא שדות אורז- הנותנים תחושה כפרית.

Die Angestellten waren alle super nett und freundlich. Es hatte eine richtig familiäre Atmosphäre. Wir haben viele Tipps und Vorschläge für Touren bekommen. Fast ein bisschen erschlagen von den ganzen Optionen, waren doch einige wirklich schöne Tipps dabei. Für Leute die die Natur mögen ist das Hotel wirklich sehr gut! Es liegt mitten in den Reisfeldern und doch sehr nah an der Stadt dran. Sowohl kostenlose Fahrräder als auch einen Roller konnten wir uns leihen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wird im Laufe des Tages vorher von der Karte bestellt.

Im Grunde die gleichen Punkte wie bei positiv. Wir waren uns nicht im klaren darüber wie sehr in der Natur gelegen und authentisch das Hotel sein wird. Was schließlich auch mit allerlei Tieren und einer schwierigeren Instandhaltung einhergeht. Wir persönlich fanden die familiäre Atmosphäre toll, aber auch das sollte man wissen und mögen vor dem buchen :)

This is such a magical villa to stay in! The hosts are absolutely wonderful: the room was very large and comfortable with great aircon and wifi, the breakfasts are delicious and we loved relaxing by the pool. It’s worth getting up for the sunrise, very beautiful.

The staff/owner are super friendly, the location is great and the free bicycles were also super!

The connecting family room has a balcony but it’s shared. We didn’t expect that, because we like some privacy and also we have (small) children so we prefer to sit in front of the room.

Buổi tối muộn hơi không thấy nhân viên ! Dù nhân viên phản hồi nhu cầu của khách ngay sau khi nhận được tin nhắn qua kênh zalo, nhưng sẽ có những vấn đế cần trao đổi trực tiếp khi khách phát sinh ! Nếu có thể thay đổi sắp xếp nhân viên trực là tuyệt vời!

I had a wonderful stay at this villa over the weekend. The owner was incredibly hospitable, kind, and patient, and she took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. In the end, I was very happy with everything — the room was comfortable, the breakfast was generous and delicious, and the rice field views around the villa were absolutely incredible. It was a peaceful and beautiful place to stay, and I left feeling very satisfied. Thank you for such a lovely experience! I hope to be back soon ❤️🫰

Nette en schone kamer met goed (niet te hard) bed. Goede locatie, rustig bij rijstveld maar je fietst of loopt zo naar het oude centrum. Vriendelijke medewerkers die hun best doen om het je naar de zin te maken en je overal mee kunnen helpen.

We hadden 1 nacht pech met luidruchtige buren tot heel laat. Daar kunnen ze verder weinig aan doen en ze proberen het netjes op te lossen.

Месторасположение идеальное на мой взгляд. Я 3й раз в Хой Ане и это место близко к центру города - 20 минут пешком, близко к пляжу - ехать 10 минут, рядом есть в пешей доступности много мест для еды. И конечно рисовые поля вокруг, где можно прогуляться Комната достаточно большая, есть терраса на комплекс из 3 комнат Бассейн большой и глубокий (мой рост 162) Огромный плюс - это вода из кулера для гостей безлимитно! Комнату готовы убирать каждый день, но я просила убирать реже )))) Очень добродушные управляющие, собственник и сотрудники Я пролила проживание, и жила 2 недели, настолько мне понравилось

Absolutely loved our stay! Room was clean, new, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The staff were excellent especially Beenis who runs the hotel, absolutely lovely and so helpful. Location was great for our family, 20 minute walk into town or get an electric car for $3.

Heerlijke plek in de rijstvelden en toch dichtbij stad en strand, zo’n 10 min met de fiets - strand ietsje verder. Lekkere achtertuin met schommels, fijn zwembad en mooie kamers met koelkastje, airco en fan.

De rijstvelden werden in brand gezet (onderdeel van landbouwcyclus) maar daarom veel rook.

Excelente trato por los dueños De la Villa. Fueron muy amables en todo momento, nos recibieron a las 23.00 de la noche para poder hacer el check-in sin ningún sobrecoste. Nos facilitaron transporte para recogernos del aeropuerto. Nos ofrecieron una actividad para aprender a cocinar cocina vietnamita la cual nos encantó, y luego un paseo en barquita por el río. También tienen motos para alquilar por unos 4,5€ al día, lo cual viene perfecto para acercarte al centro de la ciudad para pasear. Habitaciones muy limpias, cama muuy grande y muy cómoda. Si volviera alguna vez a Hoi An no dudaría en volver a quedarme otra vez.

A small, family run hotel on a perfect, quiet location in Hoi An. Rooms were clean, the family super friendly and helpfull with booking a taxi, providing information (restaurant tips!) and options for tours. The pool was good for cooling down at warm days. If you want a quiet place, not too big, with all the basics for a few days in Hoi An: this is it!

Our stay was fantastic: beautiful small boutique hotel (family-like atmosphere), spacious room, delicious breakfast, and a peaceful location among the rice fields. What touched us most was the incredible dedication of Ms. Peanut. When our youngest suddenly had to be rushed to the hospital, she immediately stepped in to arrange everything and support us. Her warmth and helpfulness made a difficult situation so much easier. Thanks to her, we felt not only welcome but truly cared for.

Lovely apartment with a view over the rice paddies, a short Grab ride or walk from the Old Town. The best part of our stay was Ms Peanut, who helped us book lots of things during our stay and had great local knowledge! The breakfast was really nice too. The pool was great in the heat, and clean. The kids loved staying here!

Sometimes it was tricky to get a Grab into town, but generally they seemed to be harder to get in Hoi An compared to other cities we visited, so that's not the fault of the accommodation. It was only a 15-20 minute walk into the Old Town though, so not that big a deal.

Fantastic, small, family ran hotel, located in the rice paddies, yet located very centrally. The rooms are spacious, the pool a nice cool down at hot days. The family is warm, friendly and helpful, we had a wonderful stay!

Peanut was an amazing host! The views around the hotel are beautiful and the pool area is very nice for relaxing when it’s hot out. Would definitely stay here again!

Choix du petit déjeuner la veille On ne recoit pas de bouteille d'eau mais on peut remplir sa bouteille à la réception où l'eau n'est pas assez froide. Emplacement au bout de la chambre des interrupteurs.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in unseren Familienzimmer im Lavini in Hoian. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb und ist dementsprechend ruhiger, trotzdem ist man zentral und nach einem kurzen Fussmarsch in der Stadt. Der Pool ist auch sehr gepflegt und erfrischend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und einen Ventilator. Im Zimmer hat es einen Kühlschrank und wirklich bequeme Betten😍 Das ganze Team ist super lieb und bemüht und hilft wo es kann zu organisieren und unterstützen. Auch die Kommunikation gestaltete sich problemlos. Wir durften sogar früher ins Zimmer und auch nach dem Checkout noch die öffentlichen Bereiche weiter nutzen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr lecker, als wir einen Ausflug machten wurden uns extra Banh mi besorgt. Wir können das Lavini wärmstens weiter empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder wenn wir mal wieder in Vietnam sind. Danke für alles🫶

I highly recommend this hotel! The managers are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and beautiful, with a stunning view of the rice fields. And the pool is incredible! The hotel is also in a great location—close to the center, yet quiet and surrounded by rice fields. I recommend it 100%! I had a wonderful stay.

The pool is lovely and right by the rooms. They also served a good quality breakfast for a reasonable cost.

Air conditioning remote was hard to use and my bathtub plug didn’t seal so I couldn’t take a bath in the fun egg-tub.

Close to, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of old town. Good restaurants just around the corner. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the variety of fresh fruit each morning for sure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size. Clean and cleaned every day.

The pool area was bit small as far as seating. But not a big deal over all.

The host is very helpful and kind. She can book anything for you from entertainment to booking a driver to Hue.. She even let you use the bicycle free of charge. I took the bike out one morning to ride around the rice field. So much fun! The room is spacious for the like of me (solo traveler) so that's luxurious. Air con runs cold along with roof fan will cool you down quickly. Internet speed is top notch. The window curtains did a good job keeping the room dark for good sleep. I've rented rooms before and some curtains cannot block the sun to well. Good location. I like walking around town and it takes me around 24 minutes to get inside old town. Not much traffic passes through so no honking and peaceful.

Don't really have one but if i have to say something then hmmmm maybe shower water pressure is medium.

Very quiet location but close to beach and old town, nice clean room with small balcony and all the staff very friendly! Would stay here again.

Everything! The rooms are beautiful, clean and the beds are very comfortable. The location is fantastic we would walk to old town but also take a free bike to cycle the rice fields. Peanut is the most incredible staff and will arrange anything for you as well as always having fantastic breakfast ready for you.

Wonderful location outside of town along the rice fields. Quiet and serene. Staff are wonderful - Peanut is a wonderful host and is very helpful with booking cars, ordering delicious banh mi to enjoy by the pool, and also recommended a great tailor. The pool is great and all facilities are clean and very well kept. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Très bel hôtel, belle chambre, propreté au top, belle piscine, et Peanut est aux petits soins pour ces clients, elle m'a aidé à réserver plusieurs activitées. Entre le centre ville et la plage, au milieux des rizières, magnifique !! J'y retournerais avec plaisir !! Merci pour tout!

On a tout aimé! Particulièrement l’accueil très chaleureux de Peanut et de toute l’équipe. L’endroit est idéalement situé, proche de tout, mais au calme. On a adoré lire sur le bord de la piscine. Un endroit très agréable, difficile à quitter 😀

Nagu ka teised maininud siis omanik ise alati kohal ja väga abivalmis. Väga mõnus linnaäärne vaikne koht kesklinnast jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Toad olid väga puhtad, bassein mõnus ja hommikusöögid väga head.

De locatie is perfect. Zo met het fietsje overal naartoe. Ze helpen je graag bij het boeken van excursies. Verder is het niet duur voor wat je krijgt. De kamer is heel fijn en de beste bedden die we tot nu toe hebben gehad in Vietnam!

Het is iets gehorig. Eén nacht gingen onze buren om 5 uur zich klaarmaken om weg te gaan. Oke ze maakte nogal veel herrie (lees: ruzie met hun kind). Ontbijt mag iets uitgebreider. Maar zijn echt tevreden voor die prijs!! Zou hier zo nog een keer naartoe gaan.

Lovely friendly hotel. Peanut is so helpful in arranging trips and or transfers. The hotel is in a quiet location away from street noise . The rice paddy fields are easy to cycle around by bike. The walk into town is easy. Breakfast was all freshly made and the bed was super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

L'accueil de la propriétaire est incroyable. L'hôtel est bien situé, à l'écart du centre dans un lieu beaucoup plus tranquille et agréable. Je recommande à 100%!

Tutto! Dico veramente tutto. La signora che gestisce la Villa è una bomba, simpatica piena di energia, organizzata gentile, una persona splendida. La villa e bellissma, appena arrivi si entra in questa distesa di verde veramente favolosa. Le camere ben organizzate e pulite. Caffè buonissimo senza mai fermarsi. Un consiglio? Fatti organizzare la vacanza da lei, fidati non sbaglierà un colpo :)
