Très chouette hôtel 3 étoiles avec une belle vue et proche du lac. Bon accueil et sympa avec les chiens.

Restaurant très bon mais un peu trop cher par rapport aux plats proposés qui restent assez basiques.

Restaurant konnte leider nicht benutzt werden weil ich immer wieder abgewiesen wurde. Leider gibt es keine Bar das man Abends den schönen Ausblick bei einem Glas genießen kann.

Tutto. Le camere, lo staff, il mangiare. Purtroppo è stato un bel pò piovoso quindi non siamo riusciti a goderci i pochi giorni di vacanza. Ma sicuramente ci tornerò.

Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und der Ausblick auf den See und die Berge war wunderschön – besonders zum Sonnenuntergang. Auch die Lage des Hotels und der freundliche Empfang haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Der Service auf der Terrasse am Abend war leider etwas chaotisch und die Kommunikation nicht ganz klar. Wir mussten lange warten und wussten zeitweise nicht, ob unsere Bestellung überhaupt aufgenommen worden war; außerdem war die Terrasse durch den Zigarettenrauch nicht besonders angenehm.

Knop voor doortrekken wc kapot. Dame van de receptie heeft het wel deels gemaakt (wel acceptabel, moesten alleen de grote knop gebruiken en blijven indrukken)

Good hotel and the on site restaurant was decent too. We had a hot tub on out balcony which was piping hot.

WiFi was too slow. I needed to edit and upload some video for a job and I just gave up. It's fine for light browsing but even downloading a newspaper was hassle. The hot tub was turned off at 8pm which felt a little too early. The balcony was huge and it was away from the building so 9pm or maybes 10pm would have been reasonable.

L'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter le village d'Orta San Giulio. Le restaurant avec vue sur le lac était excellent. Le petit déjeuner avec des fruits frais délicieux. Notre chambre était spacieuse et très calme. De plus, nous avons pu aller nous baigner dans le lac sur la plage publique située à 5mn à pied de l'hôtel. Le personnel parlant français était très agréable.

Phantastidche Lage mit sehr schöner grosser Terasse, leicht erhöht über dem schönen Ortasee. Gratis Parkplatz. Ladestation für EL-Autos. Gehdistanz und schöner Weg am See entlang nach Orta San Guilio ca. 20 Minuten

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. The whole area around the hotel was beautiful with so much space to sit and relax. The food in the restaurant was very good and good value too.

Hôtel bien situé sur les hauteurs du lac. La chambre spacieuse est et très propre. Les abords de l’hôtel sont joliment aménagés. Bon petit déjeuner varié.

I didnt like the fact that despite us clearly being tea drinkers and them charging $5 per cup for the first 4 days on the penultimate day she told me I could hire a kettle for $10. Scrambled eggs usually ran out by 9am… and never got topped up. Its the only reason for my review of 8. Otherwise its fab! The breakfast also does not reflect the quality of the food in the restaurant, which is amazing! Kids little swing and climbing frame lack safety and need repair.

Hôtel très sympa pour un séjour en famille. Petit dej excellent et très varié.

Les jaccuzis....une piscine à leur place serait plus agréable.

Le cadre idyllique, la gentille du personnel à la réception, la chambre est grande et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est magnifique.

L'albero è in una posizione magnifica sul lago, è elegante e moderno. La camera è spaziosa e dotata di balcone con affaccio sul lago. Il ristorante è ottimo e la colazione è ricca e offre dolci fatti in casa molto buoni.

Läget var fantastiskt och frukosten var bra.

Jag hade bokat sedan mars så det var några månader tidigare. De kontaktade mig att man kan ej äta på deras restaurang på kvällen vid ankomsten bara några timmar innan. Det berättade aldrig att i den by måste man boka sig för middag på alla restauranger. Vi hittade rätt sent en plats för middag . Så var uppmärksamma om detta.

Les chambres vue à l arrière sont spacieuses mais peu lumineuses

Grosses Frühstück Buffet, von allem was dabei, ganz OK. Sitzplätze auf der Terrasse mit Seeblick, so kann der Tag gut starten! Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Haus, gute Lage, Hauptstrasse, Hotel aber etwas oberhalb gelegen, störte also nicht. Schöner Garten mit Whirlpool und Liegeplätzen, gemütlich und top Aussicht. Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sauber, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und Balkon, einwandfrei. Einfaches Check-in und -out, und bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Der Weg zum Strand/See war etwas länger als erwartet, man konnte nicht gerade runter zum See, sondern musste einen Umweg über einen Parkplatz gehen (knapp 5 Minuten).

La vue sur le lac d’Orta magnifique depuis la terrasse , le jardin où le jacuzzi du 3eme étage. La chambre quadruple très spacieuse, confortable avec une grande terrasse ombragée. Le restaurant dont la terrasse avec vue sur le lac pour le soir avec ses délicieuses pizza ou le petit déjeuner avec ses fruits du jardin ( ah les figues vertes fraîches un délice) ou les quatre sortes de miels et 6 confitures maison….

Il ne manque que la piscine pour que ce soit vraiment parfait .

It is an okay hotel. The views are amazing, but the hotel itself is a bit outdated. There was some rust in the bathroom, though it was clean. There is no kettle in the room and you have to pay for it separately

Je n ' ai pas pu profiter du jaccuzi car nous sommes arrivés un peu tard et il ferme à 20h .

Bel hôtel en bordure de lac avec un personnel agréable. Chambre confortable avec vue lac et terrasse pour le petit déjeuner très agréable. Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied en 20'.

Le restaurant est correct mais sans plus, il mériterait un niveau qualitatif supérieur.

Nous avons aimé la situation et la vue, le petit déjeuner très qualitatif et le restaurant, le personnel très agréable et la propreté dans son ensemble.

Le seul bémol est la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres

Our rooms were dark and without any view, despite the location of the hotel facing the lake. We had to book two rooms : one for the adults and one for my two kids while we could have a single room for the four of us. At the end, we paid for two rooms dark and in the back of the hotel. Very disappointing.

J'aime toujours la vue sur le lac, la qualité du petit dejeuner et l'amabilité du personnel et en particulier Alberto personne attentionnée et de bon conseil.

Lovely hotel, on the hill overlooking Lake Orta. The staff were very helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast was fabulous! Honestly the best breakfast buffet we’ve had in Italy.

We arrived by train and it is a 20 min walk from the station, which is all down hill until you reach the driveway uphill to the hotel. That last 50 meters was a challenge in 34 degrees heat!

Chambre un peu petite.

Hotel op een heuveltje boven een prive en een openbaarstrand en op wandelafstand van het stadcentrum 20 minuten lopen. de kamers zijn simpel maar de bedden zijn goed. Het personeel van de receptie is zeer vriendelijk en spreekt zeer goed Engels. Heel mooi uitzicht op het meer van Orta.

Het restaurant bied zeer goed eten maar hun personeel is totaal onervaren : er is geen leiding, het personeel loopt een beetje rond in gewone t-shirt... zeer jammer omdat de kwaliteit van het eten is prima. Ik mis duidelijk wat leidinggevende : een maitre d´hotel is noodzakkelijk! Verder mis ik een echt zwembad.. wie wil in een hete jacuzzi gaan als het 36 graden buiten is ...

Lokatie was fantastisch. Mooi terras .

Jammer dat er geen koffie/thee mogelijkheid was op de kamer.

la struttura in generale e' asettica, super banale, senza personalita'. ll terrazzo della suite lungo e stretto senza un senso...e ZERO privacy con le camera a fianco, totalmente aperte senza un divisiorio reale. Il prezzo era da suite ma NON era affato una suite !

Beautiful to look over the lake, and a very good breakfast.

Unfortunately our room was not clean when we went in, and the lady at reception did not even say sorry. She did however manage to have it cleaned despite us being told the staff had all gone.

Très bon emplacement pour profiter du lac, baignade et balades. La chambre spacieuse, nous avons apprécié la petite terrasse privée. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits frais et locaux. Les chiens sont très bien accueilli, on adore.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Orta. The location is beautiful, with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Our room was comfortable, and we especially enjoyed breakfast each morning with fresh fruit, local cheeses, and delicious cornetti. What made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to return one day. Grazie mille!

Lovely hotel. We had two brilliant days here and it had everything we hoped for: a spotlessly clean and air conditioned room, a good breakfast and easy access to the magical lake itself for swimming and of course the town and its incredible surroundings. We didn’t hire a car and for a short trip here not sure it’s needed - it’s possible to access this hotel without a car from Orta Miasino station if you are prepared for a bit of a walk (no taxis sadly!) with your luggage. Note the pavements are a little inconsistent along the roads and on arrival we took the route through the campsite - it took about 12 to 15 minutes over a mix of pathways, some grassy and with loose stones from the station to the hotel. Leaving it is all up hill and therefore more challenging. Rucksacks would be the thing but we did it with wheelie cases so it’s possible! The staff were super helpful in general and especially in recommending solutions when we coincided with the train strike. As for the town itself, island and UNESCO site up the hill - they are all must visit places. It’s a completely extraordinary place and wonderful to explore on foot - you can do the whole peninsula along the waterfront. We would definitely return here. If you book early enough I’d recommend getting a lake view room but actually the garden view room was fine.

Lovely hotel, good location a 20 min walk into the main square, also a lovely lido within a 5 min walk on the lake. Friendly staff, we ate in the restaurant one of our nights and the food was lovely. Amazing views over the lake.

Geniales Frühstücksbuffet

La possibilità di poter cenare la sera in una location bellissima, senza dover cercare altri ristoranti per farlo e servito da personale molto cordiale..Mi è comunque sembrato strano che il ristorante presente in albergo rispetti un turno di riposo (lunedì) e gli ospiti debbano andare alla ricerca di altri posti per cenare. La zona con le Jacuzzi7 sarebbe anche carina ma ha assolutamente bisogno di essere ristrutturata o sistemata. La possibilità di ricaricare la vettura.

Come già detto la chiusura del ristorante per turno di riposo e la situazione attuale dell'area Jacuzzi.

Es stehen zwei Jacuzzis nebenan auf einer Wiese (sehr schön). Diese waren aber dreckig und das Wasser hat extrem eklig gerochen. Deshalb wurden sie wohl von niemandem benutzt. Das Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen. Weil wir erst nachmittags angereist sind, wurden wir gar nicht erst angefragt, ob wir da das Nachtessen einnehmen wollen. Wir wurden direkt auf den Camping weiter unten und das Dorfzentrum verwiesen.

Hotellet var meget komfortabelt, godt beliggende. Maden var god og der var god service. Værelserne var gode og der var god rengøring Kan anbefales til familier, men måske især par der rejser sammen.

Jeg synes nogle gange servicen var lidt uopmærksom og præget af skiftende personale. Der var virkeligt god service nogle gange men lidt dårligere service andre, især omkring aftensmaden.

Just fantastic! The location first of all, the staff very accommodating and friendly with great service. Air conditioned rooms, lovely breakfast with a great choice. Dinner outside on the terrace overlooking Lake Orta - what a treat!

Pillows were awful. Arrived early and it was a shame that there was no one around so we couldn’t get a drink. Beautiful out door space so a nice cold glass of wine in the sunshine would have been perfect.

Avevamo moltissime zanzare in stanza e alcuni asciugamani erano sporchi

Spacious rooms, good breakfast.

Jättefin frukost med mycket lokala varor. Köpte mycket prisvärda och goda ostar och salami på hotellet att ta med hem (de vaccumförpackade). Kort gångavstånd till en badplats med café mm.
