Pongsakorn Boutique Resort

The staff were friendly and helpful

The amenities, the bed, the cabinets

-nothing

-our room had a strong chemical smell -the fridge had a loud hum -lack of care - the picture was hung crooked -almost no toilet paper -with no extra roll -they offered breakfast delivered - no idea where it was going to be cooked- the room only had a bed so where were we eating -we left within an hour of checking in - we both had headaches

Great place for an overnight stop, convenient for the airport, nice restaurant

Convient for airport

Everything ok

Vriendelijk personeel, stipt luchthavenvervoer.

Daarmee is alles gezegd.

The photo of the hotel is not where we stayed. We were taken 50 m down the road to what looked like a large shed with a central corridor and rooms either side, thin walls. 2 sachets of coffee, no creamer or sugar. Bed was really not comfortable, I did not sleep much and the route to the airport is not an easy drive, the surroundings are not very good either, not many options.

The Customer service was well,

but this did not meet my standards by far, not like the picture showed. Not alone the property is in a residential neighborhood and in an Alley, I felt unsafe in. There were ants in my room. My friends and I decided to get another hotel While traveling to Phuket Island and retrieving our belongings earlier than are stay time. I felt deceived.

So clean and welcoming

Staff and airport transfer

Location and modest room size/facilities

Very calm

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and toilet flush wasn't working properly. The heater was not working well either, and not comfortable to stay. Please improve in these aspects.

The room was very clean and modern. The restaurant was exceptional and the food quality outstanding.

There was nothing to dislike

The lady at reception was very rude and not helpful at all. Rooms was not very clean

10 minutes from airport by taxi . 200 baht

Not much food options

Close to the airport, 24/7 perfect for transfers, clean room and cold aircon.

Lacked restaurants around the property however this is not their fault at all. Perfect spot for resting in between travels

Such a nice cosy place, the staff are great. I didn’t get any names but special shout out to the gentlemen that helped us from the moment we stepped from our taxi to our room. His personality set the mood instantly. It’s only 40 minutes by taxi to Bangkok city centre which is perfect and it’s right by the airport so after a long flight it’s perfect. The hotel and room is amazing value for money! Thank you!

Helpful staff and a great hotel restaurant. The transport to the airport was good also. Every time I catch a flight from BKK. This is my go to hotel

The room was clean, the staff was nice

On the restaurant my experience was bad I told the man/ waiter to not add any milk dairy, egg and meat in the pasta but he bring it with cheese then I told him again and change it but he didn’t change it he just washed the pasta or remove it and serve again. But I still find the cheese in the pasta what if I had an allergy

Staff was very nice, especially Chai the shuttle bus driver, very happy man and speaks good English, room was comfortable and quiet for sleeping.

good stop over for airport

Quartier sale.

All good 👍

Its all right for the money ypu pay, the location is a little bit strange - but not to far from 7/11. Close to the airport so if you need just a short stay between your flights its a very good option.

Pokoje wygodne i czyste.

Close to the airport. Staff very nice. Quiet location.

This hotel is not serving breakfast. The referred us to the restaurant next door for breakfast, but it was closed. We had to walk far to find anything to eat, no restaurants nearby.

Everything

I know that it cheap but have stayed in the same price with better quality and cleanliness

A bit outside the main area

The property is conveniently located close to the airport in a quiet area. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the room appears clean and tidy. Their restaurant next door also offers tasty food with quick service, which was very convenient during the short stay.

The shower design causes water to spread outside the shower area quite easily, which makes the bathroom floor messy after use. Additionally, the toiletries provided were quite basic and may benefit from some review or improvement.
