Reviewed Sep 13, 2026We think the location isn’t too bad. Nevertheless the room was soo nice and clean. And special thanks to the staff at the reception. They were super nice and gave us a really good recommendations about a local night market. Which we later visited and hat a great time. Overall we had a really nice experience!

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Am besten war allerdings der Service von den Mitarbeitern. Wirklich alle waren super freundlich und haben uns viel geholfen bei dem telefonieren mit Taxi Fahrern oder das empfehlen von Essen! Und dann war es auch noch super günstig.

There is no breakfast, and no restaurant within short walking distance for that. The room is large, but the property is old and poorly maintained. The room was full of mosquitoes, and before we entered, the person at reception told us that it would be and handed us a mosquito-killing tennis-racket device. The shower is very weak and only warm, not hot. We woke up in the morning covered with mosquito bites. I would not stay again.

Reviewed May 13, 2026The staff tried hard to be helpful but they kept making mistakes. Their advice proved incorrect as well - the ferry service they offer to Kho Samui, for example, is an old and slow option where the fast new ferry costs exactly the same.
The hotel is down on its heels. It is not in a convenient area.

A hairdryer would be a good idea There is coffee but it's a mild mix with sugar and milk and everything already inside The water is so hot, there is no option to change, it's already the cold water.because I think the tanks on the roof got to much sun

Poor view, thin door and simple lock in the entrance door and balcony door. Second floor apartment had easy access through the street and neighbouring roof, did not feel safe there by myself.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung und war sehr sauber. Für uns perfekt um nach langer Reise anzukommen. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ruhig, dennoch war der Foodmarket fußläufig erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit, haben sogar ein Telefonat für uns geführt, mit jemandem der kaum englisch sprach. Lediglich der Garten könnte etwas schöner gestaltet werden.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Super Lage 7/11 ist in 10 min zu fuss erreichbar. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal die mir gute Tips für Ausflüge gegeben haben. Sauberes Zimmer und das Bett war sehr bequem. Preisleistung top. Ich würde wieder kommen.
Ich hatte das Zimmer mit einem grossen Balkon nur gab es kein Stuhl und kein Tisch dass war sehr schade.

Emplacement un peu éloigné (loin du night market) mais on peut quand même trouver de quoi manger à proximité. Les travaux (coups de marteau) dans l'hôtel à 8h du matin ! Impossible de dormir ensuite, -1 pour cela.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026The attentiveness of the crew is amazing. They are happy hosts, and in my opinion, most of the time just that makes the guests really satisfied. Everything was working and really clean. Room is specious and with a lux feeling. Great shaded parking for bikes, also for cars parking never gets full or stuck. One of the best stays comparing the budget we get to pay.
Hotel is a little old and it feels. Surrounding neighborhood offers not much.
