Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Booking a annulé ma reservation mais heureusement l hotel m a gardé une chambre , une encore mieux que j esperai car j ai deux enfant petit 4-6 ans et on a eu droit a une double chambre communicante. Donc parfait et j ai payé 2 eur moins cher. Le Personnel tres aimable et serviable. Leur savon sentait trop bon. Belle vue depuis la chambre. C etait qu une nuit de transition pour partir vers kho samui. Facile de prendre le bus de tranfert pour aller vers le ferry, 10 min a pied de l hotel.
Que booking annule ma chambre. Je n ai pas vu leur mail a temps et j aurai pu me retrouver en difficultés avec mes enfants.. 1 ere et derniere fois j espere .

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026מקום מאוד נקי ומסודר מתוכנן בצורה מצויין כדי שיהיה נוחות מקסימלית אומנם החדר קטן והכל אבל מדוייק לצרכים יש מקום גם למזוודות וגם להסתובב בנוחות בחדר קבלת הפנים והצוות נהדר מסבירי פנים ועוזרים בהכל הזמנו מקום ללילה אחד ונשארנו עוד לילה והמיטה נוחה כל כך לא הייתי מצפה לזה בכלל יש חניה חופשי במקום ושתי השווקים המקומיים במרחק הליכה או פחות מ 100 באט בטוקטוק

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026Ik vond het een heel fijn hotel. Zodra we er waren werden onze koffers overgenomen en naar de kamer gebracht. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze kamer was ruim en schoon. Het bed was wat aan de harde kant, maar ik heb er prima op geslapen. De locatie is ook goed. Tegenover het hotel zit een 7/eleven waar je ook kan lunchen en avondeten. De rest zit redelijk op loopafstand. Wij hebben vanuit Surat Thani 2 tours gedaan; Khao Sok en Pig Island. Het was een eindje rijden, maar dat was het waard.
Buiten de accomodatie zit een bar die muziek draait. Dit ging tot ongeveer 12 uur door. Zelf geen last van gehad, maar goed om te weten als je daar gevoelig voor bent.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026Whilst we only stayed for one night, we did appreciate how central it was. There is a great ramen spot right round the corner. Overall, this was what we needed for one night before heading to Khao Sok.
There were a few areas that were water damaged, and we could hear what sounded like water dropping from a room above on to the lowered ceiling in the communal area.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Das Hotel liegt direkt in Surat Thani Stadt. Seven Eleven ist um die Ecke. Zum Busbahnhof sind es ca. 15 Min zu Fuß. Ein Markt und der Fluss mit einer kleinen Promenade ist auch gleich in der Nähe.
Es hat in einem der Zimmer Ameisen gegeben, ist aber oft in Thailand der Fall.

Breakfast not mentioned in booking, but toast and jams, tea and coffee available in lobby in morning. Fridge in room. 24 hour reception. Elevator. Walking distance to 7/11 and eateries.
No kettle or safety deposit box. Not a big deal to us but might be to some people!

The bathroom is old and dated and very small. The television is limited to local programs only no smart TV.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Thailand, I highly recommend it. The reception was excellent, as was the security. The rooms for three people were spacious, large, and clean. There's a restaurant right downstairs where the food is good and inexpensive, and a municipal swimming pool not far away for 60 baht per person. They have beer and food available. A nice bonus is that you can make yourself a coffee, cream, or tea all night long at reception. This hotel deserves its stars; I'll definitely be back.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Personalen var otroligt hjälpsamma och trevliga! Våran väska kom bort efter taxiresan från flygplatsen. Personalen ringde direkt och fick kontakt med taxibolaget och åkte sedan iväg och hämtade väska åt oss! Boendet är fantastiskt prisvärt och ligger perfekt för oss som skulle vidare till Koh Samui. 7/11 och restauranger ligger bara ett stenkast bort.
Något högljudd restaurang ligger precis bredvid boendet. Inget stort problem för oss.
