La ubicación es muy buena, el Alibus, del aeropuerto de deja a 200 mts, y esta cerca del puerto, y a pocas cuadras del la calle comercial de NAPOLES, el departamento esta bien es comodo, amplio, lo usamos como base para conocer Pompei

El sistema de llaves que corta toda la energía cuando salís, lo cual apaga el aire acondicionado y en agosto hace mucho calor, cuando llegas de la calle la habitación no esta climatizada, también el hecho de una única llave física limita la posibilidad de hacer actividades diferentes con tu pareja (compras y paseos) La zona es un poco caotica y con mucho bullicio.

On ne peut pas faire plus près de l'embarcadère pour Capri ou Ischia, juste la route à traverser ! En face du Castel Nuovo, proche également de la rue Toledo, bref, super bien situé. Hôte très sympathique et clair dans ses explications. Le studio donne sur une rue calme. Parking sérieux à proximité si vous avez une voiture (Angioino). Parfait pour notre étape d'une nuit.

The room was a small apartment that had everything you would need for a holiday stay. Unfortunately we were only there for one night and we arrived late. Host kept in touch to let us in and was very friendly.

The pillows were too firm ( all four in the apartment were the same) and although had fresh pillowcases on them, one smelt sweaty. I suggest new pillows on a more regular basis as this is a very hot city and a fresh pillow is a pretty basic need. Although we knew there was no view from our apartment, not everyone will check thoroughly. Our room ( at 100 euro) was very expensive for what it was ( view of back street) not the beautiful port on the image.

A very good sized, clean apartment, with a comfortable bed and good bathroom and kitchen facilities. The host was very helpful and welcoming, with great online communication.

Temporary issue with the WiFi, which the host explained and offered a daytime alternative for - not a problem for a one-night stay.

The apt was spotless and new! Room service everyday. Directly across from the cruise terminal and the bus station was nearby. Never needed taxis. Was able to take a 9 hr cruise to Amalfi coast with stopping in Amalfi with time to swim. Positano was amazing. Location to the port- perfect. Took an excursion to Pompeii right at port. Hop on and off bus stop was right there too! Our host was amazing! Had answers to every question. After 4 days- hoping on a Mediterranean cruise right from Naples! Lots of walkable restaurants nearby in the alleyways behind the hotel!

Location was secure, in a good zone and perfectly located beside the port, if you’re planning to take a ferry that’s an amazing option but besides was really close by walk to the metro stations and important places.

The neighborhood it’s just a little bit noisy but nothing crazy

Location was perfect as I was taking the ferry the following morning! There was a little washing machine that I used which was very helpful! The bed was very comfortable and there was a large outside terrace that was lovely with a swing chair! The host responded right away when I had questions! Overall wonderful experience!

Close to harbour

Not as described. It said when booking that parking was available. It was not that was extra €50 per night and we had to walk quite far with our cases. We couldn't drop off luggage then park so that was also stressful. The apartment had no views of the harbour as advertised. Now changed since booking on website. Bathroom area very tired and lots of scum build up in shower area. Antonio was very helpful and could not fault his help. Glad we only stayed one night

Nous n'avons pas apprécié les grosses marques de calcaire dans la douche. Ça faisait sale.

Great location and Antonio’s instructions very good! He greeted us and showed us everything we needed to know and provided restaurant recommendations. We had everything we needed for a short stay. We accidentally spilt water on the bed and didn’t realise and tried our hardest to dry it. Mattress was very clean and Antonio very understanding!! Bed and pillows were very comfy!

The shower/bathroom needs a bit of attention as quite a bit of limescale build up etc and could do with new accessories as well as a bit old and looked well used!

Прекрасный хозяин и сами апартаменты ! Антонио встретил нас раньше времени заселения, предварительно уточнил, как мы добираемся и подсказал лучший путь до отеля. Во время заселения подробно описал, как и чем пользоваться, дал рекомендации по местам Неаполя. Локация отличная: рядом с отелем есть метро, паром, автобусная остановка. Сам район приятный, рядом с основными туристическими местами, есть где попить кофе со знаменитой выпечкой В апартаментах есть все необходимое: холодильник, фен, плита, чайник, сушилка для белья и даже утюг с гладильной доской.

Great location.. Very easy to communicate with.. Davide the man at the office/reception was outstanding and very helpful.. Be aware its near the port and thus can be noisy ...but overall it was great... highly recommended to stay .

We are returning guests here. Excellent location, across from Molo Beverello (ferry terminal) so you can easily walk/roll your bags from the ferry to your room (yes, there’s an elevator & no stairs inside the hotel’s building). The hotel’s location is adjacent to Castel Nuovo and walking distance to the Lungomare for evening passiggiatta and the Spanacopoli neighborhood. The Manager and Staff caring and meticulous.

Excellent stay in Naples. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the staff was welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. The location was outstanding, making it easy to explore the city, restaurants, attractions, and waterfront areas. Everything was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations.

Antonio is an excellent host. He gives you lots of local information such as sites to see and suggestions for places to eat. Main reason for staying here is proximity to the port. 5 minute walk pulling suitcases!

Shower was small. The unit had been modernised but that was a while ago. Unit was looking tired. Expensive for what was provided.

The location was perfect close to the water. The hustle and bustle of Naples was close but there was also a spacious feeling to the area. The apartment was veey clean and modern and comfortable. Antonio, the manager is a true gem. He was always extremely helpful with suggestions and advice and he made us feel really welcome.

The location near the Royal district and the watee was perfect. The apartment was so clean and spacious. We loved it. Antonio the manager was incredibly helpful and so friendly and professional. He is a real asset to the property.

Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch mit einem direkten Blick auf den Hafen und Vesuv direkt auf der "Piazza Municipio" im Stadtcentrum und gleich nebenan gibt es auch eine Metrostation. Antonio ist einfach ein Hammer - sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, perfekt english sprechend. Kommunikation mit ihm über Whats app war absolut tadellos, er hat sich auch um Taxi zum Flughafen gekümmert. Solten wir wieder nach Neapel fliegen, werden wir sicher versuchen, wieder bei Antonio eine Unterkunft zu bekommen.

Es fällt mir bei bestem Willen nichts ein.

La location è centrale a tutto soprattutto per partire dal molo beverello, la stanza è grande bellissima la vista! Apprezzata la possibilità di poter fare caffè con cialde ed usufruire del microonde per scaldare qualcosa.

La stanza era un po' fredda manca qualcosa di più accogliente, scarno l'arredamento la colazione potrebbe completare il soggiorno.

Ubicación estupenda en frente del puerto donde se cogen los ferrys y con la estación de metro al lado que conecta con la estación central. La zona es tranquila con restaurantes cerca, supermercados ... El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, con muy buenas vistas y Antonio fue en todo momento muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos.

Прекрасное расположение ( хотя это палка о двух концах) Наш номер выходил на улочку, и то спать с открытым окном невозможно из за проезжающих машин. Остальные номера с видом на площадь еще более шумные. Встречал очень славный Антонио. Веселый, много рассказал про номер и как решить небольшие проблемы, если возникнут. Поселили в номер раньше срока. Вокруг огромное количество едальных заведений и магазинов на любой вкус. Антонио посоветует.

Мы приехали на выходные и нас это не коснулось, но на неделе лифт платный)))

Antonio met me on arrival and showed me everything. He also gave excellent directions as the hotel is difficult to identify from the street. The room was very comfortable and I slept well.

The stench of sewer from the ships dumping, what smelled like sewer, was so strong, it made us sick. So much traffic all night. Beeping horns etc. It’s such a shame because the room was wonderful.

Antonio was a great host, greeted us, showed us the apartment and all the things to watch out for. I can’t doubt his passion and professionalism. The apartment is in a good location for the airport bus and metro lines, and an easy walk to Via Toledo.

Noise from outside (somewhat understandable in a busy area) and inside was a problem. We could clearly hear the neighbouring apartment having phone calls and conversations, in a way that it wasn’t a comfortable or relaxing feeling. Plumbing sounds were also very obvious.

We loved sitting on the balcony in the very comfortable outdoor couch watching all the activity at the port and the beautiful views. The location couldn't be better. Our taxi from the airport said " you are staying in the nicest area of Naples". It was easy to go outside in the morning, turn the corner and sit down for our espresso and a pastry. Around the other corner is an incredible Italian restaurant "Lazzoro" Spelling probably wrong but delicious food, inexpensive and very welcoming. Antonio was also a joy! If you're going to Naples, book this place...if available!

El apartamento está completamente equipado y ofrece todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable, incluyendo una cocina bien dotada y espacios amplios y funcionales. Todo estaba en excelentes condiciones. El anfitrión merece una mención especial: sumamente atento, amable y siempre disponible. La comunicación fue constante y eficiente, brindando apoyo inmediato en todo momento, lo cual elevó significativamente la calidad de la experiencia.

Como punto a considerar, la ubicación puede resultar un poco confusa al momento de la llegada, ya que no se trata de un hotel tradicional. Asimismo, los alrededores no son especialmente atractivos. Adicionalmente, si llega con vehículo, el estacionamiento en la zona puede ser costoso, aunque este aspecto es externo al alojamiento.

Antonio è un host preparatissimo, puntuale e super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La camera è pulita e ordinata, c'è il servizio di pulizia mattutino e il cambio asciugamani se richiesto, oltre che altri servizi secondari come macchinetta del caffè e ascensore. Appartamento comodo e in ottima posizione per visitare Napoli a piedi.

Stanza molto grande, ariosa, pulita e con bellissima vista. Siamo stati accolti con simpatia e professionalità e abbiamo ricevuto tutte le spiegazioni per qualsiasi cosa potesse servirci durante il nostro soggiorno.

Velmi dobrá lokalita (blízkost autobusu, který jezdí na letiště). Ubytování velmi čisté a mnoho vybavení. Majitel byl velmi přátelský a vstřícný.

エアコンの効きが多少悪いのと、機密性が多少悪く、TVの音量には少し気を使った。 洗濯機は、乾燥機は無しだったが、物干しもあり、ラナイに干せたので、問題はなかった。
