The bed bugs 🐜 and mosquitoes were absolutely shocking. There were holes in there laundry where they were coming through. We constantly got bitten. My GF got bitten alive. We also couldn’t stop scratching the whole 15 days. I had to buy my own pesticide. When we told the staff they said it is nothing.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. They apologized for the issues we experienced, moved us to another room, and offered a 50% discount on a future stay as a goodwill gesture.
Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our two-night stay. On the first night, the air conditioner was not cooling properly, making it difficult to sleep, and we were moved to another room. In the second room, we found a cockroach, the shower temperature constantly changed between hot and cold, and the hot water did not last very long. On our final night, a power interruption affected the air conditioner, causing the room to become very hot, and we were again unable to sleep properly before checkout. While I understand the power interruption was beyond the hotel’s control, I requested a small partial refund through Booking.com because a future stay discount would not be useful for me, but I never received a response.

The room was nice until I started getting eaten by ants. When I got in the room turned on the TV could not get anything to watch. Disappointed. Then I tried the Wifi and would not connect, No Internet. When I woke up I tried again it was not working. I stayed here because I thought it was near Abreeza Mall. Let me tell you it is not. Grabed a grab and got there. Far away. I will not be stopping here again.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025Overall stay was good especially responsiveness of staff as my flight got delayed by 6 hours and they helped me with late check in at 3 am in the morning. And it was budget friendly.
The location was little inside the city and sometimes taxi people didnt know the route and they took certain streets which were totally broken and very narrow which also chok the traffic. If driver knows the route then its good.

Rain shower hard to use when you plan to not get your hair wet. I’m literally touching the shower curtain for me to avoid my hair not getting wet. Shower wand would be nice. I think only my room has musty smell in the shower but the kids bathroom smells fine. Location a bit remote. Grab ride is the way to go.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2025The king suite was fantastic, everything needed was in there. The staff very fiendly and helpful. It is off the main roads and cab drivers had trouble locating it. You need google maps for sure. A pool right outside the room, tastefully decorated, plants everywhere. I recommend it most highly.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025Breakfast is not served. However, you can cook as the place is equipped with complete kitchen utensils and an electric oven.
Just the inner roads going to the place are narrow. But the place is just near the SM Lanang Mall. The room where we eventually settled is clean and new, but the living room, which has a double deck, has no air conditioning. The A/C in the main bedroom is supposed to serve the living room, but it wasn't enough to cool the living room.
