La colazione non molto fornita. Purtroppo gli europei sono abituati a frutta e maggiore scelta. Ma comunque quello che c'era era di qualità e ben servito.

Location is good. 10 min from Kansai Airport and literally behind the Rinku premium outlet.

The toilet. Wasn’t sound proof and the facilities are basic

It was clean, decent, had everything needed and staff was attentive.

The AC could only go down to 19°C. The ceiling AC was only blowing on one side facing the font door, so half of the room was warm on a hot summer of 30°C. It took awhile for us to sleep. The beds didn't feel premium or soft. They also don't respond via booking com.

直前だったのもあるのかな？とてもお得に泊まれた。 この値段で和室もついてたのでかなり快適に過ごせた。 駐車場無料なのも最高。 このクラスのビジネスホテルでシャワーの出がかなり満足だった。 アウトレットの目と鼻の先にあるのも便利。

Good location, easily walkable from the train station. Good value for the price. The shower had wonderful water pressure.

The room was clean, but there was a cigarette odor. There was Febreze in the room, though, so that helped.

The perfect hotel tor a night after of before your flight to/from Kansai Airport. Clean, close, friendly, close to a supermarkt, close to the train to Kansai (one stop)

So close to the marble beach, which is cool. We chose a Japanese style room with futons, and that wasn't a great choice for us.

아침식사는 밥과 카레, 오뎅국이나 된장국, 생선 정도인데 매우 간단. 딱 가격 만큼

방이 무섭다. 타월도 흰색이 아닌 똥색에, 카펫도 어둡고. tv는 너무 작다

It's just right next to Rinku Premium Outlet, and walking distance to Rinku Town station. Makes it one of the best for day stay before your flight.

Probably due to the hotel structure but the hot water gives out gray-ish color when it comes out from the pipe, however resides after a while. Also, maybe due to low amount of guest during my stay but the breakfast is super basic, like a school cafeteria quality.

Room came with green tea and was comfortable enough for one night.

Couldn't get the heater working properly. Breakfast was average. Quite a distance to walk from rinku station (especially with bags).

飛行機がキャンセルになって急遽取った時に宿泊証明の発行なども対応してもらえた

部屋が清掃されていなかった。 ツインで予約したのにシングルベッドだったこと。 部屋に電話がなかったので、疲れ果てた時に苦情も言えなかったこと。 布団がカチカチの煎餅布団だった。

スイートルームを利用できたので親子3人で一緒に泊まることができた。

駐車場の案内がなかったので、勘違いして横のパーキングに停めてしまって料金がかかってしまった。 朝食が残念。せめて普通の成分無調整牛乳にしてほしい。

綺麗な海沿い、関空から飛び立つ飛行機を見ながら楽しめるりんくうのアウトレット。　そんな場所まで歩いて2分で行けるホテルでした。　私達は朝食だけご馳走になりましたがバイキング形式でした。又是非利用したいです。

スタッフの対応が良かったです。元々和室の部屋でしたが洋室のベットのある部屋に変更してくださりました。私は外国人ですが関係なく丁寧に対応していただいてとても気持ちが良かったです。充電器も貸してくれました！とても助かりました。また周辺もショッピングモールが多く満足感のある旅ができました☺️

I think the room is spacious, perfect for packing before returning home and near shopping rinku outlet and if you have car this hotel is suitable for parking lot.

I think breakfast selection was a bit limited, maybe there weren't many guests on the day I stayed.

離臨空城outlet很近

Preis-leistungsverhältnis war besser als erwartet ich war sehr positiv überrascht es hat mir sehr gefallen!

Die strikte check-in zeit hat mich überrumpelt und die art wie die tür vom Badezimmer aufgeht gefiel mir nicht sowie die höhe der türschwelle um hinein- und hinauszugehen ist etwas ungünstig

Simple hotel which is walking distance to Rinku outlet. Great stay if you are flying the next day due to the proximity to the aiport and perfect for last day shopping at the outlet. There is also a shuttle bus to the airport

The distance to Premium outlet is short.

There is no Bed in my room. I am too old to sleep on the floor.

The staff was warm and welcoming as well as the room was spacious and clean

Great location, Premium Outlet Mall is just opposite the hotel.

The towels had a kind of smell. It’s time to change all towels.

I got there at half past midnight because I lost my flight, and they asked for a 200¥ (1,10€) fee for maintenance, I told them that I didn’t have cash and that I could pay with card (they had the card machine on the desk), and the receptionist said that wasn’t possible, I told her that I could give her the cash in the morning and she said that wasn’t possible either, that I needed to go to a convenience store (7 eleven), 2 blocks away to take the cash to be able to do the check in, and in that place the minimum that you can change is 10.000¥ (58€), which was completely unnecessary as I had my next flight the next morning and I wouldn’t need the cash, when I got back to the hotel I told her that this situation was ridiculous as they could have accepted the payment with card BECAUSE THEY HAD THE MACHINE, instead of making a client go at 1:00 in the morning in an industrial area, everything alone and dark for just 1,10€, and she reacted like she wasn’t understanding what I was saying. That’s not very PREMIUM, as the name of the hotel.

浴室が清潔でした。 コミックレンタルも良かったです。

隣の部屋の声がうるさかったです。

在臨空城outlet裡面，購物非常方便。

Nice clean hotel with excellent buffet breakfast

Only one member of staff spoke good English.....however she did pay my 200 yen tax bill as I had no cash on me!

プレミアムホテルっていう名前。とっても綺麗で高級なイメージで予約したが、普通すぎる。 浴室、トイレの箇所のゴミ箱に使ったティッシュが入っていて、とっても残念だった。 いくら安くなっていてももうここには泊まりません。 接客等とてもよかったです。 アメニティ、最低限しかないのでもう少し増やした方が良いと思った。

部屋、廊下の天井が高く、お部屋も広いのでゆっくりする事が出来ました。 アウトレット、空港が近いので便利です。

The hotel wasn’t as expected. The futon beds were pretty flat and when asking for another futon to double up, they said no. We at least got another blanket though. Sleeping on the floor wasn’t very comfortable unfortunately. We had a great view with our room with a very big/wide window! That was very cool at least. The manga section in the lobby was neat. But the room was constantly damp feeling and kinda humid. Smelt like ocean sewer in our room haha. The towels always smelled off, not clean smelling. The bathroom had a deep tub which was nice but to get into the bathroom, there was a high step to get into there. Didn’t understand the restaurant either. They said private only? The elevator was nice to have but sounded like it was going to break down most of the time. It was okay for the short stay we were there but don’t think we’ll be booking again in the future.

The beds are rock hard and the room layout is not ideal for a larger family (4+). The staff were either very friendly or VERY terse and rude, and it was more often the latter. If you like shopping, it’s next to a very big outlet mall. That’s not a draw for me, so it doesn’t merit a higher rating. The walk to the station is 15 minutes, so be prepared for that.

Wi-Fiが弱すぎる

帰りにアウトレットがすぐ近くで良かった。 関西国際空港行のシャトルバスが利用できた。

バスルームと部屋との段差が高く、つまづきそうになった。 りんくうタウン駅からホテルまで、重いスーツケースと一緒に徒歩で行ったので大変だった。特に歩道橋から降りる際にスロープは無く階段しかなかった。

部屋や設備もキレイです。仕事の出張で宿泊しましたが、機会があればまた宿泊したいです。
