Good central location, close to the beach and all tourist attractions, but on a relatively quiet street. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Nice pool. Good air conditioned gym. Nice pool facing room with good air con and all modern amenities. Amazing for the price.

No bar at the pool. Couldn’t buy a beer at the pool. Not the end of the world but a bit unusual.

Location

Room was very good. Properly cleaned, Location is very good.

The Location.

the location was walking distance to bars clubs and entertainment venues , with a 3min walk to the beach , health massage was a few doors down from the hotel, had to use them for their feet massages , barber was a few more doors closer to the beach , used them and very affordable , head was getting a bit woolie , so I desperately needed one , paid buffet breakfast was good

only thing for me was their bed , it was to hard for my liking, its the same for many of the thai hotels

The team

Breakfast wasn't good

The rooms are clean and the staff were extremely friendly

Nothing

Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Es war alles extrem hellhörig

The location was central to malls and the beach. Breakfast was simple and convenient. Room was clean.

The rooms although clean, could use some updating.

Everything.

Nothing.

Lady cleaning my room was excellent

All good

The location and cleanliness was fantastic. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is perfect for a family setting with a lot of massage and food options nearby and easy access to the public beach.

This property is a nightmare for parents!! It is by far the least child friendly property we have ever stayed in. We were a family of two travelling with five kids aged between 6-12 years- keep in mind no toddlers and all well behaved children. However, we received multiple complaints a day for every 2-3 hours the kids were staying in(we were out the whole day for tourist stuff) as apparently the other guests had a problem if the children so much as spoke in the lobby/spoke outside the room/ran around a bit in the lobby. They discouraged the children from swimming before 12pm as guests were sleeping. so all in all a great property if you are looking for quiet and silence but a big NO if you are travelling with kids. They look at kids as a problem not guests!! second issue is the pathetic spread or lack of spread of breakfast. Instead of being called a breakfast buffet, it should be called a set meal with nothing for vegetarians. There were the same 3 items which were placed everyday for breakfast. also the hotel did not have a functioning kitchen so room service or restaurant didnt work!

Good location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice spacious clean rooms. The pool was kept clean.

Shower over the bath. After an accident i had, i am slightly disabled and unable to get into a bath tub. Maybe I should of studied that before i booked. I showered using the pools showers, not ideal.

Otelin konumu cok güzel, pek cok yere ulaşımı rahat. Tam bir fiyat performans otel’i. Cok fazla beklentiye girmemeniz gerekiyor.

Great location, very friendly staff and clean room every day. The big fridge in the room was amazing. More hotels should have these.

The bed was a little too hard.

Early check-in was provided on request but made me wait till 10 am even though room was available when i arrived at 8.30 am, spacious lobby to sit, breakfast was available, but with additional cost.

Early check-in was provided on request but made me wait till 10 am even though room was available when i arrived at 8.30 am Lizards were there all around the hotel including my room. No AC at the lobby. On arrival and departure there's no one to receive you/help you with luggage.

The quiet location, the kindness of the staff and the always abundant breakfast

The only flaw is the lack of the restaurant. But as soon as you go out there is a lot of

Rooms are ok, breakfast too.

WiFi system is very old, signal poor and sometimes vanish. This is big negative point.

Trevlig ställe med pool och nära stranden

Comfort, great staff, good value, great cleaning.

It wasnt too noisy, but the sound isolation wasnt perfect. Not from the corridor of the hotel and not from outside the hotel.

Nice pool, decent gym(basic but good for easy holiday workout). Staff was great and super friendly, The room was super clean everyday when it wasmade by the house keeping - extraordinary 👌 The lobby staff been also great and friendly. Comfortable room. Hotel close to soi 6 - the popular street. Yet the room was not too noisy - When the air conditioner was working at night i wasnt hearing the music from outside. Just the regular a/c sound. Big safe in the room - can fit a tablet. Cute balcony.. i dont know if the "pool view" room is worth the extra cost compare to the "city view" rooms.

Sound: Without a/c working - i could hear the sounds of music from soi 6 at night little bit even with balcony closed. Usually stops between 1am-3am... Not too bad. Some days there been some construction's sounds at noon from the area next to the hotel. Some otherdays - there been maintenance of a/c cleaning in the rooms next to mine at around early noon hours. It was loud mottor sound of the cleaning machine.. it wasnt pleasant. Also the corridor can be heard inside the room - so not the best sound isolation. Most of the times it's been quite... But sometimes i did woke up because of those sounds from outside of hotel or the corridor. All was good, just the sounds at noon by different reasons made my sleep less good, and helped my decision to move to a new facility after two weeks.

The hotel is at prime location yet peaceful. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. We had connecting rooms, there was an issue with the lock and they arranged a tech to fix it for us and didn't just ignore it. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and we recommend it to others as well.

I wish they had room service.

The room was very clean and the staff very polite.

The beds are hard as a rock. Couldn't get a good night sleep tossing and turning. Please replace the beds with pillow top memory foam units.
