Mi-a plăcut amplasarea hotelului, aproape de plaja dar într-un loc liniștit. Micul dejun a fost excelent, divers și gustos iar personalul extrem de amabil. Totul a fost perfect și sper sa revenim.

Nu este cazul.

Dormitorul a fost curat !

Hotelul este de maxim 2 stele, baia este plină de mucegai și nu este igienizată bine. Micul dejun în 6 zile a fost același și de proasta calitate, aparatul de cafea două zile nu a fost alimentat cu lapte și dădea cafea cu apă . Plaja cea mai apropiată este la peste 600 m distanță .

We have stayed at the Cosmopolitan Hotel before and have always enjoyed coming back. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are consistently welcoming, friendly, and smiling. The service is very good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. Overall, the hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere and is a great place to relax.

The main issue was the air conditioning in our room. It was extremely strong, and even when set to 24°C, the room was far too cold. Unfortunately, it was difficult to regulate, so we often had to turn it off and open the door/window to let some warm air in. Coming in from the summer heat felt almost like stepping into the North Pole! I was also surprised that there was no toaster at breakfast, as I remember there being one during our previous stays. I also think the selection of drinks at breakfast could be improved. Most options were very sweet and contained sugar, so it would be great to have a wider range of healthier, sugar-free choices.

Fantastic, calm part of Paralia, amazing staff, pool and rooms. We were with dog, they are real pet friendly hotel.

Everything perfect, if I need to add something it would be dinner, could be more diverse, as breakfast.

El personal súper amable. La ubicación también estaba bien. Tranquilo y no demasiado lejos del centro.

Lo que menos me gustó es la comida. Poca variedad de cena. Falta de soporte de ducha y detalles que no necesitan inversión.

Blisko do plaży, pyszne i różnorodne śniadania

Rezerwacja była na dwa pokoje dwuosobowe z pojedynczymi łóżkami. W obu pokojach były łóżka małżeńskie co niestety nie było dla nas komfortowe. W ofercie było spa- niestety zamknięte od dłuższego czasu, brak żadnego remontu jak sugerowano. Obiekt ma 4 **** co uważam że stanowczo za dużo , obiekt też kiepsko sprzątany

Не ни хареса това, че нямахме тераса и трудно беше с мокрите дрехи! Другото ,което не ни хареса много, много слаб избор за вечеря!

Alles Es war schmutzig alles alt bad verschimmeltbund verkalkt , kakerlaken im zimmer , aussenbereich vernschlässigt und ungepflegt , poolwasser nicht klar sondern trüb keine auflagen essen täglich gleich .bilder stimmen nicht mit dem vor ort überein.

A saját medence és kert szuper volt. A bár is jó volt.

Sajnos az egész hotel erősen felújítandó, nem üti meg a 4 csillagos mércét. Zajosak a szobák a központi klíma egység pont a mi szobank felett volt., Több szobában nem működnek a klímák. A reggeli egyhangú, nem gördülékeny, hiányoznak az evőeszközök, nem szedik fel azonnal az ételmaradékokat ami leesik a földre. Lassú a személyzet, mintha nem lennének felkészülve a reggeliztetèsre. A kávégép elavult, sokszor el is romlott, rossz kávét főz. A tea választék alacsony. 10 napot töltöttünk el a hotelbe, de nagyot csalódtunk. A terasz lámpa nem működött, itt ott ütött -kopott bútorokkal berendezett.... Csak azért nem hagytuk ott az egészet úgy ahogy van, mert előre kifizettük a szállást. Beltéri medence nem működik nyáron...ezt nem tüntették fel. A fürdőszobai piperecikkeket kérni kellett, nem töltötték fel maguktól. A parkolás katasztrófa.

Olyan nem volt

Környék sivár,tengerpart csúnya, félpanzió rettenetes. Reggeli az jó, vacsora pokoli.

Personalul a fost foarte amabil, ne a schimbat camera pentru că le am arătat că sunt gândaci în respectiva cameră, curățenie s a făcut în fiecare zi.

Micul dejun nu este variat, aceleași produse timp de 7 zile, ba mai mult, uneori mai lipseau și din acelea. Camera este mică pentru un hotel cotat cu 4 stele. Am fost cazați la ultimul etaj iar sistemul de aer condiționat face un zgomot permanent, așa că am cumpărat dopuri de urechi pentru a mă putea odihni noaptea.

Locația foarte aproape de plajă. Foarte curată și foarte primitoare. Personalul de excepție

Hygiene! Lacking anything required for a 4-star hotel charging almost 230 euro a night! I don't have the nerve to explain it all, but this is NOT a 4-star hotel. Doesn't even cost 80 euros!

Super Lage, nur ein wenige Meter zum Strand. Meer kann man vom Balkon sehen. Sehr sauber. Frühstück perfekt! Das erste Hotel wo wirklich alle vom Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.

Отношението на целия персонал и обслужването бяха на отлично ниво. Почистването на стаята също беше безупречно. Специални благодарности към Елена и Катерина! Въпреки че барът не работеше, те направиха всичко възможно, за мен и съпруга ми да получим кафе, при това с усмивка и изключително добро настроение. Тяхното професионално и любезно отношение направи престоя ми по-приятен. :) Закуската е отлична. Басейнът е голям, а хотелът разполага с просторен двор с много зеленина, шезлонги, навеси и обособени места за отдих.

Личи си, че хотелът работи от години и вече има нужда от освежаване и ремонт, за да отговаря напълно на категория четири звезди. Към момента бих го оценил по-скоро като хотел с три звезди. Цената е завишена на фона на предлаганите условия и услуги.

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte über 2 Tage nicht. Das Hotel wurde letztes Jahr überschwemmt. Die Schäden sind nicht repariert. SPA ist nicht in Betrieb.

breakfast was good but little things were missing - butter, toaster, better quality orange juice. Staff didn't know beach particulars, e.g. usual cost for sunbeds in the region. Room was relatively small for the cost. We especially didn't like the restriction of temperature for the AC which turned out too low during the night and we were unable to turn it off.

see above. We had a room in a four-star hotel in Preveza which was a higher level and lower cost.

Стайте всеки ден се почистват основно,храната вкусна и разнообразна,персонала страхотен,басейна чист и подържан.

За известно време спря климатика,имаше някаква повреда по-сериозноа,персонала се притесни,но я отсраниха навреме.Е случват се и такива неща.

Good location and breakfast, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing because of the noise.

The staff were great, welcoming and helpful in many ways. The breakfast was good. We asked for beach recommendation and everybody helped. It is not as closed to the beach, but it was close enough.

The room was on the basement and it had high humidity. My wife could not sleep at all. They did add dehumidifiers to fix the humidity level. It was also a little bit smelly, I guess from humidity.

Суперский отель!!! ❤️размещение классное, в тихом месте (в отличии от других отелей, где шум и гам круглосуточно). Все было идеально чисто, быстро разместили без тягомотины, завтрак очень разнообразный на любой вкус. Персонал приятный, помогает в любых деталях.

It was clean. Room was cozzy , clean , but small.

Cosmopolitan hotel and spa has no spa. It has a gym, they said, but it was closed. I choose it for spa and gym. They do not have them. The services in the restaurant were poor. It was the first time in Grece when the restaurant was poor . Food and services.

Everything is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly

A Wonderful Stay – We Felt Right at Home! We had a fantastic time at this hotel in Paralia! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the beach – and there’s a beautiful pool on-site that's perfect for relaxing. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping service. We also really enjoyed the rich and varied breakfast, which offered plenty of delicious options. What truly made our stay special was the warm and genuine hospitality of the entire team. Everyone was incredibly kind and especially welcoming toward our two-year-old daughter, which meant a lot to us. We’d like to give a special thanks to Dino, the main manager, who speaks several languages – including ours – which made us feel completely at ease and right at home. Dino was always around, helpful, attentive, and incredibly friendly. His presence really added a personal and heartfelt touch to our stay. We highly recommend this hotel – especially for families – and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Μείναμε δύο βράδια στο ξενοδοχείο κι εντυπώσεις μας είναι εξαιρετικες! Η εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν άψογη και γρήγορη! Υπέροχο το προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν, έτοιμοι να απαντήσουν σε κάθε ερώτησή μας, καλοδιάθετοι και με χιούμορ! Πλήρες πρωινό πλήθος επιλογών, όλα φρέσκα και νόστιμα! Μας άρεσε πολύ που το βράδυ η πόρτα της ρεσεψιόν ήταν κλειδωμένη και άνοιγε ο ρεσεψιονίστ. Καλό υπόλοιπο καλοκαιριού!
