De locatie was mooi!

Kamers waren ietwat gedateerd. We moesten entree betalen voor het waterpark, ongeveer €100. Het hotel was al best prijzig, dus echt aso dat je dan nog moet betalen voor entree. Het waterpark was ook erg gedateerd… zonde geld.

Restaurants are not that great and overpriced but it’s a resort so we understand Also even though the water park is paid for separately for about 50 bucks per person with a 30 percent discount for hotel guests everything else is paid for like towels 🤷🏻 The outside pools is included though Theres an outside pool that’s separate and a water park

원하는 객실로의 무료 변경이 결국 진행되지 않았습니다. 사전 전화로 이 부분을 확인하였으나, 현장 데스크에는 전달되지 않았고 추가 확인을 요청한 직원의 대응이 너무 느렸습니다. 결국 포기하고 말았습니다. 리조트 주위로 바다를 조망하면 걷는 데크 길이 막혀 있어 아쉬워 했습니다. 사전 공지가 있었다면 좋을 뻔 하였습니다.

The location is great and the beds are comfy.

The swimming pool and walking areas were all closed for our entire stay so I'm not sure what exactly we paid for by staying here because we had to keep walking to Sokcho beach instead of enjoying our time at the hotel.

De locatie en het zicht. Onze kamer was ook heel groot, kitchenette en frigo en twee badkamers. Het gebouw was recent en in goede staat. Deze regio is nog niet veel buitenlandse toeristen gewoon, dus veel engels wordt hier nog niet gesproken maar de dame aan de concierge balie sprak gelukkig goed engels en was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij het aanvragen van een taxi naar seoul. Verder is er een koffiezaak en zelfs een 7/11 in het hotel zelf.

Waar te beginnen: op Booking staat dit als een hotel met zwembad en aquapark. Maar het zwembad is onderhavig aan een resem regeltjes waaronder het kopen van zwemschoentjes, en betalende ligbedden aan het zwembad (nog nooit meegemaakt dat hotelgasten moeten betalen voor een ligbed aan het zwembad van hun eigen hotel!?!) en ook het aquapark, dat ons motiveerde om hier te boeken, is betalend (40€ pp wat exteem duur is gezien het beperkte formaat). Bovendien was onze kamer meer dan 450€/pn, dus je zou toch verwachten dat deze zaken inbegrepen zouden zijn. En tot slot, hadden de kinderen weliswaar een eigen kamer en badkamer, maar hun bedden waren gewoon twee matrassen op de grond in een verder lege kamer. Geen nachtkasjes zelfs…

Everything cost more, felt cheated that you had to pay for any addition. We asked for an extra pillow and were told we would need to pay. Water park was very pricey and only had 3 slides. We were really disappointed, the cost pf the room was expensive to have to pay for everything addition felt wrong!

Outdated, 3 stars top, luxury condo apartments are not luxury at all, dirty, no towels.

Prachtige locatie! Naast het strand en midden in de baai. Kamers waren heel ruim en op het hotel had je alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt (zelfs een 7 eleven). Bedden waren wat hard.

The view was spectacular. The resort was spacious. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The upstairs bar was interesting, especially the ability to self serve the many tap beers that were sold by volume.

Using the Infinity Pool was complicated.

Nice outdoor pool, indoor spa. Clean. Ocean view/balcony. Restaurants in resort. Nice walkway to Ferris wheel. Mega amazing choices for breakfast buffet!

숙소 옆 걷는 길 (바다향기로 ??) 공사중이던데 완공 되면 좋겠어요.

체크인 아웃을 담당한 여직원분들이 아주 친절하심. 적당히 센스에 유머감각도 있으심. 조식에서 리필하시고, 가장 바쁘게 움직이시던 조리팀 여직원분.. 빠르게 뭐가 필요한지 확인후 사사삭 움직이시고 친절하시고... 지나가다가 눈 마주치는 손님들 일일이 최소 눈인사라도 하시고~ 일당 둘셋은 하시는듯~~~

추가했던 침구에서 생전처음보는 징그러운 벌레가 나옴.... 하얗고 투명한? 기다란 아이... 침구 교환 바로 해주셔서 좋았지만... 애들이 방에서 나온거면 어떡하냐고 난리를 쳐서 결국 거실에서 잠. ㅠ 하지만 그 후 사과도 해주시고 침구 금액은 제외해주심. 잘 대응해주심. 체크아웃때도 다시 한번 사과해주심

spacious room and friendly house keeping staff

despite of paying extra for ocean view suite, I was given the lowest floor of ocean view where I see the roof of the lobby + trees blocking the 1/3 of the view. You have to throw away trash yourself, dishes, and do the recycling yourself. it's like airbnb.. Everything is for a cost. you're forced to buy water shoes if you want to go to their infinity pool, and kids water shoes is very expensive, and the pool access is ridiculously inconvenient. staffs were not sympathetic at all either. pool bars don't open if there's not enough customers.

The location is nice, beautiful scenery around the hotel. A nice hiking trail outside the hotel along the beach, with a trail directly through the hotel, makes it nice for a morning walk. The room was clean, comfortable bedding. The outdoor swimming pools and sauna area were very good too.

The food at the buffet was good but not exceptional or that impressive given the expensive price. The water park was partially closed, yet they charge full admission fees.

My kids were offered to stay at the mats, which were very thin and not comfortable. Each facility was paid separately: a swimming pool, beds at the swimming pool, sauna. It's a self-service place - if I knew that I needed to pay for each facility separately, I wouldn't book it

Perfect apart-hotel with indoor water park. Amazong views to Yellow sea. Location is a little far from the Sokcho eye, but anyway 6 minutes by taxi. Payment with WowPass was only possible in the hotel, taxi and city shops do not accept it.

The hotel was really nice and clean. There are many things to do within the resort, so you don’t really need to go outside. It’s a 10 out of 10, and I’d love to come back with my niece and nephew soon. The only downside was that the food at the BBQ restaurant wasn’t that great. I hope they offer more variety and better-quality meats next time.

방이 넓고 일단 침대가 편안해서 숙면을 했어요. 청결도며 view 는 최고이며 모든게 만족스러웠습니다.

Amazing room with ocean view. Clean and spacious room. Lots of activities to do with children. The infinity pool and water park were superb. Tried the Korean bbq restaurant, eating outside in a tent, which was really yummy. Superb location. Friendly staff.

Had to pay to access the water theme park though with 30% discount.

Very nice Resort. Clean rooms and perfect for a family trip

가격은 좀 쌨지만, 돈 값하는 쾌적한 휴식이었습니다. 대포항도 바로 주변에 있고 시내 접근성도 좋았습니다.

A good hotel. Staff are very welcoming and helpful although if you are an English speaker make sure you have a translator on your phone, as hotel geared for Korean guests. Main restaurant needs booking and prepare to queue for breakfast.

Excellent breakfast. Nice walk to beach along side sea. Good views from bar upstairs.

Expensive to hire pool lounge so nobody used them! Long walk and lots of lockers to get to infinity pool. This. Was fairly shallow and warm. Didn’t want to pay to use sun lounge. Ended up preferring to swim at beach. Sea view a bit boring- better views look towards Sokcho Beach. We didn’t use water park as extra cost.

No bathroom amenities included and everything is an additional cost. The inside of our room and balcony were old and a little dirty.

The resort was located on top of the hill with such beautiful view. For checking in, if you booked through other websites such as Expedia, hotel.com, etc., you have to use the kiosk. You can use self check in kiosk but you wouldn't be able to have closer rooms if you booked more than one. Besides that, check in process was good. The resort had a sauna which was really nice. The first floor near the check in counter had kids' play area with affordable price and underground had arcade and a coffee shop. The room was clean and the bathroom was really nice with great water pressure. We really enjoyed our room, since we had the ocean view. The brunch buffet had lots of options. If you have family with kids, I would definitely recommend this resort.

Amazing amazing amazing. We came here after a horrible night at the Kensington in Seoraksan. It felt like heaven. Be warned, even tho the hotel details don’t say “additional fee” for the outdoor pool (infinity) there IS an additional fee. They will make you pay if its not part of the package. The warepark is pretty small but we didn’t use it. There was zero info on using the pool so im gonna put my experience here for others used to western hotels. You enter at the warerpark entrance and tell them your room number. They give you a wrist band. Next stop at the shoe lockers, wrist band tap unlocks. This is a good thing. I hate walking barefoot where others have shoes on. Next walk thru the locker rooms - I didn’t look to see if our wrist bands opened those too, but im guessing it might have. If you haven’t been in a korean pool or sauna before be warned - everyone being naked is normal. They don’t care about you either. There is a stairs up to the outdoor pool opposite the waterpark entry after the locker rooms. Go up. If you want sunbed you are supposed to rent them. We nor others seemed bothered I left my bag on one. Heres where you need a warning. There are no towels by the pool like there are in US hotels. It was freezing the day we went, which while water was warm it was horrible when we got out. Either take your own towel to the pool side or take the robe from the room. Tiny towels are available in locker room.

The room we were given had wore carpet,dusty and had holes in the carpet.we complain and we’re given another room which was a bit better,you do have to pay to use the swimming pool which I don’t understand and was $40 per day per person the only reason we booked was because of the shuttle bus but there is nothing around there look for something in Unseo-dong you can just get on the train and it’s goes to T1 and T 2

Location, rooms very modern and comfortable

Definitely not for foreign tourists. Great infrastructure , but you need to pay for everything, even to sit on a lousy sun bed by the pool for 2 hours or to use a pool towel! Outdoor swimming pool is beautiful but only opens at 10am, so what do you do with a child that wakes up early until that time?? Breakfast is also extra, and the other option available is a coffee shop that only opens at 10am! The safe guards by the pool are so strict that we weren’t even allowed to sit by the jacuzzi! Just a terrible experience in general for those used to travel around other resorts in Asia and having a much better treatment.

The sea view was amazing !

It was way too expensive for the quality given. A mistake in the room was made and they didn't do anything about it, saying that it wasn't their fault. I don't recommend except for the sea view !

The room was spacious and clean with a great sea view! The bed was comfortable -- loved the duvet as it was light and kept me warm. The whole resort was clean and modern, and the facilities were all great. The sea walkway is a great way to get your steps in, and Daepo Harbour was an easy walk aaay for a lot more restaurant options. Would definitely stay here again!

Wished the curtains blocked the light better, but that doesn't diminish the overall stay.

The property is fantastic and in a great area the only thing I could fault is that you have to pay for bath towels which I don’t understand

Only stayed for one day but overall extremely satisfied with hotel. Staff's very friendly and clean.

아주 좋아요 다면 식당이 좀더 다양하게 있으면 좋겠어요 특히 조식을 8시에 가니 단체손님이 와서 먹을수가 없더라고요 아쉬웠어요
