No Hand towel in the bathroom. 6. Room was having cockroaches, as per property manager this time of cockroach they can't stop it. 7.after 10pm gate will be locked. 8. Property manager said that she has dengue.. how come was working at the property, why she is spreading this around. 9 There is no information how to contact property owner. 10. As per the property manager there is no rule to clean the room daily, because she is suffering from Dengue. 11. Requested 2 cup of tea, there is no milk, you can have only black.

De airco werkte niet personeel was slecht bereikbaar

El sitio está bien, por el precio que tiene que te incluya desayuno, toallas, y agua caliente no se puede pedir más.

A primera vista nos pareció limpio, pero luego nos dimos cuenta de que las ventanas estaban llenas de larvas. Después de ver eso, decidimos cambiarnos de lugar.

What wasn't great was the power outage there was a freaking 4-5 hours of power outage and i had to change hotel too so it was too hectic and had a pretty shit stay ... Maybe circumstances or I don't know but yeah it wasn't great at all.

I loved this place, and stayed a week longer than I had intended. My room was secure and comfy, the large covered balcony on each floor was excellent for watching the monsoon storms, and the hotel is close to many amenities, including the excellent Korean restaurant just across the road. The manager, Radhika is a total sweetheart, and I miss her already 😁😁 The price is also the best value for money in Nepal. Highly recommended.

I really liked the property and the overall atmosphere at Hotel Nana Pokhara. The place was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. A special thanks to Radhika Ma’am, who is very warm by nature and manages multiple responsibilities so smoothly. She always made sure guests were comfortable and her friendly hospitality truly stood out. I also want to specially mention her thoughtful gesture during heavy rain. While I was outside the hotel, my clothes were left out and could have gotten completely wet. Radhika Ma’am personally took care of drying and saving them for me. It was a very kind and caring gesture that I truly appreciated.

We had a pleasant stay and they owner is really kind. She helped us with booking the bus to Kathmandu and served the breakfast with lots of dedication.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Radhika (the manager) is very pleasant and keeps the place clean and tidy. The included breakfast (8-10am) consisted of omelette, toast, butter, jam and tea or coffee...just enough to start the day, and very much appreciated. The bathroom water is solar heated, so temperature is very much dependant on sunshine (in late April the water was tepid to warm). Each level has a covered balcony, table and chairs...great for enjoying a drink while watching an evening lighting storm! It's a 15min walk from Lakeside, so the surrounding area is less touristy, with a more local vibe and slightly cheaper food.

For me, there was nothing to dislike. However, the following info is for the benefit of any potential customer who is noise sensitive. Many reviews say it is quiet, and it generally is. However, there is occasionally a bit of noise from traffic and pedestrians until around 10pm, and; the neighbour on the south side often has a clearly audible radio on from around 5am. Most rooms would not be effected by this, but my room (204) on the SE corner was effected...fortunately I don't mind waking up early!

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is just close to the lakeside and to the bus station. Shout out to RADHIKA, the wonderwoman. She manages everything in her hotel and keeps it running by herself. About the room, it has enough space, a private bathroom with a hot shower, and a comfortable bed. The free breakfast is basic but she prepared it with a heart. I also did my laundry here. Radhika is helpful and a hospitable host. Very kind and approachable. I saw a glimpse of the ice caps from the rooftop too.

Very friendly and helpful woman at the reception. She lend me an umbrella and gave me useful info. The room on the 2nd floor was great! Comfortable, clean, quiet. Also a quiet area, but close to lakeside.

The stay at Hotel Nana Pokhara was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and everything smelled fresh, which made the environment pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good. The didi (staff) was very helpful and kind. She always supported us whenever we needed anything and behaved very politely. Her friendly attitude made our stay even better.

Amazing host, super friendly and always open to help! Breakfast was absolutely tasty. Rooms were big and comfortable. Location just outside the touristic area, meaning it's less crowded.

The owner was on holiday i India and would not give me a call. The woman in the reception did not speak English, just a little bit. She hang up the phone when I told her that was not okay, telling us that they didn't have rooms with such a short notes. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... Those the family hotel Vibe on the other side of the street. There you will be treated very well and with kindness, for the same price and there is a very nice garden as well

Very noisy area.Nobody speaks english.Very basic breakfast.Difficult to find a receptionist.Between the guests there is a drunk screaming all night long and trhowing bottles without anyone from the staff who push him to leave.Quite risky.Don't go in these days.

I’m Stay in a private room, was good for the price, and the personal, especially the lady in the reception was so kind and awesome.

Maybe if you stay more than 1 day, they can clean the toilet or at least the trash, but everything was good.

We liked the rooftop view, also location was very nice. THe breakfast was standard and similar to most of the other ones, which we had around Pokhara.

We booked different rooms, then we received, there was no compensation. But we were asked to pay the price for our booked rooms (which were more expensive).

En arrivant l’hôte nous a dit qu’elle n’avait plus de chambre disponible malgré notre réservation Booking confirmée. Elle nous a redirigé vers un hôtel inexistant ni sur Booking ni sur Google Maps dont les chambres et l’ambiance générale étaient lugubres….

Good location, clean rooms

The owner didn't inform us that the whole hotel had a large school group in which they were putting a party on for. The massive speaker was literally outside our door, kids were running around screaming.and singing, which by 10pm when we were trying to get our kids to sleep got a bit too much. We asked politely for them to move the party from outside of our room, so they moved the speaker about 5m and the kids got louder screaming and singing. We eventually decided to go as our kids were getting really upset. The owner didn't charge us, but he wasn't very apologetic about the situation he put us in either.

I booked for 2 nights & stayed 3 weeks because I felt so good. The beds are really comfortable, its clean & the price is more than fair for what you get. Guesthouse Mama Radica is great. She prepares breakfast every morning & creates a home like atmosphere. She puts a lot of Love to the place & her plants are making the Hotel so much more lovely. I would always come back.

The stay was too good for the price. Breakfast was very nice too. Radhika didi who manages the stay is very sweet. View from the rooms are nice as well. We wanted to stay for two nights and ended up staying for ten days. Lovely stay. Fully recommended.

It would be great to get hot water in the morning. Although it is not entirely cold. Not a big deal breaker though. Nothing much to complain.
