Tesis şehir merkezine yürüyüş mesafesi olsa da çok da yakın değil, ana bir caddeden yürümek gerekiyor ve bir kısmı oldukça yokuş bir parkur. Bu yüzden ertesi gün araba kiralamak zorunda kaldık. Zaten plaj ve çevre gezileri için araba kiralamak şart...

Boendet var mycket fräscht och allting var tipp-topp både inne och utanför. Boende låg perfekt med en kort promenad till torget eller till havet. Skönt att vi kunde parkera precis utanför boendet. Skön AC som snabbt kylde ner lägenheten när vi kom tillbaka från stranden.

Köket var fräscht men men skulle kunna varit lite bättre utrustat. Annars inget dåligt.

Peskesi room number 5 became a home for us in Ikaria. Maria thought all the small details, left for us coffee, yogurt, small breakfast in the fridge. There is a coffee machine, toaster, pan, cuttlery etc. You can make small meals at home easily. The small private garden is so nice. You can reach to the beach by 5 mins walking easily. Parking is easy and has many spots around the proportey. The shower is renovated. A/c working. Overall a great stay in Ikaria thanks to Peskesi.

I read ant problems. We had them in the bathroom too, only in 1 corner. That wasnt a problem for us. They hanged there no harm.

Peskesi was the ideal location for our large family! We each booked separate apartments but we were able to be all together. The outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained and we used them regularly to gather. The separate bedrooms in some of the properties made them perfect spaces for an entire family and the pull out couches were comfortable. Maria and her family were so warm and accommodating.

The layout of our room was very nice. Open concept of living room & bedroom. Comfortable beds; big bathroom, plenty of closet space; nice vanity in bedroom to sit down at.. Pleasantly surprised at refrigerator stocked with some food & drink. The unit was clean & daily service kept it that way. The staff was very friendly & accommodating of our schedule in leaving the room. The terrace outside was wonderful to sit on in the evening. Pretty ! Overall, a very nice accommodation.

Everything was very nice. Only mishap was finding some ants around some dropped crumbs. Don’t leave any food out or on floor.

Maria was a fab host and provided breakfast stuff which was an added bonus as well as letting us have a late checkout which was very helpful. The apartment was well stocked and only a 10 minute walk to the center.

Booked Peskesi last minute due to previous disaster...the studio was gorgeous ...very spacious, looks v new and a lovely breakfast that we weren't expecting. Walk to centre was a 10 min walk max. Quiet area. Would definitely recommend

Comfortable clean apartment with heaps of room, all facilities and only a short walk into town.The hostess was very friendly and cooperative and was quite happy to give us a late checkout.

Host gentilissimi, appartamento ampio dotato di tutti i servizi, giardino antistante molto curato, posizione buona a due passi dal mare e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Colazione abbondante servita in camera intorno alle 9-9.30. Che dire, è stata un'esperienza notevole, complimenti ai proprietari per l'attenzione e la cura mostrata nel gestire la struttura.

It was generally clean and presented as advertised

My maisonette (no.2) smelled strongly of mould, especially downstairs. I located the origin of the smell - clearly visible all over the wall of the cupboard under the kitchen sink - see photographs. I left after one night - very unpleasant & seriously unhealthy to breathe mouldy air for the 7 nights I have paid for. The owner has not yet accepted the complaint, nor agreed to a refund. I hope she will, having seen my photo evidence. The terrace was uninviting, due to the dead, unwatered plants and the discharge from the aircon units flowing onto the paving in an ugly dirty mess.

I wasn't aware this apartment was over 2 floors more like a house..lounge kitchen wc downstairs and bathroom and bedroom with balcony upstairs which was a very pleasant surprise. Very spacious and clean. We had a hire car so there was parking. Otherwise it was approx 10 min walk downhill .We were shocked at the end of Aug to find no restaurants open for eve meals only cafe bars for drinks. It was extremely quiet so we went to Therma for an eve meal as choices of restaurants. We had cats and a kitten on our patio daily which was lovely.

Nothing about the apartment. The area of Agios Kirykos was too quiet for us. Maybe it's busier in height of summer season.

Groot, ruim appartement, met ruime buitenruimte. Wij zaten begane grond met een ruim terras. De bedden waren zeer comfortabel.

Douchen in het ligbad. Het bad had een hoge rand, wat in en uitstappen lastig maakte. Er waren geen stangen om je aan vast te houden. Het was een accommodatie met ontbijt, maar daardoor moest je aangeven hoe laat. Er was wel variatie, maar persoonlijk kies ik liever zelf. De hygiëne was matig. In de omschrijving stond dagelijkse schoonmaak, maar dit werd wel eens vergeten. Ik zou liever hebben dat er beter werd schoongemaakt dan een ontbijt. Verder ligt de accommodatie mooi, maar wel op een heuvel, zodat je altijd wat moet klimmen, en ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar de haven.

Maria and her son Dimitri were wonderful hosts. The location of the property is very convenient, not far from the port and the center of the town. I also liked the privacy of the apartment, the patio, should you decide to spend time outside, the convenience of well equipped kitchenette.

The misinformation on the site of Booking, that said the check-in starts from 7 am. That was quite misleading and put both of us, the host and myself in very awkward situation. This one is for the host - a bottle opener would come very handy and would help the use of the wine glasses already provided. Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and paper towels would complete the necessary things in the kitchenette.

La posizione dell'alloggio (9 minuti a piedi dal centro di Agios Kirykos), le dotazioni dell'alloggio (arredamento funzionale e moderno, zanzariere, aria condizionata con split di recente generazione, terrazza e stendibiancheria, letti e divano letto molto comodi, cucina fornita di tutto il necessario, bagno funzionale e con tutti gli essenziali, parcheggio privato), la professionalità e la gentilezza dello staff (Grazie Maria e Dimitris!), la colazione servita ogni mattina all'alloggio è stata la ciliegina sulla torta! Siamo state benissimo, torneremo sicuramente, consigliatissima questa struttura!

È stato tutto perfetto. Un piccolo consiglio allo staff è quello di registrare i loro numeri di cellulare su Whatsapp, per agevolare le chiamate e le comunicazioni con ospiti internazionali.

Mi è piaciuta molto l’accoglienza: i proprietari sono stati davvero cordiali e disponibili. Alloggio confortevole e piacevole soggiorno

Se proprio devo dare un consiglio (non una critica), essendo stati 12 notti, avrei gradito qualche pulizia della stanza in più e magari la raccolta quotidiana dei rifiuti, visto che non è possibile smaltire direttamente la spazzatura. Detto questo, ci siamo trovati davvero bene e lo consiglio.

The apartment was really dirty and ants were everywhere. The apartment has nothing identical to the photos. Very pity that here is not even the essential as cleanliness is given!

Excellent choice for families, very well located, good breakfast, friendly stuff that was happy to accommodate when needed.

Love this property. The location is close to the beach and square. The Management is super helpful. Would highly recommend.

Decent value for money

The personnel was very nice and serviceminded. The room was well equipped with a full kitchen, AC et c. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and well functioning i all ways (water, drainage, light). The area was quiet. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Wonderful property, no complaints.

Breakfast, which was lovely was delivered to our room. Walk to town was about 15 minutes, however, the uphill return to the unit was tiring (particularly if one is unfit!! ). Very spacious unit and well equipped for short or long stays. Street car parking right outside units. Outdoor seating area is semi-private. Loved that they were able to take care of our laundry needs at a reasonable cost. Close to Therma the hot springs town where we had a great lunch of fresh fish and greens at the Avra Taverna. Enjoyed live music entertainment by Accubra Cocos in Ag Kirikos at one of the bars. Overall an enjoyable 3 night stay.

Our rubbish bins weren’t emptied daily. Especially the one in the bathroom should have been done daily. Every other accommodation we have stayed in Greece was done daily.

Very modern appartment, they brought us breakfast every morning and gave us and umbrella for the beach.

There is only a smell of mold in the house due to the humidity.

Property condition it was not bad. The neighborhood around wasn’t proper.

Incredible accommodations! The views are amazing it was incredible clean and very easy to find. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend staying here!

Location is very good, only a short walk from the ferry terminal and center of Ag. Kyrikos. Nearest beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. Very convenient and immaculately clean apartment, well furnished. Well equipped for cooking. AC works perfectly. Nice balcony. The lady who runs the property is very nice and helpful. A really good choice if you stay in beautiful Ikaria.

We stayed 2 full weeks. The sheets and towels were changed every 4 days, I would suggest cleaning the floors too.

The staff was wonderful! We needed a late check out due to our flight schedule and they were able to move us to a whole new room for that day to accommodate us. Great shower too!! Walking distance into town.

Location, Room and people were great

Maria, the manager, and her son, Dimitris are lovely people who do their very best to meet clients' requests. They are the best aspect of Peskesi. The property is easy to find and kept very clean.

The accommodation isn't luxury as indicated by some reviews, and the kitchen is not very well equipped if you want to cook.

Overall great stay. The breakfast provided was always tasty and the location is an easy walk from the city center. I really appreciated the hostess’ flexibility with our check-in and check-out. She helped make the trip memorable for my family and me

Clean, spacious apartment reflecting the pictures. Will note for anyone traveling especially alone, that it’s not easy to find, quite far from the port and great beaches like Therma, and very uphill to access (eg if you’re bringing luggage from the port). There are numerous other hotels right in the vicinity so imagine you’ll have a similar experience with any of them, but this was a bit stressful upon arrival, especially given receptions hours of operation. No view despite being way up on the hill, and breakfast was very basic (I had to buy coffee and additional food to supplement each day, as eggs and supermarket toast were staples vs local, authentic food as is usually the case). AC worked well and special requests (eg additional pillows) were helpfully accommodated!

This hotel is super cute. The room was very roomy and clean and comfortable. It was basically a studio apartment. Dont worry when it says front desk closes at 3pm. They have phone number and they always answer. We arrived around 5p or 6p and the owner, Chris Peskesi, was there waiting for us. He was super awesome. It is a short walk to the town square with amazing views and restaurants. I am really happy I found this place. The people here are awesome. Most speak english. Hotel was great, it did include a "continental" breakfast which they delivered to our room. Just super happy I found this hotel and this town Agios Kirikos is amazing. The whole island is amazing. They are very laid back here. Peskesi hotel was perfect. I would definitely come back to Icarria and saty at Peskesi Hotel.

Close to the town & port.

Walking back from town was difficult due to steep hill.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Ikaria. Plenty of local restaurants and a water taxi to Therma beach. We enjoyed the breakfast that was delivered every morning.

Localização boa ( perto do porto) staff friendly. Fiquei num apartamento tipo duplex. Nao existe servico de arrumação e limpeza diárias. Trazem o cafe da manhã ( correto) numa bandeija e nem a bandeija retiram no mesmo dia. Só no dia seguinte. Meu quarto era duplo, mas estava sozinho. Roupa de cama so em 1 cama. Nunca vi isso. Adorei Ikaria!

The location of the property was great. Few minutes walk down the road was the town. Very clean and fairly a new building with all facilities. Breakfast was very good. It’s a cool place to stay!

The pictures on line must be old because the room we stayed in was freshly remodeled and was clean, well laid out, modern with plenty of room for 4 people. The staff is warm and professional. The breakfast is excellent.

The rooms are very modern and it is one of the newest hotels in Agios Kirykos in one of the best locations.

If you are looking for nicely-appointed accommodations, I highly recommend Peskesi. This property is absolutely beautiful. We had a rental car and this property had ample parking space for our vehicle. Furthermore, this property is located withing walking distance to the port and shops located in Agios Kyrkios. We stayed for five nights from Monday, June 28 until Saturday, July 3. We rented the studio ground-level apartment, which was nicely appointed. We really enjoyed feeling like locals of Agios Kyrkios. Breakfast was brought to our apartment each day. Panayiota (I believe she is the property manager) warmly received us on late notice because our travel plans staying on the other side of the island changed and we decided to make a "last-minute" booking for accommodations in Agios Kyrkios. Each day Tzanet "Janet" (room service/maid) did a fabulous job cleaning the apartment and providing supplies and towels for using at the beach. Niko (maintenance man) greated us warmly with a smile each time we saw him at the property or in the community. I can't say enough great things about Peskesi. We came to Ikaria to experience the famous Panigiri season. We forgot to prebook a car or scooter but our hostess Giwta didn’t rest till she found us scooter so we can get around and enjoy our stay. She went above and beyond-gave up her boyfriends booking- to make sure we had wheels. She even drove to the only ripe Ikarian fig tree to get figs for us when I mentioned we couldn’t find any to buy. Unforgettable and amazing service we will be back and highly recommend Peskesi as a property, clean well decorated and well located to town and beach!

We have visited Ikaria for six days and we have stayed at Peskesi. Clean, beautiful, relaxing and very warm in terms of environment and owners. Giota and team make whatever possible for a comfortable stay! A unique hospitality in a great island! What a nice holiday!!!

The property is in a nice location with a 6 to 7 minute walk from the town square with rooms that were very clean and a very friendly staff. The main staff member Panayota was very friendly and gave excellent advice.

Hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean! We stayed in 5 * hotels which were not half clean or nice comparing them to this one! Breakfast was great! Fresh produces brought to our room every morning in a basket. Great location and outstanding service!!!!!!!!! Really really really recommend!

We had a fabulous stay at Peskesi Apartments. The apartment was spotless, had a full kitchen, everything about it was perfect! Yiota the manager was fabulous on every possible way! We would have loved to have stayed longer. The breakfasts were delivered to our room each morning and were wonderful! Assorted fresh fruit, yogurt, a variety of breads, coffee, tea, milk and hot ham and cheese etc. Lovely! I highly recommend this property!
