Everything the hotel is very nice

I like everything about this hotel

The only positive aspect was the location. Apart from that, the property did not meet expectations, and the overall experience was disappointing.

The hotel was significantly overpriced compared to other properties in the same category. Communication was difficult because the front desk staff had very limited English proficiency, making it challenging to explain requests or resolve issues. There appeared to be only two staff members available, both stationed at the front desk. While they were polite, they lacked the experience and capability to effectively handle guest concerns or provide the level of service expected from a hotel at this price point. The biggest issue was the room temperature. The air conditioning was not cooling properly, and the room remained uncomfortably hot throughout the stay. This made it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. I had booked and prepaid a non-refundable three-night stay. However, the overall experience was so disappointing that I could not bring myself to stay beyond the first night, despite having already paid for all three nights. The breakfast was another major disappointment. The selection, quality, and presentation were far below expectations. In fact, skipping the breakfast turned out to be the best decision I made during my stay. Overall, the property did not provide the level of comfort, service, or value that would justify its rates. The combination of poor air conditioning, communication difficulties, inexperienced staff, disappointing breakfast, and the general lack of a welcoming atmosphere made the stay far below expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

I liked the size of the room and cleaning lady thats about it

First of all there was no smart TV in the room only Thai channels. What people supposed to watch when wast majority dont speak thai. Second when i wanted to bring more then one guest they charged me 500 baht per person Third i had to check out 1 day sooner they wanted to charge me 700 baht for early check out??? 🤯 i refused to pay so they charged me 450 baht for water.

Отель с потенциалом, красивый, много дерева, большой номер. Но детали подкачали.

Чистоту номера можно значительно улучшить: сливное отверстие раковины было грязным, место крепления крышки и унитаза было грязным, штора с пятном тонального крема. И обновить полотенца и халаты (один был порван).

Dit hotel deed helemaal niet aan mij verwachtingen. Zag erop de foto mooi uit maar was al verwaarloosd. Totaal geen sfeer. Personeel die geen Engels sprak en ongeïnteresseerd achter de balie zat.

Het ontbijt was dramatisch nog nooit zoiets afschuwelijks mee gemaakt. Dingen stuk bv. wasbak afsluiting. Stoel met vlekken. Was er eerder om in te checken moest ik 700 Bath betalen natuurlijk niet gedaan oké regels zijn regels maar de kamers waren klaar, dus zeer klantonvriendelijk.

Alles modern bequeme Betten Gutes Frühstück Schön ruhig gewesen Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder Schade das ich morgen schon das Hotel verlassen muss 😄

Locatie, personeel, kamers, hygiëne en ligging super! Maar het ONTBIJT laat echt te wensen over: te weinig keuze in brood, beleg, fruit, geen youchurt ,warme maaltijd soms koud, echt triestig. Boek niet meer indien dit niet verandert!!!!!!

静かな立地で新しいホテルだったので、特に水回りが綺麗だった。

2nd time staying here when visiting Pattaya its far enough from walking street so that you can rest and the rooms are big and spacious. The only thing is the hard beds lol but everything from staff to breakfast in the morning helpful and they make sure to help.

Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was very minimal. My advice would be, skip the breakfast, walk out across the road and you will see more breakfast options like cafes, Starbucks, Macdonalds. Hotel location was very convenient. Closer to Walking street and Pattaya beach.

Breakfast could have been better, maybe more variety..No aircon along the corridors n reception area. Felt stuffy though.

Rude staff and no to nil options for breakfast. The towels were worn out and if you ask to change that, wants 50baht for that, no extra toilet rolls in toilet, you have to go at reception and ask for that.

Safe was locked and staff unsure when they could get opened. Lights above the bed would not switch off, staff member did not care. Requested a double bed but got two singles pushed together you could feel the join and the space between Did not stay the full time only stayed one night ended up booking another hotel which was an unexpected expense. It was a lavish accommodation for a beautiful location. There was not one thing that I didn't like. Maybe they could have given me a few more coffee saches or something 🤔. But then there was that sumptuous breakfast.

The room was quite impressive, but I had booked a single bed, and the hotel combined two beds to make one. I didn’t expect the single bed I booked to be like this. Another regret was the breakfast. In my opinion, it wasn’t sufficient for the number of guests. I arrived at 8:30 AM (breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:30), but many food items had run out, such as fried eggs, fried rice, fruits, and coffee. Guests had to inform the staff to replenish the food themselves. Finally, the cleanliness and hygiene were disappointing, which I’ve never encountered in any hotel before. For instance, the fork I used wasn’t clean, and the food counter area was dirty. No staff came to clean it from the time I started eating until I finished. I mentioned this to the staff when checking out, but they seemed unfriendly. Based on my experience, I would avoid using the service next time. ———————————————————- ฉันเข้าพักในวันที่ 1-2 กพ 68 ตัวห้องพักค่อนข้างน่าประทับใจ แต่ฉันจองมาเป็นเตียงเดี่ยว ซึ่งทางโรงแรมนำ 2 เตียงมาต่อกันเป็น 1 เตียง (ฉันไม่คิดว่าเตียงเดี่ยวที่จองมาจะเป็นอย่างนี้) นอกจากนี้ที่น่าเสียใจคือเรื่องของอาหารเช้า สำหรับฉันอาหารเช้าที่นี่ไม่เพียงพอต่อคนที่ไปพัก ซึ่งฉันได้ลงมาเมื่อเวลา 08.30 น. (อาหารเช้าที่นี่ช่วง 06.30-10.30) แต่กลับพบว่าอาหารหลากหลายอย่างของโรงแรมหมด เช่น ไข่ดาว, ข้าวผัด, ผลไม้, กาแฟ เป็นต้น ซึ่งต้องให้ทางลูกค้าเป็นคนแจ้งกับพนักงานให้มาเติมอาหารเอง สุดท้ายนี้เป็นเรื่องของความสะอาดและสุขอนามัยของผู้บริโภคซึ่งฉันไม่เคยพบกับโรงแรมไหนที่จะน้อยเช่นนี้ ยกตัวอย่างเช่น ซ้อมที่ใช้รับประทานไม่สะอาด, บริเวณเค้าเตอร์ตักอาหารสกปรก (ตั้งแต่ฉันเริ่มทานจนกระทั่งทานเสร็จยังไม่มีพนักงานมาทำความสะอาดแต่อย่างใด) ทั้งนี้ฉันได้มีการแจ้งพนักงานตอนเช็คเอ้าท์ออกแต่กลับพบสีหน้าที่ดูไม่เป็นมิตรแต่อย่างใด ดังนั้นหากเป็นฉัน คงหลีกเลี่ยงที่จะมาใช้บริการในครั้งถัดไป

シンプルなホテルでした。 可もなく不可もなく！ 年末に泊まりましたが早くに予約してので安かったです。

Rude reception, warning signs and threats for punishments hanging on any free spot on the walls, an undless list for punsihment for your potential "crimes" a year long, all from damaged laundry bag to broken TV's.. Breakfast as a joke from Monthy Pyton They don't deserve calling themself a "hotel", though spacy rooms and allright location.

施設は新しく清潔ですが、スタッフが少な過ぎてホスピタリティが全く感じられません。ホテルスタッフとすれ違っても知らんふり。朝食会場でも挨拶等はありませ。そもそも朝食会場自体が閑散としています。驚きました。 また、Expediaではバスアメニティ有りとなっていましたが、部屋になかったのてフロントにお願いしたらポカンとしてました。口コミでもフロントの対応が悪いと書かれていましたが、やっぱりなという感じです。 各部屋にパスタブがあり、新しく綺麗なホテルなのに残念です。これではお客さんが離れて行きます。今後の改善に期待します。

The lounge area was very hot and unpleasant. The breakfast was not good at all and offered little variety.

The only problem is the AC. They don't want to issue key cards for the purpose of keeping th AC running. There is also a miscommunication amongst staff on check out time sometimes.

I like the location and it is always quiet. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
