Overall rating: 7.5/10 We stayed at LisbonSweethome S1 for 5 nights. Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay, but there are a few things future guests should know. Finding the key when we first arrived was a little challenging — almost like a small quest! But once you understand the instructions and know where to look, it’s fine. We stayed on the first floor, and the stairs are quite steep. If you have large or heavy luggage, it can be difficult carrying everything upstairs, especially for older guests or anyone with limited strength or mobility. One of our main issues was the location of the air conditioner. The AC is in the living room near the TV, while the bed is farther away beside the kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom area wasn't getting as cool as we wanted, so we actually removed the mattress from the bed frame and moved it into the living room in front of the AC. It worked much better for us that way. The bathroom was clean and okay, but the shower is very narrow. For a bigger person, it could be quite uncomfortable and difficult to move around inside. The kitchen was useful and everything we needed was working, including the refrigerator and microwave. We were also able to do our laundry, which was very convenient during a longer stay. The location is good, with plenty of restaurants and places nearby. You can hear some noise from downstairs, but if you close the windows and doors properly, it wasn't a major problem for us and we were still able to sleep comfortably. Overall, 7.5/10. It's a decent apartment in a convenient Lisbon location. With a few improvements — especially the AC placement, shower space, and easier access with luggage — it could be even better.

Muy cómodo muy buena ubicación, el piso estaba completo hasta jabón para lavar ropa, y además de cortesía un vino y queso!! Recomiendo.

Locatie is zeer centraal, goede uitvalsbasis. Klein appartement, maar al het noodzakelijke was aanwezig. Het kinderbedje dat we hadden gevraagd was aanwezig. Aangezien we 's avonds het raam dicht moesten doen voor het lawaai, waren we blij met de aanwezige airco.

Locatie was op zich goed, maar wel in een drukke straat waar er werken waren overdag en waar het 's avonds nogal een uitgangsbuurt bleek. Gelukkig is de slaapkamer niet langs de straatkant, maar 's avonds moesten we wel het raam in de living dichtdoen voor het lawaai.

Beautiful cozy apartment in the very center. Wonderful communication with the host, nice and supportive gentleman. Location is great with multiple options around for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Supermarket just downstairs. And even tailor 10 metres up the street. The apartment had everything I needed, including iron with ironing board, scissors, washing powder. Love beautiful details of the interior. Apartment was clean and neat. Truly enjoyed my stay there.

Everything was fine. I would love to stay there my next time on Lisboa.

The apartment was clean, nicely laid out, and well decorated. We liked the service when we checked in online - very responsive to questions. Easy key checkin and good instructions. The location was central and a flat walk to the historic centre was possible. There were good cafes, bars and restaurants close by.

The street itself looked a bit imposing as a lot of the buildings are still being renovated. We found the area to be safe and the businesses around to be very welcoming. The construction work behind the building was audible during working hours but we were not in the apartment much at those times so was not an issue for us.

La calle donde está ubicado está en obras, un día teníamos hasta vallas delante de la puerta. En otra ocasión nos quedamos sin luz durante varias horas.

Отличное расположение , чисто , комфортно, . Отдельное спасибо за вино и закуски. Так же порадовали утюг и зонт для пляжа. На кухне есть все необходимое .

Sehr gut gelegen in einer Nebenstraße ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg von den quirligen Straßen im Zentrum Lissabons entfernt. Durch die Lage etwas ruhiger, mit 2 schönen Dachterrassen. Klimatisierung ist super! Auch für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt hervorragend geeignet. 5.OG per Treppe sollte gegangen werden können, wobei ich die Treppe als sehr angenehm empfand. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Vielen Dank.

The Apt I thought I rented was not what I what I received. The photos and reviews indicated river view. I was put in low dark apt. with a view of a dirty staircase. The tagline "apt with mezzanine" was also inaccurate as there was no mezzanine. The host was not helpful when I brought up these problems. They told me to bring up my concerns with booking.com. The apartment rental was presented using misleading photos and taglines. There was no "Mezzanine" no "Cityview" and no river view. The view was dead plants and a dirty staircase. I was told the Mezzanine was next to the bed. I have included photos to show the inaccuracies.

It's a charming little apartment. Great location. All essential accommodations inside for a longer stay. Host allowed me to change my guest from 1 to 2 for a segment of the trip.

Booking.com support was a joke. Not the property host fault though.

Muy bien ubicado. Con aire acondicionado, limpio y muy bonito. Tiene todo lo necesario. Queda en un barrio con muchos restaurantes y cafeterías. Cerca hay un myauchan, que simplifica muchas compras .

Hay q subir escaleras a una 4ta planta. Ojo personas con movilidad reducida.

Très joli appartement, calme, fonctionnel, il ne manquait rien pour cuisiner. Très bien situé, autour il y a de beaucoup de restaurant , arrêt de bus proche, de même que le trajet à pied jusqu'au centre ville prend 20mn. Le propriétaire très sympathique, répond rapidement aux messages et aux demandes . Je le recommande fortement

Me encantó lo amable y lo detallado que fue con la información el anfitrión. Nos proporcionó información clara y veraz sobre el la localización para llegar al apartamento, los restaurantes y lugares más hermosos de Lisboa, y además nos recibió con vino, queso y galletas. Además nos facilitó transporte del aeropuerto al apartamento. Y la casa estaba limpia y bien organizada. Así mismo, fue considerado el anfitrión, pues llegamos antes de la hora permitida, pero aún asi nos dejó hacer el ingreso antes. Linda experiencia en Lisboa.

Depronto el tema del ascensor, teniendo en cuenta que iba con mis padres que son adultos mayores, pero no fue un gran problema.

Ailece konakladık, kaldığımız daire temizdi, çarşafları banyosu gayet güzeldi. İçinda antika ama kullanışlı malzemeler vardı. Kahve makinasından, plaj şemsiyesine, çamaşır makinesine kadar hepsi vardı. Ayrıca şarap ikram etmiş olmaları güzel bir detaydı. Sadece asansörü olmaması bizizorladı çünkü küçük bebeğimiz vardı ve bebek arasını çıkarmak zor oluyordu. Fakat çok merkezi yerde time out markete dahil 10 dk da gidebilirisniz.

Asansörü olmaması tek olumsuz yönüydü. onun duşında herşey güzeldi.

The location was great.

The shower door wouldn’t close, had a 2 cm gap every time for water to go on the floor. They only gave you one towel for 6 nights. There was a constant drip sound 24/7 for the whole stay. There was mold on shower and curtains in bedroom.

La ubicación, el dpto muy seguro, y muy amplio. Faltaría un poco mas de luz de noche en el comedor, sus focos son tenues. Gracias 🙂 por todos los presentes que dejaron a nuestra llegada. Contestan a la brevedad cada vez que tenes una duda.

Por poner, cambiaría el box de la ducha, es muy chiquito y cuando sos medio grande se complica.

Asunto oli aivan loistava! Se sijaitsi tunnelmallisella pikku kadulla lähellä vanhaakaupunkia (Alfama) ja rantaa. Asunto oli siisti ja kodikas. Vuode oli mukava ja asunnossa oli kompaktisti kaikki mitä tarvitsimme hyvää Wi-Fi-yhteyttä myöden. Sisäänkirjautuminen ja asuntoon sisäänpääsy oli helppoa ja vaivatonta. Tulimme myöhään illalla ja oli mukavaa päästä muitta mutkitta asuntoon ja löytää pöydältä pullo viiniä , juusto jakelseja pieniä keksejä. Parasta kuitenkin oli palvelu. Viestintä oli sujuvaa ja Martinhon ystävällisyys ja avuliaisuus oli vailla vertaa. Kaiken kaikkiaan SantoSweetHome oli niin postiivinen kokemus että käännymme jatkossa heidän puoleensa aina kun käymme Lissabonissa. Etenkin jos tilaa lentokentältä yksityisen kuljetuksen , on majoittuminen lyhyelläkin visiitillä melkeinpä helpompaa kuin hotellissa ja paljon viihtyisämpää. Kiitos Martinho vielä kerran!

Great location in a narrow street. It was busy during the day but quiet at night. Eating places very close by. Very clean, comfortable beds, good shower.

Backs on to a building site, at the moment. So there was machinery noise and shouting from 8am. We used the sofa bed which virtually takes up the whole of the lounge area. Not a problem to us as we were out all day long. It made the dining table cramped.

Bett sehr ungemütlich und durchgelegen. Wir waren mit Kleinkind auf der Reise unterwegs und konnten die Küche abends schlecht bzw. nicht nutzen, da die Küche und das Schlafzimmer nicht ausreichend abgetrennt voneinander sind.

It’s on the top (5th) floor which was totally fine for us, but may be difficult for some people or if you have lots of luggage! But we liked the views, away from street and neighbor noises, so not really a negative for us.

We specifically looked for a place that wasn’t on a hill, so we wouldn’t have to climb back after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment was small but elegant, comfortable, and decorated with a holiday-like charm—it exceeded all our expectations. Upon arrival, a bottle of Portuguese wine awaited us as a warm welcome. The kitchen was fully equipped and modern, including a washing machine and an iron—nothing was missing, and we felt right at home. There was also air conditioning and a hairdryer. The street comes alive in the evenings, with many small taverns offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. Communication with the owners was always prompt and helpful. Thanks to them, we discovered Zapata, which quickly became our favorite spot for dinner. Conveniently, the metro station is just a 10-minute walk away, tram 28 is close by, and Commerce Square is also within easy reach. For us, this apartment was the perfect choice.

Everything was almost perfect! The apartment is cozy and small, but very comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived.

Everything was lovely! This is my favorite location in Lisbon. It is spacious yet cozy, extremely clean, and has everything you need for a great stay :) I love the big windows in the living area. Would love to stay again.

Mieszkanie miesci sie w starym budynku, strome schody (nie polecam dla osob starszych), wieczorem halas bo ulica jest mala ale ruchliwa, samochody, restauracje tuz pod nosem.lokalizacja w samym centrum blisko do gl.atrakcji. bardzo udany pobyt. Jak bede w Lizbonie napewno wroce! Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmujacym. Polecam!

This was a gem of a property in the perfect location in Lisbon. 15-25 min walk to everything. Or right around the corner you have local shops and restaurants. A grocery store 100 meters away. The host was amazing - answered all our questions. The property had everything we needed, including small kitchen and he even set up the sofa bed for my mother and I. The only issue was parking. But weekend parking was free and street parking was close - just a little pricey. Other than that; zero complaints! A real delight to stay there and I would highly recommend!

Tutto positivo

Me gustaron todos los detalles del apartamento, tiene hasta la sombrilla para la playa. Para el desayuno teniamos queso, leche mermelada, mantequilla, pan tostado, cafetera,.. ha! y botella de vino. La cama muy cómoda, descansamos perfectamente al ser una zona muy, muy tranquila, sobre tener algunas tascas por allí no hay ruidos. Fuimos en coche y no tuvimos ningun problema para aparcar en la zona ningún día, hay también un parkin cerca. Repetiremos!!

Por decir algo, echamos de menos un ascensor, (imposible por el pacio) después de patear todo el día, subir cinco plantas hasta el ático... pero al llegar arriba, la comodidad lo compensaba. Falta de puntos de información turística en la ciudad.

A bit loud outside on weekend

The stay was more than positive - the apartment is located in a very central area, with restaurants, bars and mini markets directly below the building. The apartment is very tidy and clean - following the instructions, check-in was very easy. Sabrina guided us impeccably and was always very courteous and present - upon our arrival she had left us a typical cheese and a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift, completely offered. I think the price is honest and interesting based on the comparisons I made for my visit period.

A small note on which the apartment can improve is the beds - a bit small if you have to share it with a second person. In our case it was a couple of nights and it didn't create major problems - a bit of extra comfort would have turned my 9 into a 10

Amazing hosts who responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. Good location and value for money. Surprise welcome wine, cheese and more. Allowed us to check-in early even at a short notice.

Comfortable, clean, good location and the host (management Company) communicated well, arriving to find a few gifts (food and wine) was also nice.

Being in the forth floor with no elevator and learning after booking that there was an extra fee to set up the sofa bed to use as a bed, Neither of these being indicated in the description.

No breakfast, but we were treated to a bottle of wine. and there were coffee pods. Location was excellent except the apartment was up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator.

Just a few things needed to be updated... but otherwise charming.

The apartment is not big but comfortable and it has a charm of old Lisbon house. The communication with the host was great, we also received a nice welcome gift and useful recommendations on local attractions and restaurants.

75 forferdelige smale trappetrinn til 5 etg.En risikosport å gå opp og ned med kofferter!Dusjen kunne ikke henges opp. Spisestuestolene var ubrukelig å sitte på. Sofa var nedslitt og flekkete, Lite glass og kopper.Vil ikke velge denne leiligheten igjen. Først når betaling var gjort, kom prisen på parkering og så kom det krav om depositum! Vi hadde lagt til i søket 2 bad,men det var bare et bad!

Sehr zentral gelegen, perfekt für den Start von Erkundungstouren in die einzelnen Stadtteile und trotzdem sehr ruhig in der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung hatte alles, was man für einen mehrtägigen Städtetrip benötigt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es die Green Street mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten.

Die Treppe im Flur ist recht steil, das sollte man mit viel Gepäck bedenken.
