La patronne à l'accueil le soir de notre arrivée était très speed et pas du tout agréable. Le reste du personnel durant le séjour a été très prévenant et souriant. Nous étions 4 et nous avions pris une chambre familiale toutefois seuls deux lits étaient préparés et nous avons dû faire les autres nous-mêmes. Le parking est très exigü

車でしたが駐車スペースは少なく少し離れた所になります。 ダブル一つの部屋で、出入り口に洗面と冷蔵庫が有り、非常に使い辛く毎回の出入りが大変でスリッパは畳に置く形でした。 男子用のアフターシェーブローションぐらいは欲しいです。

朝食が物足りないです。 朝は炊き立てのご飯と魚に小鉢が色々ある、普通の和定食が良いなと思いました。 階段が急で荷物を持って上がるのは大変でした。 お手伝いして欲しかったです。

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026湯畑に近い、和菓子屋さんの宿って事で他では味わえないホスピタリティーがある、ウェルカムスイーツで抹茶立てたり、健康的な朝食、従業員さん達は皆親切で優しいです。貸し切り温泉が小さいながらも４つあり落ち着いて草津温泉を堪能できる。広々とした温泉は日帰り入浴が沢山あるのでそちらで湯巡りすれば草津温泉を堪能出来ること間違いなし。
古い建物をリノベーションしているのでドア枠等高さが低いので180cm以上の人は頭上に注意、頭ぶつけます。隣の音も響きます。作務衣が用意されているのですが個人的には浴衣で温泉街をブラつきたいです。選択できたら良。

夕飯も宿で取れる選択肢もあると嬉しかったです 後からお弁当がつくプランもあるとみたのでよく調べたほうがよかったかな、と思いました

The atmosphere is warm, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming, making it easy to feel at home from the moment you arrive. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. One of the best parts of the stay were the four private baths, which were beautifully maintained and made the experience feel really relaxing. The staff (owners?) were absolutely wonderful: kind and always smiling, creating a truly lovely atmosphere. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with great attention to quality. A wonderful place for anyone looking for a more intimate and authentic ryokan experience.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Tout était parfait, c’est un super petit hôtel vraiment agréable, emplacement au top, proche de tout , un petit déjeuner délicieux , 4 bains ( Onsen ) privés qui font office aussi de salle de bain , et toute l’équipe de l’hôtel, d’une grande gentillesse… 😍😍😍 . Ne vous fiez pas aux photos, c’est bien mieux en vrai.
L’insonorisation des chambres mais les visiteurs sont en général très respectueux des consignes, mais pour être tranquille prévoyez tout de même des boules Quies .

The location was EXCELLENT, two minute walk into the middle of it - parking was a little bit confusing (it's next to the hotel - just not a lot of signage), more information before arriving might be helpful! The rooms were a great size and the different baths were great too. Caution to over packers - the narrow stairs can be a bit difficult navigating with big luggage - be ready to be strong and nimble.

自車で行く際に駐車場の前（2列縦列の前の方に停める場合）に停める方は車の鍵を預かられます。鍵を預けてくださいと言われた際に理由を伝えてもらえず少し不審に思い聞いたところ、後ろの人（2列目の車）が出る場合には車を動かすことがあると教えてくれました。許可がなく自車を動かされては困るのでその点のみはしっかり口頭で説明が欲しかったです。 また、私は人に運転をされもしぶつけられた時が怖いので後ろの人が出る際は声をかけてくださいとフロントにお伝えしました。そして鍵は預けずに自分で持っていました。 駐車場以外は本当に人柄もよく素敵な宿でした！

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026チェックインの際にウェルカムスイーツとして、豆菓子と、抹茶を出してくれました。抹茶は自分でたてる体験式になっていて、それも新鮮でとても楽しかったです！お風呂は貸切風呂が４つあって、いつでも入れる状態でした！部屋は2人部屋でベットも大きく大満足でした！ストーブをつければすぐあったかくなって、快適でした。朝食もお豆を使ったものを出してくれて、ご飯と味噌汁はおかわり無料！どれもとてもおいしかったです！女子旅やカップルにはとてもいい宿だと思います！スタッフの方もとてもやさしく、ぜひまた行きたいと思います！
