AB Inn Senai delivered a clean, comfortable, and well-prepared room for my stay. The location is strategic, especially for those travelling to or from Senai Airport. Facilities are functional and maintained, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a short, convenient stopover. A practical and pleasant choice for travellers in the area.

The bed room wasn't well maintained and looked dirty.. the bed sheets were dirty and caused itching all over the body. We requested to change room immediately and thankfully we were given a better looking room..

The parking space and the pleasant smell of the hotel. Moreover, the food at the restaurant beside the hotel is so good! So convenient

For that price, I would say the room is quite small. There's a limited space to pray (as a Muslim) in the room. The unpaved road at the parking lot.

Excellent Indian Restaurant as part of the Hotel, Suited to a western palate. Close to Johor Airport and Johor Industrial area

Not much, as it was way below expectations.

Low standard hotel. Missing basic amenities such as kettle, coffee. Only body soap in bathroom no sampoo and conditioner. There is phone in room but you have to guess how to call reception. AC needs service, not working at all. Asked the reception but no one came for any follow up though we were told about that. Wifi is there, but you have to ask the password at reception, they are not going to provide it without asking. In bathroom, shower was right in the middle of toilet seat and wash basin without any partition. You don’t get proper space to even stand there for a shower.

the whole place is dirty and smelly we weren’t given shower gel and when i asked for soap they asked if the shower gel were not provided, turned out they were supposed to provide us with the shower gel but they didn’t. then i asked them to fill a water bottle with the shower gel the water heater is broken, cannot adjust the temperature, it’s either too cold or too hot. no wifi for second floor???

Black ANTS all over the floor and bed. Sheets were stained. NOT CLEAN AT ALL..!!

When you look outside this hotel look like a 2star, but if you go inside the place is cozy, clean and bed is comfortable to sleep. For the price of SGD$30. It’s a good deal , Front office staff,Lava , Nurul, Azra, helpful and kind,definitely will coming back again, two thumbs up👍👍

Facilities not in working order during check-in - key not working for Room 128. Need a few calls to room service crew and reception to rectify causing inconvenience. - tv not working for room 129 - air cond not cool for room 129 resulting in request for room change to room 126. Aircond need to be set to below 20 deg C to feel cool. Suggestion : Please check all airconditioners and service them ( Filter clogged and the inside of acond blower mouldy for all three rooms mentioned). You will save electricity and more importantly, no customer complaints by servicing your air conditioners.

Staff are friendly and accommodating; not recommended for tourists, place lacks a proper bathroom, the aircon doesn’t work, and it has several issues. Its Close the airport, and that’s about it.

It was ok,but nothing great.Hotel staff(@reception) are not customer friendly and doesn't have smile on their faces. I asked for a small help to get my boarding pass printed only to hear no from the staff.I think they have to work on it to suit hospitality business.

The bedsheets and the entire room was clean

The water pressure was terribly low till we had to skip our bath

because there is parking provided, the interior very nice and staff very helpful and friendly

i hate the smell, the toilet smell so bad, I had to tahan nafas and i couldnt even use the bathtub due to the smell, even the room smell but not as bad as the toilet
