Smelly pillows, clean but old and stained bed sheets, the hotel is old and worn out or broken. Toilets are leaking and blocked pipes Showers we gave a miss too because of the mould. So do I need to say more? Yes, I do. No one in reception or to be found for 30 minutes. Seems all the staff have group lunch and then not acknowledging the guest in loby waiting to check in.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025The staff, especially the girl behind reception, was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and bright with a large comfortabel bed. It is easy walking distance to the airport. Unexpected bonus was that there is a washing machine and dryer for guests to use for 15 Myr. The dryer took about 4 hours ro dry, but we were warned about that and we had nothing better to do the evening before our flight.
There is no glass partition or even shower curtain in the bathroom, but not a big problem.

Every time we stay at this hotel, the parking attendant will disappears when we leave carpark zone. We are forced to pay the parking fee. This hotel uses such a deceptive method. Very disappointing.. not worth staying

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025The location is near Senai Airport. Walking distance less than 5 min. Breakfast is average but its can be lovely if there more choices of the menu . Aside from hotel food, there's a food stall around the corner that is affordable and serves nice food. The staff is accommodating. Free transit also to Airport. Overall experience is 👍.

The air-conditioning wasn't working well, the room remains hot throughout, no proper ventilation. The room was a bit dusty, the towels and bedsheet had some stains on it.
