The AC was freezing. It is either on all the time on coldest setting which makes the room 18c. Or set on 24, the whole unit switches off and on which disturbs sleep.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. If you are searching for a quiet comfortable place in cairo choose this hotel - also for a woman travelling alone it is great. Even though it is in Zamalek it is in a quite quiet street. I have a light sleep and could sleep perfectly. The beds are very comfy too. It might look a bit old fashioned but it absolutely does its job. Clean, decent rooms. I didn't have time for the breakfast so I can't judge it but for a city stay where you're exploring the city I can absolutely recommend it. As it is in an area full of embassies there is a lot of police presence and I felt very safe (as a woman walking alone mostly). Moreover, zamalek is a lovley area to go out, also at night, to cafes or restaurants.

Very friendly and extremely helpful receptionists. Cleaning staff was communicative and attentive. Nada deserves special praise for being very kind. Location is perfect in the middle of Zemalek. Nice neighbourhood. Very clean.

Very nice location on the leafy Nile island, walking distance to small shops, colonial villas, embassies -- we very much enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room had a backyard view, was very clean and the internet very good - breakfast in the hotel next door (The President Hotel - they belong together) was excellent and worth its price. The hotel provides unlimited bottled water. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable beds and super clean linen. Quickly offered to change room to improve the air conditioner noise issue. Good breakfast next door at President Hotel.

Exceptionally noisy air-conditioning; regardless of whether set to auto, low, med or high, it blew with the same intensity and noise level. Changed rooms to one with the a/c vents located further away from the bed which was marginally better. The trade off was a musty drain smell, and most times only warm or tepid water available for showering.

床品的卫生需要提高，床单及被套有体毛和头发，更换过还是一样的情况。我猜是床品清洗供应商的问题，酒店可以更换下供应商。其他都很好

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The welcome was warm, and the staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The room was bright, spotless and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel felt very safe throughout the stay. The neighbourhood is peaceful, yet cafés, restaurants and everything you need are in walking distance.

Location and facilities. It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful especially Nada, she was very accommodating and friendly and made my stay very pleasant.

Las habitaciones eran muy bonitas y espaciosas, con mucha luz natural. La cama es súper cómoda y el aire acondicionado funciona bien, aunque un poco ruidoso. El personal es muy amable y recomiendo encarecidamente el restaurante al lado del hotel, “The President”. La ubicación es estupenda y sin duda volvería.

Se escucha con claridad a los huéspedes de las habitaciones contiguas.

Konumu ve temizliğiyle kaldığım süre boyunca rahat ettiğim bir tesis oldu. Çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Resepsiyondaki Muhammed Beylere ve temizlik çalışanlarına özellikle teşekkür ediyorum. Yan taraftaki otelde ettiğim kahvaltı da gayet güzeldi ve oradaki çalışanlar da çok tatlıydı. Bir hafta boyunca beni evimde gibi hissettirdiler.

J’ai tout aimé.

Rustige kamer. Schoon en met airco aan goed te doen. Goed restaurant in naastliggende hotel. Heel goed ontbijt en lunch en diner ook goed mogelijk.

Wat vieze lucht op de gang. In hotel zelf geen faciliteiten.

Das Personal war wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr kompetent. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr schön und super sauber. Die Dame, die sich um die Zimmer kümmert hat mir alle Zimmer gezeigt und man konnte sehen, dass sie das Hotel und ihre Arbeit schätzt. Ich habe mich selten so wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt wie dort.

Great stay! The best part of the hotel is its location in Zamalek. The room was big, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Les fenêtres n'isorlent pas du vruit de la rue, dommage car le reste était parfait! Le matelas aurait pu être moins ferme.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel. La literie était exceptionnelle : spacieuse, très confortable et parfaitement propre. La chambre, elle aussi, était assez grande, bien climatisée et impeccablement entretenue. L’emplacement est un vrai atout : situé dans un quartier calme, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité, tout en restant à seulement 20 à 30 minutes du centre du Caire. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation.

Perfekte ruhige Lage in einem angenehmen Stadtzeil von Zamalak. Sehr viel grün für Verhältnisse in Kairo. Gutes ausreichendes Frühstück im Nachbarhotel President Hotel.

Ich war rundum zufrieden.

Konum olarak gerçekten iyi bir yer Mısırın büyük elçiliklerinin olduğu temiz güvenilir ve bir çok butik kafenin mağazaların nil nehrini izleyebilceğiniz yürüyüş parkının bulunduğu bir alanda ve hepsi yürüme mesafesiydi. Otel temizdi oda ve yatak ideal büyüklükteydi resepsiyon 7/24 olması güzeldi ve otelin kendine butik restoran cafesi vardı pizzası ucuz büyük ve çok lezzetliydi.

Early - check in olması lazımdı bu nedenden ekstra bir gün daha yapmak zorunda kaldık bizim için para kaybıydı. Bence odaya yerleşmeden önce odayı görün banyo ve tuvalet full cam yani her şey gözüküyor (klozetin diğer tarafta olduğu odalar var).

It was in a very good location ,Zamzlek, right close to Nile river and good walking area,indoor bar / outdoor restaurant,with great pizza and other food ,drinks ,wine ,beer,etc I liked the restaurant next door as well, called the president ,both same company ,good restaurant / lounge upstairs and the famous cellar lounge / restaurant in the basement,super popular in Zamalek ,it was fun and music was very good ,food was good in cellar as well. Both hotels side by side offer great service

The location is heart of Zamalek. Just outside the reception is Olivio, which is basically the best pizza in Egypt. A little down the road is an EXCELLENT lebanese restaurant called Beirut, so food is well sorted. The valet is efficient, so if you arrive in your car, they park it. Then you can move around by Uber. Clean and comfy room, friendly staff, tasty food near by... I'll always go there for my visits to Cairo

Perfect location - quiet area. Very nice to walk around in the day or at night. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Very good breakfast. Our breakfast was served in the hotel next door on the top floor with a great view over the city. Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned well every day.

I expected the room to be a bit more cozy. But location beats everything. So probably it proves the value for money.

The room was large and seemed clean, and there was space in the mini fridge to put a couple of drinks. It's a great location, safe to walk around and close to restaurants. If you go right out of the hotel there's a bodega a block away. The staff were all very nice. A negative is that the A/C wouldn't go below 22°C which was frustrating.

Alle sind sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Omeletts, Brot, div. Beläge im benachbarten Haus. 2 Flaschen Wasser pro Tag auf dem Zimmer sind kostenlos. Das Hotel liegt in einer nicht so belebten Seitenstraße. Das Zimmer lag zur Straße, aber man gewöhnt sich an die Huperei - so ist halt der Verkehr in Kairo. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut und zu empfehlen.

Trop de bruit à l extérieur Impossible de dormir la nuit côté rue surtout le week end à cause d une pizzaria situé juste en bas de l hotel . Aussi la nuit ça claxonne et ça hurle . Juste horrible !
