Friendly and professional staff .Excellent breakfast

A comfortable hotel. Great helpful staff, a large room and nice facilities. Also a great location in Zamalek. When I was a little unwell, staff were exceptionally helpful. A place you feel very safe and where you have people you can rely on. I stayed last year and would definitely return.

طبعا الاستاذ محمد في الرسيبشن كان جدا جدا متعاون وسبب بعد الله اني اسكن في الفندق اشكره صراحة واشكر الجميع على اخلاقهم الطيبه ايضا ما انسى اللي يرتب الغرفه الاخ احمد محمود على اخلاقه الطيبه

La disponibilidad y el trato del personal y la limpieza de la habitación y pasillos. También está bien el tamaño del baño y su ducha. El tamaño del armario es adecuado y el de la cama King. La existencia del comedor en altura y un bar nocturno en el sótano ayuda a empezar y acabar el día. La seguridad del interior. Es un acierto tener un cocinero en el desayuno. Potente aire acondicionado en todo el hotel.

El desayuno es muy caro para lo que ofrece. La máquina de café automática es muy lenta. Eché en falta recibir información del SPA. Faltan canales internacionales en la TV de la habitación.

Everything was excellent! The location was great, the room was clean and the air-con working just fine. Every single person treated me with respect and was incredibly kind and accommodating. I will definitely book a room at this hotel again <3

الدور الاخير مافيه مصعد وحتضطر تطلع درج اشكر الاخت هند على حلها مشكلة الغرفة كانت الغرف سيئة من ناحية الاتربة واتساخ الباركيه ويتضح انه مهمل من ناخية تمسيح الزوايا والاطراف. وتحت السرير. لوجود اتربة قديمه الشباك لايمكن اغلاقه وجات فرقة الصيانه ولم تحل المشكلة حتى حين المغادرة

Struttura estremamente moderna all’interno. Bellissima camera e zona ristorante molto accogliente. La presenza di due ambasciate nelle imminenti vicinanze danno una sensazione di maggiore controllo e sicurezza.

I stayed for 2 separate nights at the start and end of a tour. Mohamed, on the front desk, was kind enough to arrange for an upgrade for my second night! Both rooms were clean and well maintained. The gym is equipped enough and clean. Plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast. NevSpa located on the ground floor was also a great treat. The hotel is really well located in a very nice neighbourhood. I felt very safe walking around the neighbourhood. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel but the main reason was the staff. Everyone was so polite and professional. The service was second to none - concierge, reception, the porters, housekeeping, Cafe workers - Everyone. The service was truly a stand out. Thank you!

The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The staff are very friendly especially Sahar. She is a star. The Hotel is in a very safe area and near the Nile river.

Spent 11 nights at President Hotel. As a solo female traveler, the stay here felt very comfortable. I felt extremely safe the entire time, the room was cleaned everyday (special thanks to Mohammed Ali and Aya). My room had a mini fridge, safe box, blow dryer, water kettle. The area is very quiet and I've never had issues about it being noisy. If I needed anything, with one phone call at the reception everything was arranged in minutes. The entire stuff of the hotel was always ready help. The street itself is close to shops, restaurants, supermarket, cafes, art galleries. I've spent a long time researching hotels for my trip to Cairo, especially cause I travelled alone, and I'm extremely happy that I chose this hotel. Definitely will stay here again next time when I'll be in Cairo.

Le restaurant est vraiment très bon, tout est fait sur place et un grand merci à Moustapha et son équipe pour son super service, sa patience pour nos commandes, de menus végétariens. Séjour parfait

بالنسبه لتجربتي .. من اسوء الفنادق لا يوجد خصوصية مع اني رفضت خدمة تنظيف الغرفه الا انهم يخبطو الباب وعندهم الجرأة انهم يفتحو الباب مع العلم انا بلغتهم مااحتاج لتنظيف الغرفه ال الساعة 12 مساءاً يتم غلق الكوفي والمطعم

جميله جدا و متعاونين و اشكر اية و محمد ممثلين الروم سيرفرس عل حسن سلوكهم و تعاملهم و تعاونهم

سرير النوم لم يكن مريح بحيث انهُ كان سريرين ملمومه مع بعضها رغم حجزي المسبق بأن يكون السرير واحد مما تسبب لي في بعض الآلام حيث ان اقامتي كانت مدتها 10 ايام

An exceptional hotel in the heart of Zamalek. I was pleasantly surprised with a wonderful room upgrade upon check-in. The reception team is incredibly professional and the bellhops provide seamless assistance with luggage. The rooms are clean, well-maintained and offer a fantastic view. I spent my final night in a different room type due to the connectivity preferences which was slightly noisier but still perfectly tidy. The location is prime and secure. A top-tier choice in Cairo.

Tout. Le personnel est aux petits soins, l'endroit est super cozy, le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont incroyables, les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits sont grands et confortables.. C'était sans aucun doute mon hôtel préféré sur la base de tous les hôtels que j'ai fait en Egypte (le Hilton Zamelek juste à côté, à fuire, le Steigenberger à Luxor très bien, les couchettes en train, Philae Hotel à Aswan, top aussi). Je reviendrai ici pour mon prochain séjour sans aucun doute.

Rien. Tout était top. Je voyage beaucoup et c'est la 1ere fois que je n'ai absolument aucun point d'amélioration à pointer.

Não tinha secador de cabelo e nem ferro de passar, e constava que tinha. O secador fez muita falta. E no frigobar faltava itens.

The location is excellent—set in a quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and attractions nearby. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of fresh options, with something to suit every taste.

The only downside was the air conditioner. It was quite noisy, and when we tried to lower the fan speed, it would turn off instead of running more quietly.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage mitten in Zamalek. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und wirklich hilfreich. Vom managen der Koffer, Verkehr vor dem Hotel und Koordination mit den Transporten, das Reinigungspersonal war sehr aufmerksam. Das in House Restaurant hatte einen guten Service und Essensqualität.

Es war alles sehr gut, übernachten und Wohlfühlen. Kleiner Tip die Klimanalage war teilweise sehr laut.

I really loved all the staff ! They took amazing care of us and we enjoyed our stay! The rooms are nice very clean and nice view. The location is AMAZING 🤩 can’t recommend it enough!

Lo staff è stato super accogliente e gentile. La struttura pulita, accogliente, in ordine e spaziosa. C'era anche un bel locale sotto all' hotel.

Unica pecca l'aria condizionata che o era troppo forte o andava spenta e la macchinetta del caffè che non si poteva utilizzare perché non c'era l' adattatore e nonostante la richiesta alla fine non lo hanno portato

- الموقع جميل في قلب الزمالك بالقرب من المطاعم والمقاهي ونيل أبو الفداء. - يوجد مركز مساج راقي داخل الفندق (غير تابع للفندق) شكر خاص للاستاذ محمد في الاستقبال وحامل الحقائب عم علي على ذوقهم واخلاقهم العالية

1- اثناء اقامتي كان المصعد خارج الخدمة طول فترة الاقامة 3 ليالي وجميع النزلاء تم تحويلنا لاستخدام مصعد الموظفين وكان صغير لايسمح بدخول اكثر من 3 اشخاص. 2- صوت المكيف عالي ومزعج وتم طلب الصيانة ولكن للاسف لم يتم التجاوب على اكمل وجه.

ギザだけでなくカイロにも泊まりたくて1泊。初めてのエジプトだったが治安がよい場所で良かった。 ナイル川沿いまで歩けて散歩できた。 オールドカイロまでもタクシーですぐ。 行かなかったけど地下にはバーもあるらしい。ワールドカップやってるらしかった。

I really liked the fact that i could access the breakfast restaraunt easily and the rooms were very spacious and clean. In addition there was a wonderful view of the sea that i really liked from my room. The staff were really good and helpful and i really liked the customer service from shahd and khadija. There are really a credit to the hotel

Warm and welcoming staff. Great location in the heart of Zamalek.

Room and bathroom were clean, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was actually great pulling out moisture, maintaining an overall excellent air quality both in the room and bathroom. The room has all utilities needed: Tea,coffee, kettle, safe and hairdryer. You just need to ask for slippers, bathrobes and dental kits if needed and they'll provide it instantly.

Nothing much, just the electricity outlets. It would be nice to have more of than one British plug socket (Type G or BS 1363), near the bed is mostly needed to charge our phones.

أشكر إدارة الفندق على حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام بالنزلاء. كانت الإقامة مريحة جداً، والغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة، والخدمة ممتازة. كما أتقدم بالشكر الخاص للمساعد العم علي على أخلاقه الراقية وتعاونه الدائم وحرصه على تقديم المساعدة بكل لطف. وأشكر أيضاً موظف الاستقبال الشاب الذي كان متعاوناً جداً وبشوشاً طوال فترة إقامتي، للأسف لا أتذكر اسمه، لكنه ترك انطباعاً رائعاً بمهنيته واحترامه

لا يوجد ما يستدعي الذكر، وكانت الإقامة بشكل عام ممتازة للعلم هذي المره الثامنه التي اسكنها فالفندق لعدة سنوات متواصله تقريبا فالسنه مرتين او مره في كل سنه انزل فيها مصر تحديدا

The property is centrally located. It is safe to walk around, and there are a number of establishments and restaurants that are just walking distance. It is a plus that there is a nearby Catholic Church where we can go for Mass on Sundays.

The stuff are really kind , and the renovation of the rooms are perfect. The President hotel is the perfect choice if you love Zamakek and nile side. Le terrace restaurant, providing a good quality food , and the stuff of it are really kind ( shnoda , Amjed). Thanks for made nice memories .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de cet hotel, le service est les chambres étaient super, aussi, nous avons très bien mangé au petit déjeuner, les produits sont de très bonnes qualités, et tout était très bon, je recommande !

Great Location, the superior rooms with balcony have a great view, high above Cairo. Staff is friendly and helpful. You don’t get harassed with tours and all the usual stuff.
