The ocean view from the common sitting room was lovely and the host made everyone feel very welcome.

It’s a super cute little place. Tammi was lovely we went on the hike she recommended to Chance Cove and it was AMAZING. thanks for that Tammi! Dildo doesn’t have a lot in it but we were there for the sign and brewery.

Easy self check in , we arrived late , and Liz was so helpful to get us settled and communicated well .

Everything was clean and well kept. Tammy, the hostess, is very friendly and offers great information about things to do and see in Dildo and nearby towns. Good continental breakfast with juice and fresh coffee.

This property was fantastic. The location was amazing. We only wish we had more time to spend there. Tammy was wonderful, we appreciated the touch point confirming our reservation and check in time and little note she left when we realized we were going to be later than anticipated. The room was cozy, clean and the beds super comfy. We will be back.

This is a nice clean inn with dining room for continental breakfast . Very nice hostess couldnt have been any better

Stayed in the Reid room. This room is very small for 2 people and luggage. We had to take out what we needed and put our luggage back in the car. For the over $170 you pay, this is not worth it. There were no plugs for phones, watches, hearing aids, etc. No a/c but did have a fan. I had to unplug the tv to plug in the fan. VERY VERY HOT in this room. Your bathroom is across the hall. Very uncomfortable when there is another room right there with people coming and going. Not private at all. Town also shuts down at 5 and not open again until after 9. Was hoping for souvenirs but this obviously did not work out either. Very nice brewery however that is open for dining.

Friendly B&B. Comfortable room if a little snug. No in room refrigerator, but they gladly stored my items in the kitchen for me.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Quick overnight stay needing rest and sleep.

All was great except the breakfast was a little too sparse. A good variety of bakery foods and some fruit, but nothing on the protein side.

A beautiful home with beautiful decor looking out on the bay at Dildo. The room was huge and immaculate. Everything shone. The breakfast room was facing the bay and they had a nice selection of continental breakfast choices. Everything was served on pretty blue dragon china and I enjoyed my tea in real cup and saucer. Excellent peaceful stay. Thank you Tammy for the upgrade and your hospitality.

Beautiful comfortable home. Great bedding. Very clean. Hostess, Tammy was warm and welcoming. Missed breakfast as we had early departure but lots of cold offerings and tea and coffee. Comfy common area. Highly recommend!

We were treated very well for sure. Breakfast was good but a little disappointing as it was only continental so no bacon, sausages, eggs, pancakes etc. we knew that was the case beforehand but for $200 ish we think it should be a full breakfast. The house is very well kept and the dining area is great

Beautiful building, period appropriately decorated, good breakfast and gracious host (even after we drove off with the room keys). Combine your stay with a visit the Dildo micro-brewery and gastro-pub just yards away to round out your visit.

I had a great stay at the Inn by the Bay. I needed to check in after hours and it was a breeze. Breakfast the next morning in the dining room was lovely.

Beautiful authentic seaside bed and brekfast. Literally a stones throw from the ocean. Tammy met us at the property and she was so lovely to chat with and get local history from. We went for dinner at the local pub. I would suggest making reservations in advance we went off season and it was a half hr wait. Luckily we went back to the inn and had a nice glass of wine in the front dining area. So peaceful and gorgeous 360 degrees. We had the double bed room and it was perfect for mother and daughter. The continental breakfast was well thought out and prepared. Thank you Tammy for the lovely stay. 5 stars!

Everything was great! Tammy gave us some ideas for what to do, which was very helpful coming from a local. Our room was warm and comfy, plus the breakfast included a few options.

This beautiful Inn by the bay is exactly that, overlooking the beautiful ocean and great view of the harbour. The service was amazing and made me feel right at home with the breakfast and the beds and pillows are magical! Definitely recommend this place!

Very well appointed. Comfort is at the forefront… basket of Afghans in the sitting room for chilly evenings or sitting out on the deck, bottles of water in the room, board games, magazines. Fresh coffee, home made breads and jams. Warm, soft, clean bedding. Home is beautifully decorated with antique treasures. View of the ocean is stunning.

Our host called earlier in the day to confirm our arrival and review check in procedures during hours and after. When we arrived we were offered a free upgrade as availability allowed and our host gave us a tour of the home and dining options. Our room was cozy and comfortable. This property has a beautiful sitting area surrounded by windows… a lovely spot. Our host was welcoming and warm and was happy to chat and answer our questions. A lovely place to stay while in Dildo.

We like the location - close to a very nice pub. The wifi was terrible. There was no hot water in the morning for my shower. Staff was great. Breakfast was fine.

Really hospitable service, the rooms are quaint and whimsical. Walking distance to all of the best things in town, the building is easily accessible and very comfortable. Nice beds and plenty of blankets. The rooms are decorated with plenty of small touches that make it feel like staying with family. Overall it’s very clean and tidy with a warm atmosphere. Don’t go in expecting a chic metropolitan environment. It is more of a plush, vet quiet country retreat. Simple bliss.

The location is beautiful,right on the ocean.Tammy,our host is truly a joy.She was helpful,considerate and made sure we felt welcomed.

I checked in late as I was photographing a new wedding in the area. Upon arriving, the small parking lot was full, leaving me with no where to park my car without blocking another guest. I found my key in the mailbox and made my way to my room, which was clean, but small and very hot. Although it was in the listing, the room did not have a private bathroom but rather a bathroom across the hall. As I had just left a wedding with thousands of dollars worth of equipment, leaving my things in my room with nothing more than a door knob lock so I could to shower did not feel adequate, especially given the $170 cost. I ended up leaving and taking my chances with driving on the highway at midnight back to St. John’s.

My experience was fantastic. I spent three nights there and was very pleased with the cleanliness and the service. If you want to stay in Dildo, then you can't beat this place.

A charming B and B with a lovely view of the ocean from the front porch seating area. The weather wasn't helpful but we had a decent if rather small room. Our hostess Tammy was very pleasant.

I rarely stay at B&Bs so don't have much to compare. However, host was accommodating and pleasant, facility was very well kept and clean. Easy parking for my motorcycle and right next door to Dildo Brewery

The Inn faced the water and was just a quick walk down the road for dinner. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating.

Property is located very well with ocean view. Rooms clean and tastefully decorated. Check Inn veey smooth. Tammy is an asset to the Inn. We stayed during a heat wave. Ceiling Fans would have been made sleeping better. All in all property Great!!

This property was across the street from the Dildo Brewery and has a beautiful view to the water. Our stay was lovely, and the manager Tammy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Our only issue was the wifi was not always very fast or reliable and the cell service across Dildo is not the best. Just something to keep in mind, but fantastic for disconnecting for a while. Overall 5* stay and would definitely love to come back!

Inn By The Bay is beautiful and could be part of a Hallmark movie. Just so cute. Very comfortable bed and wonderfully quaint.

They called us to say they wanted us there between 3-5 but that wasn’t possible from where we were. We arrived at 6:20 and found an envelope with a key and room name. George room has the noisiest metal bed frame. There was no signs or information about breakfast. We left before breakfast happened because there was no information. Very disappointed. Turned out staff was supposed to give us more information but owner called to tell us after we left.

Tammy is an excellent manager tending to all our needs. The view is gorgeous from the dining/living room area. Breakfast was very satisfying. Our bed was comfy and clean. The Inn is welcoming and makes you feel at home. The brewery across the road has great food and entertainment. Their deck areas were lovely to sit out on and watch the sunset.

nice pretty spot by the water. nice breakfast room with windows looking out the bay. small parking area but it works if you are good maneuvering tight spaces especially if the parking lot is full. we were upgraded to a bigger room but it was on 2nd floor with only stair access (about 20 steps) which could be issue for people with mobility issues. room ceiling was at an angle so tall people have to duck on this part of the room to get in and out of bed.

Beautiful spot right on the water! Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Very clean. We loved the breakfast room. Coffee was very good. Continental breakfast was good, lots to choose from for breads, muffins and pastries. Adding some fruit would be a nice option.

We had a change in plans and were happy there was a room available the day before we were coming. This wonderful spot was clean, our room was spacious, the bed comfy with very nice linens, the bathroom was roomy with a great shower. There’s a small deck outside where we watched the sunset over the bay. A couple that was on the deck had just seen a moose swimming across the bay right before we arrived! Breakfast was served in a sunny room. It was continental style with lots of nice choices and really good coffee. The host, Tammy. Was so pleasant and accommodating. Don’t miss this place when you plan your stay in Dildo! Oh, and the Dildo brewing company is just across the street. Another plus
