In room refrigerator didn’t really cool faucet in shower flew off and out at me. Next room one pump of conditioner and it with the metal fell off and landed on my foot Handicap on 5th floor when it clearly states in case of fire use stairs. How am I supposed to get my husband a disabled vet down five flights.

Hotel is dirty, the rooms are not maintained well, the a/c unit is so loud you can’t sleep, the water faucet in the bath tub fell off the wall, the ice maker on the floor didn’t work, there is only one elevator that works, the staff is rude and inhospitable.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hampton Inn Pompano Beach. My total charge was supposed to be $145.77, but I was charged $241.22 because the hotel claimed we had a pet in our room. The problem is, we don't even own a pet, so this charge is completely inaccurate. It's frustrating to be charged an extra fee based on a false accusation. I expected better attention to detail and better customer service when addressing the issue. Guests should not have to dispute charges for something that never happened. I hope management reviews this mistake, removes the incorrect pet fee, and takes steps to ensure other guests don't experience the same issue. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times before, but I no longer recommend staying here.

This is a first terrible review I have given a Hampton. We usually stay either Hampton or Hilton The Staff here are so rude. They didn’t offer to help with anything. Ice machine broke, need a card to get to the broke ice machine One elevator because the 2nd is broke. All the staff and workers had to use the one elevator so very long wait to get anywhere. They don’t allow you to put any drinks or snacks on your room, you have to use a self check out that may or may not show you purchased. Was accused of not paying because of the stupid machine, had to prove that we did. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free.

This is a fairly new property but it already looks tired. One of two elevators was out of order and when I mentioned it to a staffer they said no it isn't. The only lighting in the room are the sconces at bedside. No desk lamp on the desk, no floor lamp by the sofa. My guess is they're trying to get by on the cheap with their electric bill, not a good sign. Small food pantry in lobby but you can't charge to your room, have to pay with CC. Vibe more like a Motel 6.

My experience at this property and the services provided by Sharima Sahib is phonemenal. The best experience since staying at any Hilton Hotels. Check in was excellent and very professional. We're traveling from Ohio to Port Everglades for a cruise, the location is good, there is a lot of things within a 3-9 mile radius. Our room here was very clean and large, the bed is comfortable and the staff here is very pleasent and accommodating. Especially Sharima she treated us like family and the stay here has been great. I would most definitely come back!

Upon check in I was told that I would not receive room service because im there just 2 nights. I left my open suit case on the bed Saturday morning, come back to find room service cleaned the room and 3 pair of brand new VS underwear was missing. I asked the front desk why was someone in my room when I was told that no one would clean it and I had 3 missing items. They told me to call the police to make a report on the housekeeper which was Haitian. So instead of accommodating me some type of was they rather for me to travel 4 hours back to court to persuade charges on someone who you instructed to clean my room, which has not should have been so. Then he told me if I did not want someone in my room I should have put a do not disturb sign on the door so no one will enter. Why would someone be in my room after I was told that I would not receive housekeeping and proceeded to do so without my consent. On top of that i woke up to a declined transaction because no money was in that account of on June 21, 2026 for $90.97 AGAIN after I $190.97 3 hours alone arrival, $10 a night for parking, and then another $312.32. The guy at the front desk stated that something was not paid so don’t worry about it When I went to check out I told the guy who was rude, argumentative, and if I did not like it call the bank and dispute the charges cause they not doing anything. I called booking customer service and spoke with someone about this situation, they stated that they was calling the hotel and they will call me back because the hotel was not suppose to do that, they need to take accountability of the actions that took place without me having to press charges on someone that they put on their list of rooms to clean, they went upon their instructions. My privacy was violated, and unauthorized charges was attempted to be made.

I booked this room for tenants due to no AC. They rejected them and would not let them in the room I booked for them then cancelled my reservation and kept my money. I booked them here to do proximity to their home. This is the second time I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The first was when I was with a friend who wanted a change of room, due to her rooms location and she being an elderly woman. That time the staff had Broward Sheriff office escort her out and they kept her money for the room also

The fact they let me in. In seriousness, it was corporate and sterile, so in a "you know what you're getting" kind of way it was more than acceptable.

I was a bit disappointed, to be honest. I thought the location would be better, with more facilities around it, and I thought the hotel would feel a bit more special than it did. The room felt stark, with the high ceiling making it feel a little cold and functional rather than welcoming.

Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and very clean all around.

The water wasnt closer. In a very strange location with only a few things in walking distance so that was quite a bummer.

First of all the manager and front desk was very receptive and welcoming. Very helpful. We had an issue with our card and payment. Sharima Sahib the front office manager was very professional and the problem was solved.

The staff was amazing. The rooms are nice. It's in a good location, 2 miles from the beach.

Great stay!! 7 minute drive from beautiful beaches.Hearty breakfast. Hotel was very clean. Walmart just across so you can get some food and snacks for beach. Only negative I can comment on, no balcony, and no safety deposit box. Otherwise....Fantastic! I would stay again :)

I arrived at the Hampton Inn to find that a system error between the hotel and my third-party booking site had left me without a room. After a grueling day/night of travel, the situation was incredibly frustrating. Fortunately, Sharima (Front Office Manager) and Divya (Assistant) stepped in. These two ladies spent two hours late into the night and early morning working to resolve the third-party error. I am so grateful for their persistence and care—they were true lifesavers!

The staff was accommodating with an early check in once the room was ready, offered us a bagged breakfast while we waited for the room, and helped us with the snack bar checkout process. Sharima S. suggested nearby attractions, took her time to visit with us and make us feel welcome while we were at the hotel snack bar after a long day. She made us feel like family when she shared her new grandson’s picture with us and asked if we had grandchildren. The location was good, with a lot of walkable destinations close by. Rooms were clean. Good water pressure.

Only one elevator was working. There were a lot of guests so there was a lot of waiting for the elevator. The breakfast staff was taking things away and closing the area before the posted end of breakfast, while guests were still trying to get food.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed both before and after our cruise with several family members and booked a total of six rooms. The entire property was impeccably clean, and our rooms were spotless. The breakfast selection was excellent. Since it’s a Hampton by Hilton, we weren’t expecting a fancy à la carte menu — but we were pleasantly surprised by the variety. They offered hot breakfast items that changed daily, a great selection of juices and cereals, different waffle flavors, yogurt, fresh fruits and fruit salads, a variety of breads and bagels, plus multiple protein and egg options. There was truly something for everyone. We have zero complaints about this place! Manny at the front desk was amazing from the moment we arrived. Even though we were a little early for check-in, he immediately accommodated us, invited us to enjoy the breakfast that was still being served, and by the time breakfast ended, he had rooms ready for all of us. We appreciated that so much. He is truly top-notch and a great asset to the company. Manny, thank you again for making our stay so wonderful. We hope you enjoyed our gift!

OMG — this place is CLEAN, and we truly mean it! We travel often and have noticed that since COVID, it’s actually been harder to find places that maintain high cleanliness standards. You would think public establishments would have increased their efforts — but that hasn’t always been our experience. Thankfully, this hotel is the exception! We originally found this hotel because we have family who live nearby. We actually used to live in the area many years ago and remember when they were building the property, but we never stayed here since we had our own home close by at the time. Now that we visit family at least once a month, this has become our go-to place. It’s convenient, consistently spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly. We always find ourselves chatting at the front desk with Maria or Manny — both are so welcoming and always happy to help. We later found out that Maria is the Sales Manager and Manny is the General Manager, yet they’re both so humble and always smiling. That says a lot about the leadership and the culture of the property. The entire team deserves recognition — from the breakfast attendants to the housekeeping staff. Iris is also so friendly, and everyone works hard to keep the place running smoothly. Thank you all for keeping our “home away from home” clean and ready for us every time we visit. Great stay as always — we’ll definitely keep booking with you!

After looking at reviews of hotels in the Fort Lauderdale area we decided on the Hampton Inn, Pompano Beach. There were a lot of hotels near the airport and cruise ports but this one had 4.9 out of 5! Our before night stay was great. We checked in and the desk said there was a sports bar less than a block away which was good. Our room was clean and spacious. Since we didn’t have to be at the port until 1:30 PM they gave us a late checkout. Breakfast was good and hot. Typical of Hampton. Our after cruise was stressful, not Hampton Inns fault. The ship docked early and we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 and were told they should have us a room by 1:30 or 2:00. Since it was still early we decided to wait in the lobby until the sports bar opened at 11:00 AM. Manny, at the desk, saw us dozing so he checked to see if any rooms were available. He called me over around 10:30 with the good news that he had a room and we could go ahead and check in. Not many hotels would do this so we were very thankful to Manny for his kindness. This hotel is in a nice area with a number of restaurants and shopping, including a WalMart market and Publix. I would recommend Hampton Inn, Pompano Beach for a short or long stay.

We have stayed here the past three times coming to Pompano. It’s always clean and Zach at the desk is always great, very polite and respectful when checking in/out or just walking past the desk.

The hotel was very clean, and we loved it from the moment we walked in—you can immediately feel the freshness of the space and notice the cozy scent throughout. The front desk team was amazing. Great hotel—we absolutely loved our stay! We were in town visiting family, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The kids were especially enchanted with the heated pool, which made their trip even more fun. Breakfast offered plenty of choices, including a wide variety of cereals for the kids, which was a big hit. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were spotless—bright, white, and shining. The front desk staff was wonderful, and everyone we encountered throughout our stay was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and located on the top floor, which made it even better. Only 1 elevator. The other has been broken since December. Waiting for parts. Pillows are terrible. Ended up bringing our own pillows it is clean however the towels are terrible.

Zach was a very good helper. He helped me with my check in and whenever I needed thinks in my room I'd go to the front dest an within 5 seconds he'd be there and have my things. Everyone was so kind

This hotel is amazing and impeccably clean from the moment you walk in. Our room had a beautiful view of the water canal, which was especially lovely in the morning as the sun came up. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with great amenities and a wonderful, fresh scent throughout. Iris, who I believe is the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond to help my wife and daughters with special requests, which we truly appreciated. Loved this hotel! The place is extremely clean, and the rooms are spacious and spotless. From the moment you walk in, it smells like a luxury hotel. Everyone I encountered was friendly, happy, and eager to help. The breakfast area was spotless with great lighting, and the breakfast itself was amazing—there was a wide variety of options including cereal, fresh fruit, meats, eggs, juices, and even freshly cut fruit. The ladies in the breakfast area were wonderful, and the front desk team was equally amazing—friendly and attentive to all my requests. I absolutely love this place and will definitely be back. Breakfast was hot and good. I was actually surprised at the Denver omelet tasting good! They however need to put the juice machine in a more open area. It was next to the waffle maker and was very congested. I could not get juice until after I finished eating.
