From room 608 - I liked its location , cleanliness, ambiance . From the staff i liked PITA for her warmth welcoming smile in restaurant area :)

Some of their staff needs to learn etiquettes . I have a picture of lady who was making eggs for us for today’s breakfast. When i asked her if everything is halal? The way she laughed by looking at her colleague and then put hand on her mouth and portraying as if its very funny and she is controlling her laughter and then she went straight to kitchen with hand on her mouth laughing. I have her picture but not posting it because she is a female and it’s unethical. But owner should check today’s cctv to see her behavior. I completely understand there is a language barrier but this is not justifiable any way. Some of the staff should learn etiquettes .

The food was really good and the personnel did everything to make our stay with our family as comfortable as possible. We arrived very early after our flight but they allowed us an early check-in without any issues. We had a walk in the neighbourhood, which we loved as well.

就在大馬路旁邊，交通頗為方便，這也是我選擇這間飯店的最大原因 價格尚可，稱不上貴，但我也不會說便宜 飯店有健身房，雖然器材不多 早餐選擇算是豐富 房間房間蠻大的 員工友善、笑臉迎人

我來這家飯店住宿十多次了 我選這間飯店最大了原因是交通和健身房 但是我今年住了3次，有向飯店反映飯店的跑步機故障，常常會忽然停下來，我好幾次差點從跑步機上面摔下來 但顯然這個問題仍然沒有被解決，我這次又被忽然停止的跑步機嚇到 另外一個我不喜歡的點，早餐，即使選擇算是豐富，但是蒼蠅真的很多，看了很噁心。

Très bel hôtel avec des grandes chambres silencieuses. Le persyest serviable et très à l’écoute. Belle piscine et grand restaurant buffet.

來 grand soll Marina 好多次，飯店人員友善，地點距離工業區很近，房間很大，飯店設施還算新，清潔程度也還可以。

飯店的早餐選擇不多，但是有很多蒼蠅。上次入住之後，有寫關於蒼蠅的評價，並期待飯店能夠改善 — 顯然這個問題仍然存在，在各個餐點周圍，尤其是沙拉和水果，蒼蠅非常多。 我親眼看到工作人員用手伸進去沙拉醬裡面，我不確定做什麼，也許是把掉沙拉醬的蒼蠅取出；另外我也看到工作人員用手 — 不是夾子 — 把麵包放上架子。 飯店有健身房，儘管器材很少，但總比什麼都沒有好。Chick in 那天，我想使用 running machine，但是發現它是壞的。兩天過後，我再去使用跑步機，以為工作人員已經將它修好。但不是這樣，我在使用跑步機大約3分鐘的時候，跑步機忽然緊急停止，我差點從跑步機上摔下來，幸好當時是暖身階段，速度並不快。

Shoved in room 620 behind lift even though requested months in advance room away from lift. Seems if you travel with a child all put on same floor. After 2 flights over 20hr wanted sleep didn’t get it. Moved to another hotel. Reception staff/breakfast staff very lazy wanted a fried egg from egg station they were too busy chatting at reception. Won’t be staying here again. Pool was good though to be fair to the hotel

was too far from Airport and Exhibition, No transport shuttle from/to Airport as stated on the site, NO AC in the BF Lobby or at the Reception, NO iron was available to borrow, only paid ironing service, No message- and Fitness rooms, paid parking even to the Taxi/Grap for just picking us up for a minute (which we have to pay)!

Ze waren erg lief. En hebben zelfs taart geregeld voor mijn vrouw die jarig was.

This is a relatively new hotel in the area, located near the main road, and it has a gym and a swimming pool.

The gym has very few pieces of equipment, and the air conditioning is not working. It’s actually hotter inside the gym than outside. At the hotel’s breakfast buffet, there are always many flies flying around the food. In addition, the restaurant staff often clear away my dishes even though I haven’t finished eating. I tried calling the front desk several times, but no one answered. The hot water in the shower isn’t hot, and there are small insects flying around inside the room.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist nicht gut. Es ist in einer nicht so schönen Gegend.

Stayed in a comfortable and luxurious quadro room, which can accommodate four people, with fully carpeted floors. The hotel's ambiance is luxurious and elegant, yet serene, thanks to the numerous fish ponds inside and outside. There's a playground, swimming pool, gym, and delicious restaurant. We recommend staying here with family or friends.

Staffs are kind and accomodating. I like the clean and quiet ambiance of the hotel.

Close to all the good locations in Tangerang. Decent breakfast options. Not too noisy, even if the hotel is close to busy road. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Everything is fine except the location is a little bit far from malls.

The area and entry is nice, the lobby and decoration look fantastic. The rooms are ok, no complaints here. The food from the room service is really good.

The bed is not meant for tall people (I’m 1.87). The room could use some modernization (curtains look and smell a little bit old).

They charge us for just one hour late 250.000 rp I stayed in many hotels around the world and late 1 or 2 hours its fine put not in this hotel Disappointing

We stayed here to be close enough to my wife's family. The room was big with daily cleaning and the furniture in good state. The staff was very kind and responsive.

Unstable WiFi, shower temperature not optimal. Air conditioning was quite noisy and either too cold or too hot. No restaurants nearby, apart from a fast food chain. Better avoid staying here during the weekends, as the hotel will get very crowded and noisy with weddings and other celebrations. Only one elevator working and too many uneducated kids playing with its buttons, resulting in excessive long waiting time to go up and down. Also, a lot of scary customers hosting special female friends in their rooms, day and night. I think that the management should take care of this issue.

A fantastic stay. Even though I arrived early they made every effort was made by the Duty Manager to get a room cleaned and ready for me, going well beyond my expectations :). The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Great breakfast selection. Rooms, including bathrooms, are very modern. Great value for money.

The staff at GSM are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. The Prost ice bucket deal is highly recommended.

I was asked, when we were leaving GSM, how their service could be improved. I've been thinking for 2 days now and I'm still coming up empty.

The time it took to get there and back to the airport. Yes, the hotel is quite close but the traffic was not great so it took much longer than I expected. Everything I asked for in the restaurant was not available…( about 6 different things)

The location is great. Unfortunate visit in Indonesia as I had to attend a funeral, but overall, i had a lovely stay at Grand Soll Marina, even just for approx 12hours. The staff were very nice - very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean, food was great for breakfast.

Lacked toilet paper in the toilet at first check in to the room. But could always ask housekeeping right? 😊 other than that, nothing negative to say.

Breakfast was a bit strange as it contained meat, chicken and rice. The rooms were not what they looked like in the pictures Unfortunately, the location may be our fault, but it is very far from the city center

The welcome should be better. More attention should be paid to hygiene.

There was nothing to do around the hotel. You could’t go anywhere in the evening and from the whole menu with drinks they only had one beer…

The worst hotel ever have experiences (and i am a frequent traveller).

No service at arrival (the staff even did not help with the luggage but was playing with their mobile phones instead). The room was not ready and i was offered to sleep in a smoking room!! I denied - and decided not to use my room but to find another hotel instead. And no refund at all. Staff was not motivated at all. Disastrous for a 4 star hotel. I cannot recommend at all.
