Room was spacious with strong AC, balcony was a nice size. Location is close to Ratchadaphisek MRT station.

Mold growing on walls and ceilings. Bathroom was dirty and had grime on the tiles. Wouldn't stay here again, we ended up checking out 3 days early to move to a separate hotel as the entire room was run down and dirty. The Beds were as soft as the floor.

Only provided one toilet roll paper each time. Inconvenient when run out No onsite washing machine facilities - though there is a lady who lives nearby who takes away and washes.

Very welcoming staff, room was spotless and comfortable. Beautiful location, in a quiet residential area away from the busy city center. Maintained well and very good value for money, would 100% recommend if you prefer less touristy, clean quiet location. Locals are also really friendly and there are alot of authentic places to eat

Das Hotel war sauber, auch noch modern und noch nicht abgewöhnt. Ich war sehr zufrieden dort. Würde dort auch wieder übernachten.

Die Lage ist etwas ungünstig ohne Auto. Man kann aber über eine Stichstrasse na, ca. 400m zum seven 11 und Essrestaurants kommen.

I spent two months in Q Space and I was really happy to have made this choice. With a friendly staff, comfortable rooms, perfect cleaning and in a very quiet place in Bangkok, I was really happy of those two months

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 2 big water bottles and coffee given everyday.

The bed was hard but definitely not impossible to sleep on it. The locations is not the greatest but is manageable, with a 7-11 just a 10 minute walk away. however is around 10km away from anything major.

We booked this accommodation after our initial plans had changed. It was cheap, comfortable and had everything we needed. the airconditioning worked, the showers were hot and the bedding clean.

The only regret we had, was that it's quite a walk from the train station to explore the rest of Bangkok, especailly at night when returning late and full of beer! We had booked here knowing this full well, that we would have this walk daily from and to the accommodation, so no real downside to this property if aware of the walk!

Dont even think about staying here. Horrible motel has nothing to do with the photos they add to the booking. Rooms are old and not maintained, location is really far from the city centre (1h approx) and the district itslef is really hard to escape (only via car/scooter). The bed is insanely hard. I can't sleep on it at all. Stong odor from the river nearby. And nobody will refund you anything if you dont like it there. The only good part is a really freindly personel (some of them).

It is highly recommended to conduct a thorough inspection upon arrival and immediately report any pre-existing issues to management, as there is a significant risk of being fined for damages not caused by the tenant.

The management maintains an exceptionally rigid policy regarding check-in times, strictly enforcing a 300 THB fee for arriving even one minute prior to the scheduled hour. While the facility operates smoothly for those who adhere strictly to the established timetable, there is a notable lack of flexibility concerning guest requests or scheduling adjustments. Consequently, it is imperative that guests arrive precisely on time to avoid unnecessary surcharges.

The room was clean and big. In good location not too busy, nice quiet to relax there but still in short distance to get the underground transport. Staff friendly and helpful.

We had our clothes washed by the hotel and we didn't really like how they where washed my trousers where still dirty and they smelt a little damp like they hadn't been dried properly so I would just say get your clothes washed somewhere else. Also you can't smoke on the balcony of your rooms you have to go down to reception area. Apart from them two things excellent hotel would stay here again if ever in bangkok.

Location is near MRT line, which is convenient if you are using public transport. We figured it out later and used it. The receptionist and the staff were very helpful. Room cleaning was available as requested. Bathrooms were clean.

❌ Very disappointing experience at Q Space I booked a room for 16 nights, but in the first few days, I realized that my room was facing the sun directly, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable. I politely asked if I could change to another room with a different direction. However, the female staff working the noon shift were very unfriendly and unprofessional. The first female staff member did not even check the system and immediately said there were no rooms available. I had to explain the situation many times before she reluctantly said, “We will check on Sunday,” without any clear commitment. Her attitude was clearly uncomfortable and dismissive. What made it worse was her behavior. When she noticed that my English was not very fluent, she sighed, showed impatience, and spoke in a disrespectful manner. As a long-stay customer, I found this extremely rude and unacceptable. On top of that, my friend was bitten by bed bugs, causing red, swollen marks on the body. This is a serious hygiene issue and made us feel very unsafe. Another important point: the location is very far from the train station, which makes daily travel inconvenient. Future guests should be aware of this before booking.

Not much. I really liked the front desk girl but that’s about it.

The bed was SOOOOO hard. Hardest bed I ever been on, barely slept. The walls are so thin you hear everything. Not much walking distance to anything. There was a roach that came out of no where. Bathroom had many little flying bugs in the bathroom coming from the drains.

Alles was man braucht war zu Fuß erreichbar. Und zur mrt Station auch nicht weit.

Das Bett war für mich zu hart. An einem Tag gab es sehr laute Gäste.

The room stank when I entered. Smelled like something died there and there were lots of small flies everywhere. Everything was not really clean clean, not like the pictures

The location is far from city center, and bts if you are okay with that i would recommend this place.

Its far from almost everything. Grab to go to bts got expensive for us room smelled like mold when we entered, and i found at least 4 small cockroaches in the fridge, on the bed, in the sink and toilet the room did not look as advertised, they did not gave soap to wash hands whatsoever. People at the reception were mostly helpful when we asked them questions but when we left they basically shood us away.

The room and bathroom was spacious. The location is nice and quiet and there is a 7/11 and lotus nearby so very convenient.

The couch and table were very worn so did not look like the photo. Had to ask the staff twice to please come clean the room despite putting the clean sign on the door for more than half the day. Cleaning staff also lied saying they cleaned and gave us toilet paper when they didn’t (we were told that only one roll of toilet paper is allowed per day, yet we didn’t receive a roll the day that as they never came to clean?) The room comes with a kitchenette but there wasn’t any cutlery or crockery. Had to ask the staff which they keep in some cupboard downstairs. Last little cherry - the room is advertised to have a fireplace but we didn’t see any.
