毎年夏に宿泊しています。設備は申し分なく、全て揃っていて非常に便利で清潔です。提携のホテルの温泉もとても良いです。同じ部屋にまた泊まったらトイレがとても綺麗に改善されていて、リビングのソファーも増えていてより快適でした。

お盆という時期的に、やはり少し高めに感じますが、場所も設備も素晴らしいです。

The Bunk beds, the kitchen and the bath room.

The AC. I recommend changing the AC.

The location is good, the apartment is clean and pretty well equipped with kitchenware. The washer is a plus. The location is pretty quiet.

The toilet seat lid wouldn't stay up and the knees are almost touching the wall and I'm only 5'5" tall. 2 of the beds were worn out and we're very soft and uncomfortable.

The location of the property was very convenient if you have a car. Walking to restaurants, onsen were around 10-15 mins. As we went during off snow season, it was cherry blossom season the scenery was beautiful. We would love to come back during winter. The main lodge is beautiful.

The curtains in the bottom bedroom were insufficient to block out lights outside.

The staff were amazing and very helpful the room was of good size we had 4 adults.clean washing mechine was a good size kept up with four people.

Great location very helpful staff the two scheduled afternoon shoppjng runs were a nice bonus. Amy and Asano San (sp?) were very helpful and friendly. We arrived earlier than expected and were allowed to check in, perhaps because it wasn’t very busy. Proximity to a hotel Onsen with a discount was a favorite activity. Our apartment was very spacious by our Japanese travel standards. A free shuttle service across the street services all the ski resorts, and you could walk to Happo One in 15 min if you felt like it.

The hot water for the shower doesn’t last long and can suddenly go cold but that could be due to the high water pressure (excellent) and my wife’s long showers. The mattresses were also quite hard.

Very well located for adventure as well as the convenience of hitting town for supplies. All the shuttles are available close by for the different resorts. The units are very spacious and well appointed, specially the kitchenette. And the people are super helpful - always available.

Great location for our family's first ski holiday. A short walk for our 3 kids to have ski and snowboarding lessons. 2 hire places are very close as well. The place had very helpful staff always willing to help. Two bands to take you to the station, supermarket etc. Every 2nd day they supply a cleaner to your room, and great facilities in your room are great. We even had our own little onsen .

Clean and complete facilities

The walkway in front of cabin entrance could be muddy and wet.

Great location. Property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and well appointed. Though the roof spaces were a bit cramped we had 3 bedrooms, very suitable for 3 men in their late 30s. The staff were very helpful and drove us to the supermarket on request or dropped us at the bus station.

More basic than some of the properties around, no centralised lodge or facilities, though you did get a discount on a nearby hotel with onsen.

Ideal location for us with the kids enrolled at Evergreen ski school. Perfect having our own cooking facilities for breakfast and if we wanted a home cooked meal at night. We had a rental car so easy to get to supermarkets etc but several restaurants in walking distance

Didn’t have a couch which was fine as we were out all day skiing and lounged on the bar chairs in the morning but at night a couch would have been welcome, even a small one for the adults.

The communication start once when confirmed booking. And the host is willing to provide helpful suggestion eg. Vegan diet option, local transportation. Location is good and the kitchen facilities are well equipped. They offer late check in with clear instruction and send us to bus stop with free shuttle service on check out date.

I loved everything about this property. We stayed in the winter so it was snowing. With only a short walk to the Sakka slope or a shuttle bus that provided - we couldn't complain. The lodge itself was beautiful, warm, inviting and perfect. The owners were lovely too.

Large space. Clean. Able to cook at home. Personal drying room (for wet gear). Washing machine. Close enough to everything. Valley bus stop across the road (take you to other ski lifts than happo 1 which u can walk to).

女子学生4名で宿泊させていただき、BBQもさせていただいたのですが、火起こしをやったことがなく見様見真似でしようとしていました。しかし、チェックインの際にできますか？と事前に聞いていただけたことで変わりにやっていただけました。また、その後も困っていたときに助けて下さり、非常に親切にしていただきました。 近くに温泉？があり、割引券をいただけます。通常一人1500円のところ、1000円で入れました。

場所がわかりやすい。八方池まで登山してから、アクセスが良かった。コンビニやスーパーも近い。

朝起きたら、湿度が低くて喉が乾燥していた。

The self catering facilities provided us with flexibility and Canadian lodge offered a daily car service to and from the supermarket. They also offered to come and pick us up when the ski shuttle was full (although we used a local taxi instead). The location was great for access to Happo One or the ski shuttle bus service and a short walk into town.

The location was great and the cabin was well equipped and comfortable.

The cabin was old and used but reasonably clean.

Hakuba Canadian Lodge was such a great place to stay for our ski trip. The washing machine and kitchen facilities supplied were just what we needed. Location was perfect, only 10mins walk to Happo-one slopes and 10mins to Rhythm ski hire store. The staff were so helpful and drove us to the supermarket and back everyday to get groceries. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and will hopefully have the opportunity to come back again.

The only thing we can suggest is to have some real plates and bowls instead of plastic ones which got a bit warped when trying to microwave food.

Friendly hosts who collected us from the station and also provided daily trips to the supermarket. Location was also perfect as it was close to a bus stop, close to ski rental shop and close to slopes. Was also sufficient space for a family of four. Would recommend it!

Super close to bus station for mountain pickups. There is free pick up and drop off when you arrive and leave as well as daily shuttles to the supermarket. Apartment itself is clean, centrally located with good amenities.

Location to Happo 1 was good.

The beds were quite thing, could feel springs. The walls were thin too so noisy. For a family of four with children probably not enough room to relax/ read a book. If you’re planning to stay out all day and night it’s fine, but not a place to relax in.

The location is convenient to all the ski resort, the room is clean and tidy and spacious with all the facilities we need for a family of 4. Wonderful facilities.

We cannot fault anything really. Just want we need. We would like to come back.

We LOVED EVERYTHING.

Spacious cabin with living room, great for family to hang out at night. Short walk to Hotel Tokyu for the bus stops to ski resorts. Easy to message staff during the stay to get help.

Cabins are a good size and in a great location. Just a short trek to Happo One and Rythym for all your snow hire gear. Also has a bus stop near by for those wishing to have easy access to the slopes in ski season. Cabins were clean and well stocked and staff were very helpful for any queries we had while we were there.

第一次住整層公寓的房型，有臥室、餐廳、獨立衛浴，自己去鎮上超市買食材回來烹煮，有在日本過日常生活的放鬆感，周邊環境清幽，建議要自己開車會比較方便，超市不算遠。廚房設備還可以，基本器材和調味料我們都有自己準備，所以沒甚麼問題。房間照片就跟網站上的相同。

臥室的鏡子太多，無法安穩的就寢，後來用多餘的毯子遮住大部分鏡子才好一些。

Absolutely loving the place! The facilities are complete and very comfortable. During the fall, the backyard is totally stunning.

八方リフトまで徒歩20分弱のロケーションは便利だった。お部屋のスペースも広くて、くつろげた。お風呂もついていたが、温泉の割引券をいただけた。ちょっとしたトラブルもあったが、すぐ対応してくれた。

キッチンペーパーがあると便利だったかも。

The hotel is great for those who want the outdoors, camping atmosphere. The location is also good with nearby hotel with onsen and a fishing spot on the opposite side of the Olympic village. The rental Bbq option is great with all tools and tent provided.

The apartment for 4 person is located in a building with no elevator, so we had to carry luggage up the staircase. Luckily, we were given 2nd floor unit. The apartment unit is spacious and clean. The staff is responsive to our message and can write in English. Overall still a great stay and would recommend to others. 👍

バーベキューの施設、道具が揃っていたこと

前回、使用した人か知らないけれども 炊飯器にご飯が残ったままになっていて炊飯器が使用出来なかったことと、ガスコンロのガスガスが無くて自分達が持って来たガスを使用した。

BBQセットの準備も天候に合わせてフレキシブルに対応頂いたり、扇風機の貸し出し等のLINEでの依頼も迅速に対応頂けました。

窓にカーテンがない アパートメントタイプの部屋がある。のが分かりにくいかった。アパートメントタイプだと車が横付けできず、屋外のタープ、椅子のバーベキュー場所まで少し離れてて不便だった

色々設備が揃っていて便利で、自由度数が高く、近くのホテルの温泉も入れるので、とても気に入っていて、毎年空きがあれば宿泊しています。

素泊まりにしては高額かなぁ、、、と思います。

部屋全体が広く、友達と盛り上がれた。 虫が多いが殺虫スプレーを用意していてくれた。

森の中なので仕方ないが、スズメバチが 大量にいたため恐怖を感じた。 ソファベッド？が硬すぎる。

娘の誕生日と伝えておくと、誕生日用の飾り付けをして頂きました。ケーキの準備についても事前にいろいろ相談に乗って頂きありがたかったです。

施設は若干古いです。 ドアの下の部分などが朽ちています。
