The best part of this hotel is its excellent location. It’s very close to the beach—what more could you ask for? The service is very good, and the staff are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

There are a few things in the hotel room that need some maintenance and repair.

The bedroom was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for suitcases, and the enormous bed was wonderful. My husband had his best sleep since we got married, apparently not having me fidgeting beside him makes all the difference. 😂 Having a separate toilet and shower was especially appreciated while dealing with Bali belly! The shower was amazing, clean, with a great shower head, and the staff were attentive and lovely. There’s also a lift, so thankfully no dragging suitcases up stairs. The location is great for walking to restaurants and spas. We loved being able to sit outside and look out towards the ocean.

The property is quite dated and could definitely use some TLC. The outdoor chairs were lovely for sitting and looking out towards the ocean, but unfortunately had no cushions and were extremely uncomfortable. The bathtub was a nice feature, but there was very little privacy, so bathers are definitely recommended. Beach access was also quite narrow.

lovely nice spacious room, clean and well laid out, with a nice little outdoor area with table next to the villa pool which was great to enjoy a private dip. The main pool was sunny and warm with enough lounges and more overlooking the beach adjacent. It was easy to walk along the beach walk and enjoy the neighbouring areas. The proximity of mini marts made grabbing supplies easy and there are many bars and restaurants close by along the road at front. The option of breakfast in the room or in the small restaurant next to reception was a great choice.

Definitely nothing to do with the venue but there is a lot of footpath work going on along the road at front so its a bit of a dusty track feel at present and quite rough but this will not take long.

The staff were amazing, as well as the Beautiful pool. Quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was incredible, so much to eat. The area was good, lots of restaurants and massage places to try. The beach was ok, but not really good for swimming with all the watersports going on around you. We would definately come back to this hotel.

It was nice location, good staff. We did have a hiccup on the first day of the stay. However the staff was helpful and changed our room for the next day. They were very nice about it rest of the stay was absolutely fantastic.

I want to start by saying we had an excellent stay here. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and our room was absolutely huge. The bath on the balcony was a great touch, and the beds were really comfortable. It was also incredibly peaceful, and we regularly had the pool completely to ourselves. Breakfast was cooked to order and delivered straight to our room, which we loved. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

There were a few hiccups. Unfortunately, after showering there was a strong smell of urine coming from the bathroom drains. We reported this, but it wasn't fixed during our stay, which was a shame. The property could also do with a little TLC. It was spotlessly clean, but some areas feel a little tired and unloved and would benefit from some updating. The beach isn't the best, and there was quite a bit of rubbish in the sea, which was disappointing. That said, everything else was genuinely brilliant, especially for the very reasonable price, and we would definitely stay again.

A szálloda kertjét folyamatosan tisztán tartják, locsolnak, felszedik a lehullott leveleket, közben a szálloda tengerpartja tele van műanyag szeméttel. 2 szállodával odébb folyamatosan tisztán tartják ezért oda jártunk strandra. Minden szóbában ahol van saját kis medence bent a fürdőszoba előtt van egy fedél szőnyeggel leterítve és minden egyes alkalommal amikor rálépsz vagy lelépsz róla billen és koppan.

Bardzo komfortowy pobyt, duży przestronny pokój, balkon z rewelacyjnym widokiem na ocean, miła i bardzo pomocna obsługa, przepyszne śniadania. Basen spokojny i mało ludzi co nam się podobało. Również leżaki na trawie są przyjemne. Czystość jak najlepsza. Naprawdę polecam, dla nas jako pary był to wymarzony pobyt. Bardzo blisko tuż obok sklep, kantor i kilka restauracji a także w pobliżu spa

To prawda że wejście z głównej ulicy jest niezbyt ładne ale nie do samego hotelu tylko chyba jest to osobna budowa i nie ma co się przejmować, nam to nie przeszkadzało wcale

Great rooms...excellent value for money...very small...no restaurant bur it doesnt matter because there are 10 to 15 restauranrs to eat at 100 meters from d hotel. Staff where very helpful and friendly...great main pool and our room aksi had its own pool. Great breakfast served in the room....its not a traditional hotel...but its quiet...well priced and well located. I wud stay there again

Sea front appartment

The lift was not working through out my stay where my room was in 5th floor. Also hot water was not available in shower for 1 day

I liked it that it was well maintained and it had a great amount of space. It had good facilities with a discounted water sports facility.

The private pool with the room was very dirty 🤮🤢. And the public pool was also very dirty and the beach didnt had the water in which we cqn go inside.

Nice room and lovely staff

The staff, food and cleanliness were fantastic.

The bed was hard and the air-conditioning was very bright , keeping room light all night.

Walk to the beach, nice and quiet

The toilet kept blocking and the shower controller knob just popped out when trying to set the temperature. Had to call somebody to fix the block toilets every day.

It was clean and staff were very accommodating. The rooms were bright and spacious.

The children's entertainment at the hotel next door, in the afternoon was very loud but it only occurred for an hour. Was a little annoying whilst trying to relax by the pool. Beaches are littered with a lot of rubbish which is a shame as the area is lovely and quiet.

Located close to shops, the villa was large and roomy, I enjoyed my private pool, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

No negative aspects

Le personnel principalement et le calme.

L'hôtel est situé face à la plage mais tellement petite et surtout envahie par tous les vendeurs de sports nautiques. La piscine est correcte mais l'eau présente une sorte de dépôt gluant dessus. Il n'y a aucun service hormis le petit déjeuner. La chambre "suite premium vue océan" n'est pas du tout représentative par rapport à ce qui est annoncé et montré sur l'annonce. Un système de spray désodorisant qui fonctionne nuit et jour afin de camoufler les éventuelles odeurs désagréables. La baignoire jacuzzi sur la terrasse ne fonctionnait pas. Bref, il y a nettement mieux ! Nous avons passé 6 semaines à Bali et c'est la seule prestation qui nous a déçu.

Siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti di questo hotel. La camera era bellissima e spaziosa, ​molto bella e rilassante anche la piscina comune, molto tranquilla e ideale per staccare la spina. La posizione è davvero ottima e strategica per visitare le principali attrazioni dell'isola. ​Infine una nota di merito assoluta va allo staff che è stato di una cortesia squisita, sempre presenti per ogni necessità ma senza mai risultare invadenti. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche il pensiero della frutta fresca che ci hanno fatto trovare in stanza la sera prima della nostra partenza: un piccolo gesto che dimostra una grandissima attenzione all'ospite.
