The staff were so attentive and extremely helpful and polite. The facilities were amazing- the pool and day beds especially. Exceeded my expectations!

Quiet, small and friendly.

The resort is medium size and very pleasant. Facilities are very good, including a gym and library. Proximity to good restaurants and shopping is a plus. The afternoon tea/coffee is wonderful

The rooms on the restaurant side are exposed to the kitchen smell which is not always pleasant. The air conditioning in the room is very noisy

Great pool and awesome pool menu and cocktails! Staff were excellent! Rooms were amazing and huge and also had a bath! Biggest beds but perhaps a lock on the doors would be great. Twice I found the back door unlocked! When yr staying solo I need to feel safe!

Perhaps put some wine glasses in the rooms? Also a full length mirror would work well.

The energy and calmness from the minute we walked in. The dining was wonderful and the cleanliness of the resort itself.

Leaving, we absolutely could’ve settled for some time.

The staff were so friendly; the food was amazing, especially the breakfast. Peaceful, stunning pool area and the most comfortable daybeds by the pool. Massages were just across the road behind, and a convenience store and a pharmacy. Other restaurants nearby, but our kids loved the food so much we ended up eating there most nights. Look forward to coming again next time. The pool table outlook was a nice touch, we enjoyed that room in the evenings and early morning.

One day I was in bed all day sick and was vomiting on the toilet when I found a man had come into my room, thinking no one was there. I couldn't call out cause i was sick in the bathroom. Eventually, when he got to the bathroom, I said to get out. I think he was staff, but not housekeeping, as I had a lady from housekeeping knock on the door about 2 hrs later during housekeeping hours. I still have no idea what the man was up to, but I didn't trust my room after that. Luckily, there is a safe in the cupboard. I can say this also happened, but with housekeeping at the Hilton Hotel in Nusa Dua, at 3 am, when my family left to watch a soccer game, they thought we had all gone, but I was still there. So it must be a common thing in Bali to come into your room without permission. I will still stay here again, but just be aware anywhere you stay.

Nice sized resort. Quiet location next to many restaurants and facilities in easy walking distance. The provision of an ordered breakfast as a service, instead of the conga line at larger hotels.

Sometimes the breakfast hot dishes were not hot enough.

I loved everything about this place. So peaceful and relaxing. Very good for couples. Nicest big sun beds. Delicious à la cart breakfasts. Good restaurant just cross the road, a supermarket is also nearby, lots of cheap massage places just outside the hotel. I did not want to leave.

Perfect for couples, boring for kids.

Lovely beach view. Loved the pool and swim up bar. Room was generous in size. Perfect venue for my son’s wedding.

The location and facilities were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast and afternoon tea, never missed it. I am going back there again.

Beautiful resort right on the beach. Large pool with bar. Restaurant - delicious and huge breakfasts to choose from the menu. Afternoon tea with dessert included. Friendly staff.

The shared toilets at poolside and main reception needed more regular cleaning.

Koupani v mori zde bohuzel neni idealni vzhledem k odpadkum, ktere se ve vode obcas objevuji, ale to nemuze hotel zcela ovlivnit.

Great room with nice patio area. Lovely pool with nice facilities and pool bar. Lovely touch from the house keeping that the day we left wrote with palm leaves on the bed "we will miss you".

The hotel doesn't make you feel welcome. A sharp contrast with Balinese hospitality standards. Handed a set of rules at check in and asked twice to confirm we read them. Signs around the pool area warning that if sun loungers are left unoccupied for more than 10' the staff will relocate your items. The restaurant had an evening with Balinese dances but we were informed immediately by the staff that if one didn't want the BBQ set menu (which we were not interested in) it had to sit at the back (with ho view of the dancers), making you feel like a second class guests. Though the room was nice, the headboard with built in bed side tables had been made for two separate beds. As a result, when they converted it into a double room with a single bed, the bedside tables were at least 50cm from the bed, making it hard to reach and making the reading lights barely useable.

Breakfast is pretty special, I looked forward to it each day: fresh pastry, fruit platter, ample choices of Western and Indonesian mains, proper coffee orders (or other hot drinks) which you can have 2 large cups of. The pool and beachfront area is very charming. The grass area gives a sense of space and calm unlike the other resorts nearby where beachfront areas were full of banana lounges that looked a bit chaotic… Sadara’s looked elegant and you could fully appreciate the expanse of the ocean. Room service was great. Staff were always helpful. The room we were in is definitely dated but they clean it well. Replacing the mouldy two seater in the room would improve the room. We stated four nights and enjoyed the beach walks. They also had daily activities like yoga and movie nights in an open air cinema.

Quiet beachfront. It’s very comfortable. The cocktails are great. The staff are amazing, very polite and accommodating, 5 stars!!!!

Lounge chairs in the room are dirty and the wooden plates they use in the restaurant need a thorough cleaning.

We stayed on the beachfront on the first day, and the ability to eat food on the beach near the sun lounge's was a little uncomfortable

- staff didn’t really seem to care - food was average, breakfast menu heavy on egg meals. Should consider adding more options like pancakes - sink in bathroom filthy - drinks forgotten when ordered through room service - very hard to communicate with staff

The breakfast was extraordinary, absolutely best from all our stays at Bali. You get a bowl of fruits, excellent coffee, fresh juice and breakfast à la carte, we still remember Smash Avo :-)

the only minus on this accomodation was that there is almost not possible to swim in the sea

Amazing staff. Amazing food.

People are reserving bed around the pool side. Putting their towel and leaving the vicinity for hours, and when someone else takes their place they make drama. It is clearly written around the pool area that if you leave it for more than 15 minutes employees will replace it. But it is not enough they should do something more. I always saw the staff carrying heavy stuffs by themselves, they should be regulations about that as it is not fair for them to carry heavy items especially under the sun. Example: carrying restaurant order to the pool side, carrying 2 fresh coconut at the same time.

Can’t really say much negative about this hotel. The only thing I can think of would be that, I personally found the surrounding area a bit busy and quite varying in standard.

Er waren een aantal tegenvallers zoals: wc werkte niet (ook niet na meermaals te hebben doorgegeven en ‘gemaakt’ te zijn), enorm veel lawaai aan de achterkant van de kamer (waar personeel kwam) op gelijkvloers. Personeel deed wel hun best om in oplossingen te voorzien.

Breakfast was excellent. A la carte rather than the standard buffet with a good choice of food. Even the flat white coffee was pretty good.

We love the smaller boutique style hotel. Everyone working there was wonderful and greatly assisted us selecting gluten-free options for my daughter.
