izZzleep Aeropuerto Terminal 1

Super place for short stay,

Super for short stay Thank you

Clean room friendly good staff

Esay access to flights with no rushing around.

Great for one night!

Kind staff. Clean pods.

First time in a pod and i really enjoyed the quietness. Wake up call would be nice because alarms wake up other sleepers. I was uneasy about relying on vibrating mode to wake me up. Will use this again. Great price.

Ver

good

It was very convenient after getting off a flight and waiting the next day for my bus.

The air did not cool down I sweated all night. The units are not very quite I could someone move in there pod three pods down. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The whole system is a neat idea just not much thought went into design. More of a novelty than a serious place to get rest between flights. And before you say I should have staying at a hotel I was in Mexico City and it cost as much as a hotel. So yes a hotel would have been better. Just wasted my Hotel points because I didn’t sleep at all.

Great place to grab some sleepBien

Great small capsule

Amazing!

My stay was really enjoyable and staff was super helpful, would totally recommend for short stays in the airport

Me encantó el lugar, perfecto para descansar mientras esperas tu siguiente vuelo. Todo fue excelente!

It is too expensive for what is worth. I recommend to go to a hotel.

I just wish the red and blue could be turned off. Dark spaces helps improve better sleep

Me encantó . Todo muy limpio y buen servicio

Premium capsule bed was comfortable but the bathroom/shower/changing area was coed, cramped & no space to adequately get into luggage

Close to thé gates

First of all I upgraded my reservation to have a private bathroom which does not exists apparently so I just paid extra for nothing, then you hear every noise from around your capsule and feel the movement when someone gets in or leaves their capsule, so my sleep was really poor. Also the staff is really unfriendly and not very helpful. I think fiesta americana hotel is just a few buck mire expensive so better to stay there and they have airport shuttle

Most definitely, recommend! I, personally enjoy the experience as smooth, relaxing as very peaceful surroundings.

Thanks,I enjoyed it

Met my needs.

Great option for resting in a long connection on Mexico City.

Very good price to sleep directly.at aiport Directly near food court area To make it more easier to find, you asked for Marriott’s hotel, just beside

Loveeeeee!!!!!! Definitely the place for someone that travels on a budget. Super clean, friendly staff, and great price!

The hotel capsule was nice and the capsules looked futuristic. I liked the ease of the lockers and being able to open them with a card key. There was a nice and clean towel inside as well. The bathrooms and showers looked neat and clean. The capsules were cool and futuristic looking however the bed and pillow were not comfortable. I was very tired from a red eye flight and still had difficulty falling asleep. I didn’t feel any memory foam or support. I felt as my body was lying on a hard floor. It was disappointing.

:)

It was overall ok, but it needs improvement. The service was very good, only two showers an and one bathroom stall was not so convenient. It was also not sound proof. The doors are made out of aluminum and they make noise when opening and closing. All the bottoms inside the cabin beep loud every time you press them, creating more noise. They do provide ear plugs but it is still not enough. The staff however was very kind and attentive. I loved the location and how close it was to the door 7 where bus to the other terminal is.

All I needed

Service

Very nice, kind and welcoming staff. Very clean facilities.

The place is great

Overall a good experience. Clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is to deodorize more frequently the bathrooms

Conveniently located but the price seems a bit too high for what it offers. I was assinged a capsule on the top layer. It was not easy to get in and out of it. Also having my luggage in a separate locker room space made it dufficult to moe around. I would pay a bit more to stay in a room of my own.

It’s perfect size and inside the terminal, very convenient.

Very convenient.

The capsule hotel was ok; few instructions were given about how to use the facility; it was cold, the capsule was cold, and the shower room had NO hooks to hang clothes on.

.

No tuve buena experiencia en general, se escuchan en demasía los ruidos, gente roncando y hablando. Por vivir la experiencia está bien pero no repetiría.

Was a great place for sleeping

Super convenient location right in Terminal. Arrived around 2am so this was a perfect to still get a decent rest.

Clean nd nice

Used this for an early AM flight. It serves its purpose. It's comfortable, I did not feel claustrophobic at all. Bathrooms are cleaned immediately after a single use. It served its purpose well.

Convenience

It is great for what it is. A very convenient way to relax and sleep a little during a layover at an airport. The surrounding is not great, it is next to an airport parking garage, but it doesn’t matter. I was able to relax!

.

Great service very kind staff

Nice helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. Too bad they don’t have this at the Vancouver airport.

Surprisingly good restaurant choices for an airport, within a minute or 2 walk. Not soundproof at all, so not for light sleepers.

Perfect for O’Neill person catching an early flight or arriving late.

Perfect for layovers. And surprisingly comfortable, will use again!

Premium pods do not have tvs inside. But regular pods and premium are super comfortable. I’ve stayed there multiple times and love it. Showers and bathrooms are clean and private.

very convenient when you have a 12-hour layover

It was very convenient!

I like this place, and I stay here often. It was so demoralizing , though, to be charged extra for having three big bags. This has never happened here before. Besides, I’m paying plenty for them to be able to put an extra bag in a closet for the night. It totally ruined the nice atmosphere. I will be seeking other places to stay. It’s not about the money, it’s about the point of it.

Cool place

Clean quiet pod

Not the best directions to the spot but its quite clean and organized. Sleep pods are just enough and size is cutting it tight for 6 foot height. It's next to the Mariott for restaurant/food access.

Great for a long lay over...better than sleep on the floor of the Airport..

Was great for waiting a layover of 19 hrs without getting out of the airport!!!!

They never ever sent a confirmation email and two days before my trip, after I contacted them, they said they had charged me for the night of when I made the booking, more than a month earlier!! I believe it’s a mistake of their system, but even if it was my mistake, I could have addressed it earlier if I had received the confirmation! Now they say I don’t get a refund and I need to book again for my original date.

Wished I was able to sleep longer, but I had to catch a flight. It was that comfortable. I will definitely consider this again at other airports. If you get off a domestic or international flight in Terminal 1 in Mexico city, follow the H signs (to the Hilton). Near Puerta 9, take the elevators to the 2nd floor. Again, follow the H signs, turn left from the elevators and then, turn right to the walkway that you'll see. The izZzleep is a minute walk from the elevators since it's at the entrance of the walkway..

A good one practical

First time at IZzleep convenient and safe

Stayed here one night. Loved the pod stay and they provide you with a fresh towel and have lockers near the bathrooms. However, it was difficult to find the hotel.

Good option to sleep if you are planning to stay at the airport only a couple of hours between flights

It was a very interesting experience. I felt safe and able to rest in the space. The staff was very mindful of the guests and being quiet.

👍

Great for long layovers. We'll run. So clean! Helpful staff

Just what i needed for the night, although I'm 6' 2" and it wasnt long enough for me. Didnt sleep very well.

Great alternative over a regular hotel

Good space to take a nap in between flights. Not a good place to stay the night before a flight. Too much noise but overall cleanliness was great and customer service was great

Difficult to locate when arriving tired off a long flight. Need clear direction like near Gate 7, upper level walkway over road to Bus ticket counters, then pass towards car park.

Quickness of in and out

Great experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Noisy outside music in bar on street, but still managed to sleep.

Super modern and hi-tech place, very quiet I felt in Tokyo

It’s a sleeping capsule, locker, and shared restrooms/showers and it’s in the MEX airport Terminal 1. Strict quiet rules. No talking allowed anywhere inside. Must use EarPods for any music. No phone calls permitted inside. The capsules are on top of each other so close quarters but very quiet. Only water permitted in the capsule. No shoes allowed. They provide earplugs and socks. Great WiFi included free. Tough to find. Needs better signage but otherwise very nice.

For $4.18/night you can’t beat this. The provide earplugs and socks. Great WiFi included free.

Safe and clean

Was convenient, easy and very clean! Thank you !

This is my 3rd time using it and I love it

Perfect place to spend the night for a layover. You don’t have to leave the airport and it’s easy to get around.

Very clean, convenient location inside airport facility. Better signage to find the izzzleep once inside the airport. Good for solo traveler with long layover changing planes

New experience and it was worth it. I slept well. I wish the sink was in. The shower area

Nice option!

A good choice for 1 person having a layover. It was very clean and the shower was fantastic. If I were a person 6ft or over I don't think it would have been comfortable, but it was great for me.

Very convenient, and good service! Thank you guys!!

Fantastic experience

Great for a short stay to sleep in peace in Terminal 1 at MEX. Silence is strictly enforced. Clean bathrooms. A locker for your things. Given socks, ear plugs and earphones for the TV if you want to watch. A small water bottle also provided. Perfect for what I needed.

It's good to staying overnight, early morning can be quite noisy, so is the capsule, decent showers and restrooms (clean).

First time trying the capsule went fine

The first night (beginning of trip) was good! Very convenient, good showers, nice staff. A week later I stayed before early morning flight and I was in a pod at the very end (furthest down the hall) and the airvent was blowing in air that smelled like sewage! Also lots of creaking everytime person in pod above me moved at all- not good sleep at all that time- But it is still super convenientnif you get in late or fly out early!!

They really helped us get a great nights rest in the airport and made us feel safe

A nice little hostel. Nice people, clean, easy to rest before flight.

Place is really nice and clean.
