When we arrived the property had not been cleaned but we were able to contact the host fairly easily. She was embarrassed that her cleaner had let her down and immediately set to work with her daughter to get the flat ready for us.

Well equiped kitchen, clean apartman. It's useful that it has washingmashin and dryer. Don't forget to bring your adapter for plugs.

There is no shampoo or shower gel, no coffee or tea.

Bed was more comfortable than we expected.

Very compact, my husbands knees hit the wall getting out of bed. Exceptionally hot, to the point it was unbearable. We purchased a fan, which at least allowed us to get some sleep. We moved out the next day. I don’t consider €150 euros a night as budget. We booked three nights in the Marriott for €502, at short notice, but much is barely more than this. I regretted booking but the lack of cancellation refund, put me off cancelling. Photos for all apartments are shown together, so wasn’t 100% clear when we booked. No hot water in the bathroom. Shower could have been cleaner. Carpet very thin, boards could be seen. Not for me.

L'alloggio era pulitissimo e tutto era ben organizzato, la proprietaria è fantastica. Poi, ragazzi, c'è il bidet! Posizione ottima, il centro si raggiunge in circa 20 minuti con autobus. Zona ben fornita di servizi, quartiere tranquillo. Ci sono ristoranti, pub e birreria se si vuole fare serata senza raggiungere il centro. Per la colazione c'è un buon cafè. Attenzione che la mappa di Google non è ben aggiornata, per cui non segnala molti servizi che in realtà sono presenti. Noi abbiamo noleggiato la macchina, comodo il parcheggio privato e comoda anche la posizione per uscire velocemente dalla città. Torneremo di sicuro!

Se proprio devo essere pignola, manca una presa accanto a uno specchio in bagno (come solito nelle case dei paesi anglofoni) ad esempio mio padre per usare il rasoio elettrico ha dovuto usare una presa accanto al frigorifero con uno specchietto portatile 😂

Le confort du lit, le quartier, avec des commerces, des pubs et très bien desservi par les transports en commun.

Les équipements de la cuisine : 2 verres à eau, 1 verre à pied, 2 bols... Juste une vieille poêle et une petite casserole avec des traces de cramé. Il y avait un lave-vaisselle, mais nous n'avons pas pu nous en servir.

Hem tingut totes les facilitats per a l'accés al l'apartament i hem pogut fer el check in abans de l'hora prevista. És molt acollidor i està molt ben connectat amb el centre de Dublín.

El parquet fa una mica de soroll quan camines.

Siamo un gruppo di 5 giovani 20enni italiani. La casa ha un ottimo arredamento, ed è molto spaziosa, luminosa, in un quartiere molto tranquillo e bello. Ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze per quanto riguarda gli spazi. La pulizia generale era molto accurata ed era ben fornita nei servizi riguardanti la cucina (piano a induzione e forno utilizzabile). Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. (Visitate il pub vicino, Saint Public House ha un bel biliardo ed è molto accogliente)

Abbiamo trovato la casa non fornita per 5 persone, ma per 4 (numero di asciugamani e sedie insufficienti). I servizi del bagno non ci hanno soddisfatto a pieno, mancavano i saponi, tappeto e la porta del box doccia (usciva sempre l'acqua fuori). La porta dell'appartamento è vetrata nella parte superiore, se qualcuno di un altro appartamento vicino torna tardi la luce accesa entra all'interno della struttura. 2 ore prima del check-out ha smesso di andare l'acqua calda nella doccia e nei rubinetti. Consiglierei inoltre di fornire degli adattatori per i turisti provenienti da fuori.

Ottimo collegamento con i mezzi (bus e tram vicini) che permette di arrivare in centro in poco tempo, nonostante la posizione non sia centrale. Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale e completo di tutto.

Le lenzuola, pur essendo pulite, presentavano alcune macchie e bruciature.

Tutto perfetto! Monolocale situato al primo piano di una casa, con cancelletto privato. Comunicazione dei codici di accesso, indispensabili per recuperare le chiavi, a dir poco eccellente. Posizione un po' distante dal centro di Dublino, ma con fermata del bus 13 praticamente a 2 passi dal portone. Zona molto tranquilla, anche in orari serali. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario, olio, sale, caffè solubile, spezie e accessori vari. Forno, microonde e piano cottura ad induzione perfettamente funzionanti. Il riscaldamento è gestito in autonomia, ma dopo un po' si spegne. Tuttavia, è presente una stufa elettrica molto utile. Bagno abbastanza spazioso, con lavabo, wc e doccia elettrica. Consiglio di non spostare troppo la temperatura o ci vorrà un po' per stabilizzarla. Ad ogni modo, acqua calda disponibile a qualsiasi orario. Asciugacapelli presente, oltre ad asciugamani puliti. Se dovessi tornare a dublino, sicuramente soggiornerei qui!

Forse poca insonorizzazione delle camere e asciugamani macchiati in alcuni punti, ma niente di insormontabile.

Localização

O quarto cheirava horrivelmente a tabaco quando chegamos. A limpeza das roupas da cama é inaceitável. A capa do edredom estava sujo e tinha cabelos tirei a capa e o edredom tinha manchas inclusive de sangue. Pedi para trocar e fizeram a cama e foram embora. O chão do quarto sujo com cabelo e sujidade. As minhas meias ficaram horríveis passados 5min.

El alojamiento estaba en perfectas condiciones, limpio y bien equipado. Las camas, incluido el sofá-cama, son cómodas. Puedes regular la calefacción a tu gusto. Se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo, un poco alejado del centro a pie, pero bien comunicado en transporte público. La comunicación con la dueña fue efectiva en todo momento.

La proximité avec le centre ville et la communication avec l'hôte qui était très bonne, nous avons eu plein de renseignements avant même d'arriver, très attentif à nos besoins.

Nous avions pris le petit appartement, il faisait très froid, malgré le chauffage allumé.

A casa, apesar de antiga, é aconchegante e espaçosa.

Tivemos alguns problemas: quando chegamos a chave do apartamento não estava no local indicado e foi um pouco difícil falar com o anfitrião, quando conseguimos ele resolveu rapidamente. O aquecedor é fraco para o tamanho da casa. Estava tomando banho e a água ficou congelante no meio do banho, demorou para voltar a esquentar.

Le temperature sono davvero basse, abbiamo scritto allo staff per alzare le temperature dei termosifoni ma non è cambiato niente. Probabilmente è un problema della struttura in se e degli infissi da dove entrano spifferi d’aria

Muy pequeño, pasamos poco tiempo en el apartamento.

Supermarket and bus stop are very close by, which was convenient.

We stayed at this studio and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. It was almost impossible to sleep because of the noise at night - other guests arriving at the other floors were shouting and slamming doors in the middle of the night. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the hot and cold water were separated in the faucet, which was inconvenient. There were also some old discarded items left on top of the kitchen closet, which gave an unclean impression. On the day of check-out, a lady knocked on our door around 9:45 am asking if we were leaving that day, even though check-out was at 11 a.m. - that felt unnecessary and a bit intrusive. The transportation information sent by the host was outdated. It mentioned the Airlink bus from the airport, which hasn’t been running for years. In reality, you should take the Dublin Express instead. Overall, the place could use some renovation and a bit more care and attention to cleanliness and guest comfort. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay here again unless these issues are addressed.

No nos gustó la habitación con moqueta, pero entendemos que es la costumbre del país. Habría estado bien alguna sartén más, pero con la que había nos apañamos.

Personal muy amable, zona tranquila y tienen una guía para moverse por la ciudad con puntos de interés en varios idiomas

It has everything you need to cook (oven, microwave, kettler, toaster, cuttlery, etc). Very close to supermarkets and bus stops directly to the city center (15 mins). Chek in and check out very smooth.

Not much: It wasn't super clean, especially behind the bed. The shower didn't drain the water very well.

Quiet and big enough for our family

The lights in the bathroom and bedroom don’t work the whole time we were there.

Private gated parking, cooking utensils for the family, good wifi, easy to get into the center of the city via blackhorse luas stop, perfect size apartment for 4 family members, clean and quite.

Just a small thing not a deal breaker but no shampoo, conditioner, body wash for shower had to supply our own.

The stay at the upper apartment was a truly wonderful experience. It had everything needed, and the prime location near bus stops and the tram made getting around incredibly easy. Frequent use of the tram made visiting the city center convenient. While the living room can be noisy due to its proximity to a busy road, the bedroom offers a quiet and comfortable space. Although there is no AC, Dublin's pleasant weather made opening the windows for fresh air perfect. Grainne is a very responsive host, communication was very easy and always in timely manner.

There were some minor issues, such as broken tiles in the bathroom and outdated living room furniture.

We really enjoyed our stay, the studio is good size for two people and had everything we needed. It was clean, the location was also good for us. Had some trouble to get in because I didn’t get the message with the code, but our host appeared in less than 5 minutes and helped us in.

They were so responsive and offered a quick and easy solution, ensuring I didn’t miss out on anything during my trip. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out, and I felt genuinely cared for. I highly recommend this studio to anyone visiting Dublin—whether it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned traveler. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I'm in town!

The accommodation is perfect. The location is amazing, there is a shop and a bus stop to the center nearby. The keys in the safe are also amazing if you arrive late at night.The owner's willingness and communication are great.

Everything was great!

The hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to reach. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, and they went above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in. The apartment had everything we needed for the week, including a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of pillows and blankets, and great TV service.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like.

The flat we rented was very quaint. We did a lot of walking as is it was located not far from the city centre and other attractions. I highly recommend staying at Dublin rentals!

Quiet area, there are shops, pubs and coffee-shops close to the apartment. Easy bus and tramway connection with the city-center. Very close to the park and museums. Comfortable bed, good internet, the studio has everything that you need, including laundry. Heating in the apartment.

There were some cold days during our stay, and it was a bit too fresh in bathroom. If some other guests will stay late in the inner court, you’ll probably will hear them.

The apartment had plenty of space for our family of 5. A 5 min walk to both a grocery store and playground for the kids as well as some local restaurants.
