Reviewed Oct 20, 2024Mr. Kais and Mr. Ali are very attentive to detail, always available for any issue or special requests. The appartment is quite clean, and. bright. The. location is perfect and all facilities are nearby. The overall experience was very good.
We had a small issue at the end of our stay because of heavy rain, we got water inside the apartment from the window so we had to leave a day before the end of our stay. Mr. Kais apologized for the inconvenience and asked for repairs instantanously and gave me a discount cheque availble until end 2026. I really appreciated their attention.
