Derin Alacati

Our stay at Derin was magical! The staff is very helpfull, kind and professional. The room is regularly cleaned and breakfast is tasty. It suits the overall atmosphere of Alacati with its coziness. I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone planning their stay in Alacati.

Although the localisation is good it would be easier if the hotel was more visible at night.

İnanılmaz zevkli tasarlanmış, bahçesi ve havuz alanı huzur veriyor gerçekten. Çağla Hanım ve ekip arkadaşlarına çok teşekkür ederim, bu kısa tatilimizi harika geçirmemizi sağladıkları için. Mila’yı da unutmayalım tabii :) Bunların yanında kahvaltıya ayrıca bir parantez açmak istiyorum. Alaçatı’da birçok butik otelde konaklama şansımız oldu ancak bu kahvaltı gerçekten farklı bir deneyim, sabahları sabırsızlıkla bekliyorsunuz. Fine Dining Breakfast diye bir şey varsa; o, bu olmalı. Ellerinize sağlık gerçekten. Konum merkeze yürüme mesafesi, odalar tertemiz. Bu yaz son ziyaretimiz olmayacağı için çok mutluyuz. Tekrar görüşmek üzere, çok teşekkürler. 🙏🏽😊

The hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was incredible, and the staff were wonderful. The owners were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and even their dog, Mila, was the sweetest companion. The location was perfect for our stay. It's just two blocks from the town center, which can be quite busy and noisy, so it offered the best of both worlds: close enough to walk everywhere, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. That made a huge difference. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and staying here made our visit to an already beautiful place even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Das Bett ist steinhart. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Die Wände sind hauchdünn so dass man die anderen Gäste jederzeit hört. Alles in allem führen diese Punkte zur Ruhestörung und nicht zur Entspannung. Das im Preis inkludierte Frühstück ist ein Witz, und man muss manche Sachen extra zahlen wenn man sie wünscht

Gerçekten bütün detaylarıyla çok güzel bir otel. Çalışanları çok güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve nazik. İşini severek yapan insanları görmek çok hoş. Merkeze çok yakın, 8 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Odaları temiz ve güzel dekore edilmiş. En çok beğendiğimiz tarafı kahvaltısı oldu. Her seferinde farklı dokunuşlar ve tatlarla kahvaltımız renklendi. Havuz tarafı çok şık ve tarz. Tekrar seve seve geleceğimiz huzurlu bir yer bulmak bizi çok mutlu etti.

Tolle Lage und aussergewöhnliches und variierendes Frühstück. Extrem nettes und zuvorkommendes Team. Nespresso Maschine im sehr schönen Zimmer. Für unsere sehr frühe Abreise wurden Toasts vorbereitet-danke dafür. Parkplatz neben Hotel. Schöne Pool Oase mit tollen Pflanzen, ideal zum entspannen.

Bademäntel unangenehm zu tragen. Den kleinen, süssen Hund etwas mehr erziehen :)

The staff were very accommodating and made us an early breakfast as we had an early departure. Rom beautifully appointed.

The courtyard door cannot be closed and unfortunately there were some guests that kept us awake two nights running as they continued to talk until 2:30am.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful setting and location.

Wir waren sehr erfreut über die Gastfreundschaft der Hotelmitarbeiterinnen und -mitarbeiter. Zu jeder Zeit waren sie hilfsbereit für uns. Wir hatten nur Frühstück inklusive, das jeden Morgen ein wenig variierte – mit kleinen Häppchen wie z. B. Rührei, einer gemischten Käseplatte, frischem Brot und vielem mehr. Tee gab es immer kostenlos dazu, und auch Wasser wurde uns auf Anfrage gratis gebracht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir angenehme 26 Grad. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Deluxe-Zimmer im Erdgeschoss: viel Platz, eine hohe Decke und somit ein Gefühl von Freiheit. Zusätzlich standen uns zwei Balkone zur Verfügung, ideal zum Entspannen – und natürlich gab es auch den Pool. Wir würden dieses Hotel jedem Paar empfehlen, das Wert auf einen grosszügigen Raum legt, den Pool nutzen möchte und in etwa 8–10 Minuten zu Fuss die Innenstadt erreichen will. Für uns war das Derik Otel ein Volltreffer, und wenn wir wieder nach Izmir reisen, dann ganz sicher erneut hierhin.

Der Pool war etwas kalt, doch sobald die Sonne geschienen hat, war es angenehm. Zudem hätten wir uns eine bessere Schalldämmung gewünscht.

The room was good and clean. The shower gels and shampoos actually were amazing. The room was spacious and there wasn't noise from the lobby as some people have mentioned in other reviews. Breakfast was good although you have to pay extra for coffee is not included.

The WiFi wasn't strong. We couldn't get coverage all through the room. Some people will miss that there isn't a TV in the room. The restaurant doesn't serve snacks like potato chips so if you want anything like that you have to go into town.

In my opinion, there were not enough safes in the rooms. Leaving a safe in the rooms not only gives peace of mind to the guest, but also means that there will be no suspicion of the staff when things are lost, and it is also better for the staff.

Das Zimmer und das Hotel war sehr schön Bohemisch eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich

Leider ist der schöne Look auch schon alles. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein man hat kaum Platz den Koffer auf zuklappen. Außerdem gibt es keinen Stauraum für Kleider. Gerade mal 3kleiderbügel gav es, wobei zwei davon mit Bademäntel besetzt waren. Auch das Badezimmer ist extrem klein. So das kein Platz für den Hygienebeutel im Badezimmer ist. Das schlimmste war, wie ringhörig das Hotel war. Da wir unser Zimmer direkt hinter der Rezeption hatten, konnten wir nicht nur die Person an der Rezeption die ganze Nacht hören und wie sie am Handy war, sondern auch jede einzelne Person, die nach Hause kam oder im Zimmer gesprochen hat. Die Tür zum Zimmer ust sehr dünn und es fehlen mindestens 2 cm bis zum Boden. So ist nicht nur der Ton, sondern sogar das Licht ins Zimmer gefallen, wenn der Bewegungsmelder in der Nacht anging. Sehr schade.

Super locatie, heel vriendelijk personeel en ontzettend goed ontbijt. Mooie kamers, zoals op de foto. Enige nadeel was de waterdruk van de douche en kraan, die waren niet goed. Personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

This place looks good on the surface but the manager and main staff do not speak English and were not helpful at all to try and communicate even with using Google translate.

I booked this hotel for my birthday trip and unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed with my experience. I have stayed in many hotels worldwide, often booking through Booking.com and relying on reviews, but this was the first time I felt genuinely misled. The room provided was not as advertised. The bathroom facilities barely functioned, and the space I received was very different from the one I believed I had booked. This hotel is presented as a luxury establishment, but my experience did not reflect that standard. During the stay, one of my friends became unwell, and the lack of support from staff was very concerning. Despite requesting something as simple as tea and hot water, nothing was delivered to the room. Even after arranging for someone to call in Turkish on her behalf, she was left without assistance for hours. This was upsetting and showed a lack of care for guest wellbeing. Another issue was the charges for basic amenities. While complimentary water was initially provided, I was shocked to be charged £62 at checkout for additional water and coffee at breakfast. For a hotel that markets itself as luxury, I would expect water and coffee at breakfast to be included in the price we paid. When my friends and I raised this concern, the situation was handled poorly, with staff even threatening to call the police instead of discussing it calmly. I also need to highlight a health and safety concern. The pool area was not properly maintained, and the floors were extremely slippery. I personally slipped several times moving between the pool and the hotel steps. While I was able to recover without injury, this could be very dangerous, particularly for older guests. Overall, while the hotel has a visually appealing aesthetic, the management, service, and professionalism did not meet expectations. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously to improve both the guest experience and safety at the property.

Şimdiye kadar konakladığım en güzel ve temiz hotel! Alaçato sokaklarına 3-4 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, yer olarak mükemmel. Çalışanlar çok samimi ve güler yüzlü. Odalar her sabah muthiş bir şekilde temizlenip havalandırılıyor. Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik sizin sayenizde, çok teşekkür ederiz!

I have rarely encountered such a friendly and polite staff – every single interaction reflected a sincere desire to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is one of elegance combined with a sense of ease, creating the perfect balance between luxury and familiarity. The staff were not only attentive but also thoughtful, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their professionalism was matched by their heartfelt hospitality, which gave the entire experience a very personal touch. It is rare to find a place where you feel like more than just a guest – here, you are truly treated like family. We left with wonderful memories and a strong wish to return soon.

I didn’t like how the door that was leading to the outside pool wasn’t closing well & that the toilet bidet wasn’t working well.

The hotel is a beautiful little boutique hotel near to the bustling old town. It has been fitted out to a very high standard. The breakfast is fantastic, cooked fresh every morning g by the chef on site. She created authentic, modern dishes everyday, with excellent variety - not one day was breakfast the same! Staff were excellent, helping us whenever we needed assistance. We had fun with translator apps!

O hotel é novo, limpo e muito bonito. A localização é muito boa, perto do centrinho. Os funcionários são muito cordiais. O café da manhã era bem completo e cada dia tinha itens diferentes. Voltaria com certeza!

The hotel has no lifts and a lot of stairs either at the entrance or to the rooms which makes it difficult to transfer luggage. It is advisable to go with light luggage because the staff are mainly young women whom I was embarrassed to ask them to transfer my luggage but it was the only way.

3 gecelik bir konaklama için tercih ettim. Gerek karşılama gerek konakladığımız süre boyunca yetkililerin yaklaşımı çok iyiydi. Otelin konumu itibariyla da araç kullanmadan merkezi tüm eğlence noktalarına yaya olarak ulaşım imkanı sunması fazlasıyla tatmin edici. Sonraki Alaçatı konaklamalarımda tereddütsüz tercih edeceğim bir otel.

I cannot say enough good things about Derin Alaçati. I stayed here for three nights and it was my favorite place in my month long trip throughout Turkey. The staff is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. The room was gorgeous with the pool on the deck. The breakfast was an anbsolite feast and the drinks were perfect (order the scratch margarita!). Overall, an amazing place to stay in Alaçati, don’t hesitate to book your trip here!

The architecture of the construction, the pool- we stayed in a room with private pool and that was great, the breakfast, the staff.

Our room was beside reception and it was pretty noisy. We choosed the location, because it was adults only and we wanted to be very private and quiet.

Always asked if anything else was needed. - breakfast was served till 12 which meant that we didn’t need to rush in the morning - some of the breakfast options changed daily so we were not eating the exact same thing daily - staff were smiley and always happy to help - asked daily if we needed room service - quiet location - walking distance away from the main streets of Alacati - extended check out by 2 hours - always someone available to help at reception

- only a few hangers for clothing and no shelving space in our room. We ended up living out of our suitcases for a week - no shelving space in our bathroom/bedroom for beauty products - no where to hang used towels in the bathroom/bedroom - poor WIFI connection in the bedroom. The connection was better in the garden area.

This is a fantastic hotel that exceeded our expectations, the staff in particular were outstanding; both super professional and friendly. The pool area is very relaxing, along with the well stocked bar area. The included breakfast was a surprise, we never usually have hotel breakfasts but this was so good we went everyday without fail. We loved our stay here!

The only issue we had was the lack of high-speed wifi. Although we could connect with no problems the speed meant that internet browsing was challenging. There’s was also no hooks in the bathroom to dry towels.

This was our second year in a row staying at Derin. First of all the hotel is extremely clean. Location is great, walking distance to main area in Alacati. You can get a taxi or a bus to Cesme. The hotel has gone through some significant renovations and makeover which looks absolutely amazing. Beautiful pool area allowing you to swim, tan or sit under cover to relax and enjoy coffee and drinks. Very friendly staff, always looking to go above and beyond. Soundproofing is poor and noise does travel through the rooms including loud conversations. Apart from this great hotel and highly recommended.

From the aesthetics of the hotel to the staff members everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and organized well so was the daily cleaning. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming, they helped me with everything and I am very grateful for this wonderful experience.

Meerdere malen in Alacati verbleven in verschillende hotels, maar na deze ervaring bij Derin Alacati zal ik niet meer een ander hotel proberen. Alles is perfect: hygiene, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met dagelijkse variatie, super vriendelijke personeel die heel de dag voor je klaar staat. Op de eerste dag voelden we ons al thuis en dat hebben we zeker te danken aan de lieve dames van Derin Alacati. Zeker een aanrader!!

Super Hotel, sehr familiär, zum ausruhen optimal

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel mit schönen geräumigen Zimmern. Die Bäder könnten etwas größer sein. Man kann sich bei geschlossener Tür kaum bewegen. Leider ist kaum Englisch sprechendes Personal vorhanden. Verständigung ist eigentlich nur Türkisch möglich. Dennoch bemüht man sich sehr jedem Wunsch nachzukommen. Frühstück sollte schon vor 9 Uhr angeboten werden.

Perfekte Lage! Super Service! Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Das Frühstück war das Highlight. Immer wieder gerne!

Klasik odaları çok küçük olduğu için suit oda da konakladık. Karşılama çok zayıftı, otel çalışanları ile iletişim kurmak zordu. Yataklar çok rahatsızdı. Kahvaltısı idare eder. Temizlik iyidi. Çarşıya 15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde.

Absolutely loved our stay at Derin Konak. We loved it so much we extended by an extra night. The hotel is very clean with very helpful and friendly staff. Emre is always willing to go above and beyond to help and satisfy his guests. The hotel is only around a 5-7 minute walk to the Main Street where you will find all of the bars, restaurants and shops. The pool is nice and offers fabulous relaxing moments. The team at Derin Konak are all very nice and friendly individuals. We felt like we were at home as they constantly greet you with smiles and most importantly with genuine intentions. I would recommend Derin Konak to anyone and I seriously can’t wait to stay here again.

Otel kesinlikle çok güzel, özellikle cumbalı odalar çok keyifli. Kahvaltı lezzetli ve yeterli, çalışan arkadaşların hepsi kibar ve yardımsever. Sayabileceğim tek eksisi ses yalıtımı, ne yazık ki hiç yok denilebilir. Diğer odalarda olup biter her şey çok net duyuluyor :)
