It was a bit secluded from the city center, but still a walking distance - perfect for a chill stay. The rooms were neat, the pool area - simply beautiful. The stuff was extremely attentive 🩷 Very good breakfast 🥰

This was an exceptional experience. From the moment we set foot on the property, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay and all of our needs were met. Amazing breakfast, with surprises each day. They even prepared us an Aperol as an aperitivo in the evening that was delicious. Great location: a couple of minutes' walking distance to Alaçatı town center. Great pool and hangout area in the yard. We wanted to extend our stay but they were unfortunately all booked out. We would love to come here again next summer.

The room was slightly small for two people but we knew it from the pictures and did not spend time in the room anyways.

Everything about our stay was great. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had. The area was very clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff was amazing. They took time to ask about our stay everyday and always made sure to check up on us to see if there was anything we needed.

Alles was werkelijk waar geweldig, we waren op vriendinnen trip en hebben zo ontzettend genoten van het verblijf hier! De kamer, de locatie, de omgeving, het zwembad, de super lekkere ontbijtjes, het personeel, de hond Mila. Het was echt super super super! We vinden het personeel ook fantastische mensen, ze proberen hun Engels te verbeteren en echt hun best te doen. Wat een toppers, Fuat you’re the best, we had so much fun and thank you for taking so good care of us!! Beytullah and Muslum thank you for the good service!

Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Otel ve odalar son derece temizdi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Her sabah bol çeşitli ve lezzetli bir kahvaltı yaptık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Bayram nedeniyle bazen park yeri bulmak zor oluyordu. Ancak buna rağmen çalışanlar bizimle birlikte çözüm düşünerek aracımızı park etmemize yardımcı oldular. Bayram sonrasında ise ortam çok daha sakin oldu ve rahatça park edebildik.

On a passé un excellent séjour, l'équipe était très sympa, emplacement parfait calme, petit déjeuner super.. on s'est régalé franchement. Grand merci 🙂

Notre séjour a été super ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillies et bien placées. Le personnel de l’hôtel a été d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme sans nom. L’hôtel en lui même est très bien, propre, calme, avec la piscine à disposition. Il n’est pas trop loin du centre-ville (il faut marcher à peu près 20min). Nous avions pris le petit déjeuner inclus et ça a été le meilleur petit déjeuner d’hôtel que nous ayons vu !! Nous recommandons à 100% !

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel! It is located at a very convenient place - close to the main area of Alacati, but also not where all the noise is. It is very clean hotel, very well-organized with super delicious food. The best, however, is the staff. The people who work there are absolutely magnificent - they are super polite, thoughtful, kind and caring. They attend all the needs of each guest and go far and beyond in order to make sure the guest is satisfied (not only on hotel matters). I might spell them incorrectly, but I need to say special thanks to Muslum, Fuat, Beytullah, the cleaning ladies, the cooks and the hotel friendly dog - Mila. These people deserve acknowledgement! Big THANK YOU!

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem kleinen süßen Boutique Hotel. Sehr zentral gelegen und eine ruhige Umgebung. Von dem personal waren wir besonders beeindruckt, obwohl wir eine größere Gruppe waren, wurde uns jeder Wunsch von den Lippen gelesen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Uns wurde sehr geholfen bei bestimmten Situationen außerhalb des Hotels, Beispielsweise reservierungen etc.. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder und danke für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Eine Unterkunft, die auf jeden Fall positiv in Erinnerung bleibt! 🙏🏽✨☀️

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait. Muslim et ses deux collègues sont extrêmement gentils, accueillants et attentionnés. On sent qu’ils aiment vraiment recevoir leurs hôtes et ils ont toujours une petite attention qui fait plaisir. L’hôtel est impeccablement propre, très bien entretenu, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité des produits cosmétiques dans la chambre, un vrai plus. The staff are extremely friendly and kind. They gave us good recommendations on where to go. The breakfast was amazing, they upgraded us for free and Mila the dog was the cherry on top.

The owner and staff make you feel at home immediately and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Best breakfast we had on our 3 week trip of turkey. Unique and beautiful touches to this hotel and we appreciated the close proximity for walking through the old town.

We had such a wonderful stay at Sandal Alaçatı! The place itself is beautiful and very aesthetic, with so much attention to detail. The team is amazing, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was also delicious and beautifully served.

We were a family of five adults with two rooms. We were all pleasantly surprised by the warmth and helpfuness of the staff, the gourmet breakfasts, and the relaxing, Zen-like accommodations. Our beds were comfortable, the sitting area around the pool was lovely, and the Internet connection in the rooms was strong. We enjoyed watching the antics of Mila, the quiet little dog who periodically visited the property. We would not hesitate to return to this property and we highly recommend it.

At midday when the weather is hot, the location seems a bit far from town, but in the evenings when the weather is cooler, the long walk is quite pleasant.

I had a great stay. The host, Muslem, was friendly and welcoming, which made things easy and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and I especially enjoyed spending time with their sweet dog, Mila, which was definitely a nice bonus. This was our first stay at the Sandal Hotel and it felt like a home from home. The staff were so attentive, couldn’t do enough for us! The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The best thing about our stay was the Turkish breakfast every morning with different additions every day, well worth getting out of bed for! We’re so glad we chose to stay here, thank you for a great week x

Absolutely perfect stay in Alacati! Everything about this boutique hotel was perfect. All the staff and owner(s) were so friendly, polite and kind. The room we had was very tastefully decorated and smelt clean and fresh. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful and probably the best breakfast I've had in any hotel. The French toast was particularly good! The location is a few minutes walk out of the main part of town, which meant it was lovely and quiet to get a good night's sleep. Often with smaller hotels you can hear other rooms, but we didn't experience this at all. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a peaceful stay in Alacati.

The hotel breakfast was the best I've ever had included in a stay - beautiful pool and decor, but best part was how friendly the host and staff were (and of course Mila!). We loved our stay and would definitely recommend and return.

Only tiny thing is that it's relatively close to a main road, so worth taking ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Everything else was perfect!

Alaçati is a super nice and beautiful town and the hotel is in the immediate vicinity, but is still not affected by the noise. The bus stop is within easy reach and makes it possible to see other towns on the peninsula or go to the beach in Ilica. The breakfast was always good and varied. The style and decor of the hotel is beautiful. Small details made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff created a nice and welcoming atmosphere and were always available.

Our room was a little smaller than expected and unpleasant smells often came from the sink in the bathroom. We actually never went to see the surf beach, as there were no buses going. The beach in Ilica is quite far from the hotel, but still easy to reach with the bus.

The staff were super friendly (especially the most energetic and furry staff member Mila). The inside facilities were well kept and were cleaned every day. The outside facilities were beautifully designed and comfortable as well as well kept.

What I liked most about this place is the hosts . They are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is super charming, comfortable and clean . The accessibility is also very good . The breakfast was also beyond my expectations and they tried to have various options for breakfast every day. I recommend this property to the people who want to experience beauty and authenticity .

It deserves more than a 10. Everything impressed us and exceeded our expectations. Both the rooms and the courtyard are furnished with refinement and good taste, probably with a designer, upon arrival they helped us carry our luggage, for breakfast we received quality products, freshly prepared, so plentiful that we could not finish it. But more than anything, we were impressed by the kindness of the owner and his permanent concern to make us feel as good as possible. It was the best accommodation among the 6 we had on our tour through Turkey.

Breakfast was just amazing! Staff and owner were kind and helpful. Garden is very beautiful. Decoration inside and outside hotel is calming and beautiful with all colours going perfectly together. The property is just as it is in the pictures. The pool was squeaky clean all times. The breakfast was the most luxurious spread with fresh and warm options. The staff was so kind and the service was amazing. The room was beautifully decorated and what an amazing taste of interior. The location is close to the town for all restaurants, cafes, shops and yet away from the noise.

I had an incredible experience at Sandal Alacati! The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the warm and genuine hospitality that transformed into lasting friendships. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and create memorable moments. It's not just a hotel; it's a home away from home where they'll do anything to make your stay unforgettable.

If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be a renovation of the shower area. While the overall experience was outstanding, a modernized shower space would enhance the overall comfort of the accommodations. Nevertheless, the exceptional hospitality still made my stay at Sandal Alacati truly unforgettable.

Everything was beyond amazing! Most importantly the service was the best I have ever experienced! The owner and the employees treated us like family and made sure all of our needs were met and satisfied beyond our expectations. The food was amazing, the facility was clean, and the pool side was gorgeous. The location was super central and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted and it was great. Bonus was Mila the dog!

We were here for 4 days and everything was really amazing. The rooms were very clean, with powerful air conditioning, double glazing, and a Nespresso machine. The pool area was fantastic, with the perfect combination of loungers (sunny all day) and a shaded area. The breakfast was a daily feast, with an extensive selection of mezes, local cheese, salad, eggs etc. The location was also perfect for us, a 5 min walk from all the restaurants and shops in the centre, but much quieter (it gets really loud in the centre). Also only a short walk away from the Havaş and dolmus bus station. But the best part was by far the kindness and friendliness of Müslüm and his team. They were genuinely attentive throughout our entire time there, making sure that we were having a good time, and always happy to help (and always bringing us tea!). We can’t remember the last time we’ve felt so well looked after in a hotel. A massive thank you to all the team.

And the gin and tonics were to die for. Location was good also, just a short walk into town. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

The wifi signal in the room was so weak that we couldn't connect it all the time and we used our own roaming data. Since we only stayed there for one night, it wouldn't be a big problem for us. For those who will stay longer, I hope this will be solved in near future.

Wow what an oasis. So cute, felt like you were in a little resort. The guys at the reception and running this are outstanding and really deserve the reviews this place gets. Their helpfulness and care makes this place a standout stop. They took care in helping you find good places to eat. You cant forget their breakfasts - again wow it was a feast and what a gorgeous setting to have it in. Sent photos and a friend commented looked like a movie set! Shower was great and the bathroom was a good size. The bed was comfortable although it does feel strange for us who are used to sheets as a top sheet, but I think this is common around turkey. The room was clean. My husband was sad to leave here after a 3 day stop - it was so relaxing and comfortable sitting by the pool. Parking on site and easy. Walk into town quick and flat. Good coffee only 100 m away with a little supermarket and alcohol shop close. Will certainly stay here again if we come back to Turkey - one of our best stops and again the service was fantastic - even at the end of the summer they still couldn't be more helpful.
