L’emplacement de l’hôtel, le confort, l’équipement. Tout était conforme à nos attentes et même mieux car nous avons eu droit à une terrasse, bien appréciable cet été.

Rien mais peut-être que le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus varié mais cela ne dépend pas de l’hôtel puisqu’on le prend au restaurant attenant.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, à deux pieds de la gare, des bus et en même temps, bien calme. Très proche aussi du centre, des restos etc.

C'est pour les fumeurs : c'est interdit de fumer même sur les terrasses " ciel ouvert " des chambres qui en disposent d'une telle. Chose qu'on apprend en arrivant à l'hôtel et pas sur Booking.

De ligging in centrum van Vevey. Prima cosy kamer. Zelf check-in. Huisdieren toegestaan. Fijne ontbijt plek met goed ontbijt. Het meer, de winkels en restaurants op loopafstand.

Mijn kamer had rooklucht bij binnenkomst maar het personeel dat ik gebeld had, heeft daar goed op gereageerd en de volgende dag nog contact met mij opgenomen. Parkeren is even zoeken in de omgeving. Maar met de parking app PayByPhone is het makkelijk om je parkeer limiet in de gaten te houden. En ‘s nachts hoef je niet te betalen. Als vrouw alleen vond ik de mensen die in de omgeving van het station rondhingen niet prettig. Deze mensen waren er bij eerdere bezoeken niet.

The drug dealers at the train station and all corners outside the hotel 24 hrs a day. Would like if the front door to building was keypad entry all day instead of just at night. There was a police chase in the building our first day there. The room was very hot all day long and the stand up fan provided did not offer much relief.

Perfect location.

Just being picky but a knife and plate in apartment would be handy. Just for if you were having a sandwich.

Good beds, inside it was quiet. Although the trainstation can be annoying if you have a room on the side with the windows next to the station. Good contact with the hotel by e-mail. Although it was mentioned somewhere on a paper in the hotel, they could make it more clear there are lockers on platform 1 on the right(with the face to the train) if you're early around and arrive by train. But also leave late. Check out is until 10am. So you know by forehand you can storage your suitcases. But keep in mind the biggest suitcases could be a bit problematic. Standard hand luggage suitcases are fine, one size bigger as well. Nice and easy walk to lake Geneva. Also nice and easy walk into town or to the grave of Charlie Chaplin.

Feels a bit un personal due to the lack of staff. But if you follow the check in instructions everything will be fine if you arrive at 3pm or later. Shower corner can be slippery if you're not careful. Outside are some people hanging around in the evening who give you an uneasy feeling. And you need to be careful with. As long as you leave them alone, they leave you alone. As said, a room next to the station can be annoying. Even with windows shut you hear the trains until around 11pm.

Das angegliederte Restaurant ist schön gestaltet und angenehm. Der Service dürfte aufmerksamer sein. Sehr geschätzt haben wir die schnelle Reparatur eines Beleuchtungselements im Zimmer.

The drug dealers around the apartment. The noise from the station. Limited stuff for a self-catering place. No plates, no forks, knives. No utensils, not even a bottle opener

Die Lage in Bahnhof Nähe ist super, und der Weg zum See und verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist kurz.

Das Zimmer war erst kurz nach 16 Uhr bezugsfertig.

Große Empfehlung. tolle Lage

Location was central The place was clean

There was no parking space available despite it saying they have parking. In reality there are only a few spots for the entire hotel and it's operated externally. Which means you most likely won't get any available spots during your stay. I had to look for alternative parkings in the area and the host did a terrible job in hospitality. I asked them for other parking opportunities and even just the name of other companies operating parkings in the area and they refused to answer repeatedly saying we don't know about the other parkings. Are you joking? That's common knowledge. You ask every 15yo kid in the area and they know it. They clearly didn't WANT to help and i don't know why. I was on a road trip and arrived in Switzerland after 2500km of driving and at the end had to spend 3 hours around the hotel in hot summer just looking for parking because of the constructions around the train station, a lot of closed roads and maps were not updated. I was very exhausted and disappointed. The hotel is ok. Clean and central. Absolutely won't recommend it to anyone who needs parking or even the lowest level of hospitality.

The apartment was fantastic, the balcony was huge 👌

Close to the train station. Very good shower. Refrigerator, microwave, and nice wine glasses. Quiet.

Room was pretty small. Touch pad at the outside entry was not working reliably the first two days but I noticed it was repaired on my final day.

La kitchenette n’est pas équipée pour se préparer à manger ou manger . Il faut aller à la cuisine collective . La terrasse est commune avec un autre logement.

Wurde in 6 Tagen nicht gereinigt und Betten wsren zu hart.

Alles gut. Ausser das Bett war für zwei Personen viel zu schmal.

A wonderful and affordable option for exploring the area and attending the Montreux Jazz Festival on a budget. They provide the Riviera Card, which is a huge bonus and allows you to travel freely around Vevey and the surrounding area. The room was clean and compact, with everything we needed for a short stay. Overall, a great value and a very convenient choice for visiting the region.

It would be helpful to have a few more cutlery items and plates in the kitchen, especially for guests who would like to prepare or enjoy a quick meal during their stay.

Great location, super handy with coop to go around the corner and train station a couple metres away. Also very close to the lake. Good base for exploring the region, and you also get a pass for free public transport. Good sized fridge. Nice bathroom.

The room was hard to air out and felt stuffy, even with the air co and fan on. The pillows and bed were not great. The kitchenette supplies were only glasses and cups, with many signs that plates and other things from the shared kitchen could not be brought up to the room. Was also a shame the pool was not available that week. Also unlucky with the works on the train tracks nearby at night that were very loud.

The air-conditioning did not work properly, and although the room had a kitchenette, no plates or cutlery were provided. This meant using the excellent communal kitchen, which was unfortunately too far from our room to be convenient. There was also mould on the shower floor, as shown in the attached photo. Although the property is very convenient to the train station, the trains run almost directly beneath it, as shown in the attached photo, and overnight track work meant we could not leave the window open despite the air-conditioning not working properly.

Clean and organized

We arrived on first night at 1 am and there were drug dealers around the property. One guy on the corner up on the street and another two down. At the time of booking We were told that there was going to be parking but the only option was a parking right where these drug dealers were. It didnt feel safe at all. I had to go to another place as I was not going to stop the car with my wife and get our bags near that dudes. So i missed the check in on first day . We went on second day around 9pm so still some movement of people so it feel safer. Sad to see this happening in this amazing place.

Voisin de chambre a débarqué a 2h du matin et s'est installé comme s'il était 14h l'après-midi, sans aucun égard pour ceux qui dormaient déjà :-( La télévision ne captait qu'une chaîne sur quatre en moyenne :-(

The location and price was good. Nice view from the window. Good wifi and comfortable bed.

The rooms were a bit run down, there were multiple marks on the flooring and my room had ants despite me having not an ounce of food for them to find.

Proche de la gare

Première et dernière fois dans cet appart’hôtel : une expérience tout simplement catastrophique. L’arrivée était prévue à 15h, ce qui est déjà relativement tard, et j’étais sur place depuis un moment avec l’envie de pouvoir enfin m’installer et me reposer. Mais en arrivant devant ma chambre à 15h , je croise la femme de ménage qui m’informe que celle-ci n’a pas encore été faite et que je dois attendre environ 30 minutes à la réception, car elle avait pris du retard. Je peux comprendre les imprévus, mais ce n’est clairement pas au client d’en subir les conséquences. Ensuite, il me semblait avoir réservé un appartement avec kitchenette. Or, à mon arrivée, aucune plaque de cuisson ni même de robinet dans la cuisine : difficile de comprendre le concept de kitchenette dans ces conditions. Et pour finir, réveil mercredi 26 août à 9h30 à cause de travaux dans l’établissement. Quand on réserve un appart’hôtel pour se poser et se reposer, ce n’est vraiment pas ce qu’on attend. Une accumulation de problèmes qui donne une très mauvaise expérience. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Vraiment du grand n’importe quoi.

lift was niet betrouwbaar en gezien check in kon met niets vragen. Parkeerhulp was zeer zeer slecht en hulp erbarmelijk.

Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir ein Problem mit dem Parkplatz. Bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass wir mit unserem Fahrzeug nicht in die Hotelgarage beziehungsweise auf den Parkplatz einfahren konnten. Wir baten das Personal um Hilfe und um eine Lösung, aber die Kommunikation war schwierig, da das Personal nur Englisch sprach, während wir hauptsächlich Französisch und Deutsch sprechen. Deshalb konnten wir keine Lösung für das Parkproblem finden. Wir waren gezwungen, unser Auto auf einem anderen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz zu parken, der sich weit vom Hotel entfernt befand. Dies hat uns große Unannehmlichkeiten verursacht und war sehr enttäuschend.

Avrei preferito un po’ più di pulizia soprattutto negli asciugamani/tappeti bagno . Vederli strappati o con macchie mette sempre un dubbio sull’igiene.

I stayed for 4 nights VISIONAPARTMENTS Vevey in May on a solo holiday. I was a little skeptical about this booking given some of the reviews but I had a great experience - this definitely exceeded my expectations! I paid for the room with a terrace, and I am so glad I did. The views were excellent - you could glimpse the lake and the alps, and it was so lovely to watch the sunset and unwind with a book on the terrace. Note that while there's an elevator, you'll have to lug your luggage up one finale flight (half-flight?) of stairs for the terrace room. Wasn't a problem (and worth it, IMO), but good to know for people with mobility issues. The room itself was a decent size, especially for Switzerland. The room had both a microwave and a fridge, so it was perfect for storing food and heating up if you weren't in the mood for going down to the kitchen and cooking. The room also had some basic cutlery, which met my needs. The bed was very comfortable, and I actually had very good night's sleep on all four days. Facilities were great, even though I didn't really use them. They had a laundry room - but would have been nice if they also had detergent on-site. I couldn't find small sachet detergents in the supermarket. The kitchen was very large and seemed extremely well-equipped , though I haven't used it either. The room - and the overall property - was very clean! The room includes cleaners coming in at a certain frequency (I can't remember the frequency though) but also had cleaning equipment in the room for guest use. The location is right next to the train station, so quite perfect for day trips. I did trips on three of my four days in Vevey, so it was just an excellent location. A bus stop is also right outside the station.There's a co EXCELLENT value for money!

The fire alarm went off one day - and I walked down five flights of stairs - only to be told it was a false alarm and this has been happening on and off. No staff on-site. Which is a problem when something goes wrong - as in the case of the fire alarm.

No view from the room. Very bare minimum crockery was available & on our request their staff agreed to provide it but did not provided. Heating kettle was there in the room but no Tea /Coffee material is provided.

Die Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof ist top. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist modern, aber einfach.

Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr heiss (Tropennacht mit 23° C). Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt und die Bettdecke viel zu warm war, war es keine sehr erholsame Nacht. Wir sind deshalb früher als geplant abgereist.

Pratique car à côté de la gare

Personne à l'accueil. la piscine fermée. Le restaurant qui ne sert que le petit déjeuner et les trafiquants de drogue au pied de l'hôtel tous les soirs.

Deberían colocar más de un shampoo, jabón si se hacen reservas para 2 personas por 4 días. Una rampa facilitaría para subir y bajar el equipaje.
