Greatly located next to the train, close to public transport and walking distance to center. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotless. Staff is friendly and helpful

The little balcony had a smell of cigarettes, despite the non smoking policy.

Sehr angenehmes, geräumiges Zimmer mit grossem Bad. Die Lage gleich beim Bahnhof ist perfekt. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss am See. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Ich habe nichts auszusetzen!

Top Lage

Great location across from the train station. Also easy to walk to coffee and sandwich shops in the area. We had dinner in the restaurant; food was great and the restaurant pretty. Also had an outside area.

The location worked for us, bus and train just across the road.

The shower that fluctuated between scalding and freezing. This was reported. The gang of black drug dealers that were at the station entrance day and night, not a good look and intimidating.

Centraal gelegen hotel met een complete inrichting, zowel binnen de ruime appartementen als binnen het hotel als geheel: rooftop bar en pool, eigen keukentje. Wat het hotel echt onderscheidend maakt is de vriendelijke bejegening door het personeel in de receptie, eetzaal en in het algemeen. Daarnaast was het brandschoon en comfortabel (goede bedden).

Het was bij aankomst even zoeken hoe te parkeren (resulterend in een parkeerboete) maar dat kan aan ons gelegen hebben. Het interieur van kamers en hotel oogt hier en daar wat gedateerd, maar daar hebben wij geen last van gehad.

Location. Close to buses, SBB station. Walking distance to the lake and old town. Room was comfortable and most things work.

Wifi is patchy, weak and dropped connection. Staff during checkin was quite flustered with another guest asking for a verification code and no other staff came to support her. Room rate is pretty steep with no breakfast but I guess it’s expected for a property near Montreux.

Fantastic location right outside Vevey station and a few mins walk to the lake.

The bath was dirty and the rooms are very dated. The gym is also extremely basic with no weights.

The room was very clean and big with great windows.

The AC needed to be stronger.

Location was amazing. Room was nice for 3 people, it was great to have 3 beds. Super clean.

Well, I hate to sound negative, but it was expensive for what it was. $450 CAD. When we checked in at 10:30pm the air conditioning hadn't been turned on prior to our arrival and it was so hot and stuffy. Beds were totally sufficient, but again, for that price in Canada - you get really good sheets, way more comfortable beds, and lots of pillows :)

הצוות מקסים, ידידותי ומרגישים שרוצה לעזור. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת ומפנקת. המיקום מעולה, במיוחד למי שמתנייד בשוויץ עם רכבות, אז המלון ממש מול תחנת הרכבת המרכזית, במיקום מרכזי שממנו נוח לצאת לכל הטיולים היומיים.

La habitación,,la ubicación,el personal especialmente el chico que estaba a las 6:00 de la mañana el dia de la salido,muy majo y atento,por cierto era portugués,ese chico se merece un 10.

Die Wasserhähne Dusche und Lavabo haben nicht einwandfrei funktioniert in einem Zimmer. Der Teekocher hatte inwendig Rost. Aber insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel.

飯店地點就在車站旁，3秒就到達，旁邊就是coop及百貨公司，入住當天有提早讓我們在十二點就入住，櫃台人員非常親切，房間非常乾淨又大，會推薦給親朋好友的。

冰箱很小，塞滿了要付費的飲料，沒什麼剩餘使用空間，有點可惜。

We were in the older part of the hotel; Room size was nice; spa was nice to have (but we were not told that Hamamm was out of order); convenient restaurant; toilettries; quiet air conditioner; ample newspapers and magazines; staff was pleasant and we could add another night

acoustics: could hear people in the hallway; not a smart TV to be able to watch Netflix (1 staff said it was a smart TV and the other staff at reception didn't know if it was smart or not but said he didn't know how it works); restaurant is quite expensive; would have enjoyed a better rate as the hotel website was better than me calling directly (and 2nd night could have been offered less expensive); one light bulb in floor lamp not working

Everything! The location at the centre of town; despite being steps from the railway station, it is very quiet; soundproofing works well throughout the property! Many choices of rooms from studio with kitchenette to luxury suite. A good choice of excellent restaurants from outdoor covered patio to indoor eateries. We would especially like to commend the staff at Reception as well as the wait staff for their attentive and exceptional service.

The only hiccup was that the in-room coffee and tea unit wasn't always re-filled with coffee, tea, cream, creamer powder and sugar during our 10-day stay. We had to ask Reception for this basic amenity.

Le petit déjeuner car il n y avait pratiquement plus rien et le réassortiment c est fait de manière très sporadique.

L’emplacement en face de la gare avec tout à proximité .

Le jacuzzi était en panne (j’avais choisi cet établissement à la base un peu pour ça) et le restaurant malgré un accueil extraordinaire n’était pas à notre goût .

Vielen herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Personal, alle sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit bei allen möglichen Fragen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Zimmer ist gross und ideal mit der Küche für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Bett ist bequem und gross. Frühstück: sehr fein! Lage: Perfekt gleich beim Bahnhof, Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und dem See mit vielen Restaurants und dem Schiffsteg. Es ist so toll, dank dem Hotel die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gratis benützen zu können und so viele Ermässigungen für Museen etc zu erhalten.

Les professionnels du petit déjeuner étaient pas très adaptés. Ils discutaient d'un ton élevé sur leur vie personnelle devant les clients. C'est très moyen. Le café était froid, j'ai dû en réclamer un nouveau. Puis problème d insonorisation avec les portes des chambres qui claquent, de même pour portes salle de bain.

Ich war am Jazz Festival in Montreux. Das Hotel liegt gleich am Bahnhof Vevey, von dort ist man mit dem Zug in 5 Min. in Montreux. Die Lage ist also hervorragend und auch ruhig. Nur hatte ich ein Zimmer, wo draussen in der Nacht eine Lüftung lief. Schlecht sind die Teppiche im Zimmer, und es hatte keine richtige Dusche, sondern eine Badewanne. Das Hotel ist eher als *** zu klassifizieren als **** - überhaupt, wo liegt der Unterschied? Das Frühstück kostet CHF 25 extra und ist in Ordnung, mehr nicht. Das Personal dort war nicht aufmerksam, so wurde ich am Morgen nicht nach einem Kaffee gefragt. Aber ich konnte mich wehren, und dann hat es geklappt. Der Kaffee ist übrigens von Nespresso...

Service excellent, chambres confortables et accueillantes

Fantastic location in the heart of Vevey, very close to train station for quick easy train ride to Montreaux (we stayed during the Montreaux Jazz Festival and trains were free of charge). Lots of cafes and shops right outside the hotel, and a 5-10min walk to the lake. Rooms were very nice, spacious and good aircon. Our request to have rooms near each other were accomadated with rooms next to each other. We were able to check in to one of the rooms a couple of hours early which was greatly appreciated. On site car parking was a real bonus - and an experience in itself as uses a 'car lift' to take you underground! Had to leave car keys at reception which felt a little strange but was fine. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as walked to the Saturday morning market and bought some delicious pastries and ate them at the lakeside.

Zimmer sehr gepflegt und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Unbedingt Restaurant im Erdgeschoss probieren!

Goede locatie, makkelijk parkeren (maar let op hoogte boven 1.90 kan niet in hotelgarage). Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, nette kamers, uitgebreid ontbijt (wel aan de prijs voor €25 pp). Je loopt makkelijk naar het meer.

Badkamers/douche niet helemaal schoon (schimmel op voegen, douchekop niet handig op te hangen). Spa/gym is beperkt en bar boven was niet bemand en ook niet zo gezellig aangekleed als op de foto’s. Prijs incl ontbijt is behoorlijk maar zwitserlands is verder ook duur.

Petit déjeuner médiocre comparé au prix (25 francs par personne), il n’ y avait qu’une seule bouteille d’eau pour une chambre pour deux et pas grand-chose au spa, il n’y a que un sauna et un hammam, pas de massage . Trop cher pour le service proposé

Excellent Location: Incredibly convenient—right outside the train station and just a few minutes' walk from the Lake Geneva promenade. Restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a shopping mall are all nearby. Good Noise Isolation: Despite being so close to the station, the room was mostly quiet, and you can barely hear the trains. Space: The room was a very comfortable size.

Room Condition & Ventilation: The room feels a bit dated, and the weak shower ventilation leaves the space humid for a long time afterward. Odd Layout & Noise: The hotel layout is a bit strange, with multiple rooms in our section facing a small shared common area in a circle. Room Assignment: As a light sleeper, I requested a room away from street and elevator noise. The staff took this a bit too literally and assigned me to a room directly facing the housekeeping storage room. I was woken up early every morning by the noise of the staff starting their day.

Perfect location, a stones throw from Vevey train station. Very close to shops, restaurants & the lake.

The cleaners let themselves in to my room without knocking twice! One I was undressed and the next time I was trying to sleep!

Well located, close to the lake. And although the hotel is in the city center there is an underground garage. The room was comfortable with a good mattress and all the necessary equipment (bathrobes and sleepers included).

There was a regular noise during the night, coming from the other side of the bathroom, so I was not able to sleep during a part of the night. I have informed the reception when we checked out.

Für uns als Raucher war das gleich nebenan liegende Restaurant super ideal. Ebenso zum Feierabendbier nach unseren täglichen Bahnfahrten.
