Desayuno bien, nos toco que estaba completo el hotel pero sin problemas.

El estacionamiento ya no alcanza.

He was very clean and the location. It’s perfect.

La ubicacion no esta mal. El personal es amable y muy servicial.

Las instalaciones son viejas y se escucha todo, hasta el agua que corre del inodoro. En mi habitación dejaron cubiertos sucios y en el bufete había también vajilla sucia. No me gusto que no pongan atención a esos detalles .

Bed was to hard not comfortable at all I had to buy air mattress for comfort.

En general todo esta muy bien Pasamos unos días de descanso.

LA ALBERCA ESTA CON CLIMATIZADA ASI QUE SE DISFRUTO AL MAXIMO CON NIÑOS , PORQUE EL CLIMA NO ESTABA ASOLEADO Y FUE GENIAL .

EL PRECIO QUE ME DIO BOOKING , EN EL HOTEL ME DIERON OTRA TARIFA MAS BAJA E INCLUIA DESAYUNO

Rooms where clean, beds where comfortable

The hotel had cup noodles for sell but no forks or spoons. I had requested my rooms to be closed and they where but I was expecting side by side so just be specific with what you want.

Muy buena ubicación y una muy bonita vista

Nos asignaron una habitación e hicimos el check-in y al ingresar a la habitación nos percatamos que había un chimen... en el baño fui a recepción y con todo gusto nos hicieron el cambio de habitación sin embargo en la segunda habitación volvimos a encontrar chimenes en el lavabo del baño además de que en este mismo había mucho cabello suelto... La falta de mantenimiento a la alberca y el inmobiliario de jardinería estaba roto solamente servían dos camastros, en cuestión del desayuno que venía incluido con nuestra habitación primero no nos dieron los servicios básicos como café ni nada nosotros tuvimos que pararnos a adquirirlos y servirnos y al momento de pedir nuestra orden y cómo queríamos nuestros huevos en este caso tardaron muchísimo en tomar la orden y tardaron muchísimo más en servirla y al momento de llegar estaba mal dos platillos desde el primer momento pedí una taza para té y me la entregaron hasta que termine de comer y ya habían recogido mi mesa, cabe mencionar que falta la actitud de servicio por parte del personal de la cocina

Las instalaciones muy mal, sucias y tienen cucarachas en las habitaciones, las almohadas pésimas, parece que le metieron ropa a unos sacos, no creo regresar, y el desayuno, ya no es bufet te dan una ración pobre de chilaquiles con huevo

El desayuno regular, tardado y no muy bueno, estaria mejor en buffet con unos 5 tipos de desayunos americanos y mejoraria sin complicaciones

Desde la recepcion no muy claras las instrucciones y se quedan con una identificacion, que al final la puedes olvidar si no te acuerdas que la dejaste. los espacios de estacionamiento son muy pocos y falta marcar mas areas de cajones.

No respetan horario de check in. Nos entregaron habitación 6 pm.

En una de las camas nos aparecieron unos calcetines sucios de un niño, señal de que no cambiaron la ropa de cama de los huéspedes anteriores.

es lejos de todo , no hay oxxo ni nada cerca se necesita siempre un coche, el horario del restaurante es limitado

tuvimos algunos problemas con la limpieza de la habitaciòn y la conectividad del internet

El acceso controlado por un guardia y aunque tiene un solo elevador, cumplió durante mi estancia, la alberca es mediana y al aire libre con temperatura del agua de acuerdo al clima del día. Mi habitación en el piso tres tenia vista a la Lago de Chapala y el estacionamiento es amplio, la recepción esta a 6 pasos de donde dejaba mi auto y ahí mismo se tiene un baño amplio para discapacitados y venta de golosinas. El hotel incluye desayuno americano, es decir huevos a gusto con frijoles y chilaquiles, jugo y fruta, en fin de semana se sirve en bufé, que se sirve en una terraza amplia con una majestuosa vista de la zona y del lago

La televisión no sirvió, pero no la ocupamos debido al uso del wi fi que funcionaba bien.

Las sabanas de la cama estaba un poco manchada, no había jabón líquido de cuerpo, y el cuarto olía raro

Desde la llegada una Excelente atención por parte de las chicas de la recepción, todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado.

El desayuno incluido es de lo más simple, y no está rico. Las almohadas son pequeñas, camas duras. Cobijas rotas. La alberca necesita mantenimiento.

El hotel está muy ubicado a pocos minutos de Chapala. El staff es amigable el hotel está limpio el cuarto está limpio con lo necesario pero las camas están terribles muy duras e incómodas para dormir pregunte en recepción por algún otra opción

Everything you need for a night, sheets had stains but everything else was fine

The pool and rooms were nice.

The receptionist only spoke to me in Spanish I don't speak Spanish very well.

Even though the hotel looks good for outside, but there’s quite a few things that they can be improved

They just need to check all the room and their amenities before giving you the room , had issues with the shower head and couldn’t use when needed. Definitely not convenient, and it’s not as close to the city as it says it is.

The guest shower did not drain. They provided no kitchen towel, or paper towels, no dish soap. No blow dryer. One Tv in the master bedroom, none in the living room. One cup of coffee, anything over 1 cup needed to be purchased for $3 ea. Pillows and bed were over firm. The guest bed was situated to where you couldn't open the drawers, making the furniture unuseable. Hot water was only available afternoon and in the evening. Ambiance was very stark, and empty. Not a very inviting villa. I was quite disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was well taken care of. The pools were beautiful—clean, refreshing, and a great place to unwind. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, always making sure guests felt comfortable and taken care of. It really made a difference in the overall experience. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciated. You can tell they put a lot of effort into keeping everything in great shape. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

First day just one towel, second day no coffee in the room no water can't shower the third day no water power went off for hours. Can't shower I left to the airport with no shower felt like shhhh

Well first day we realized it was a only one towel second day we tray to shower it was no water when we got a water back it was only superior water third night power when off and again no water I ended not take a shower it all and when to the airport I will never going back to the hotel again

The villa I stayed in was clean and had all I needed and lots of extra room.

The food at this hotel is delicious, only issue is that I couldn’t download the menu and when I walked over to reception, the receptionist wasn’t much help, in spite of my Spanish being perfect. The WiFi was glitchy and slow. However, I was able to place a pool service order directly with the restaurant and everything after was perfect. The waiters and employees were very friendly and helpful. My children loved the pool and arrachera nachos that were absolutely delicious. Will definitely stay at Memora again

Service - it was really bad We were out all day, got back to the room at 8pm and housekeeping still hadn’t been, we had to request this at reception. Went to the restaurant so housekeeping could pass by the room and waited 35 mins to get my drink!

Staff were very unhelpful. I realize we were in Mexico and the language is Spanish but it seemed no one at the hotel could or would communicate with us unless we spoke Spanish. This caused problems with ordering our meals. The property seamed to be running on a very tight budget, to the point were we were only allowed one roll of toilet paper at a time. If you ran out you had to call the desk for more. Only one bottle of water a day per room, if you needed more you had to pay for it.

Impossible to connect to wifi. The staff gave as excuse that the hotel was full. They were not helpful and they could have been nicer.

The bed was hard as a rock. The food was awful. The service from the restaraunt was the worst I have ever seen. There was no wifi. I checked out as soon as possible. The hotel said they would refund my money immediately. It took two weeks to get a refund. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

We stayed in one of the villas. The parking was pretty tight. Being built on the side of the mountain can be tough! Had an issue with the water quality but management was very responsive to any issues. Had a kitchen but the cooking equipment was very limited was the only real issue. No corkscrew! The view from the restaurant is wonderful.

The villas were beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous. Super pet friendly. The staff was very responsive.

The restaurant sort of meh. Breakfast buffet was overpriced. Maids woke us up at 8:50 am to ask about housekeeping- on a Sunday. Too many wasps at the pool to swim one afternoon.
